This dealership is amazing me n my husband had 3 days to find a car! We found his Web site we called and asked about 2 of the cars, he met us at the shop early let us test drive and go over the cars as long as we wanted, alone not following us around like most places! We left the lot with 2 new cars and they have ran amazing since! All cars that we seen were very clean and advertised true to word!!!! If I need a new car in the future I'm definitely calling him first!!! Amazing guy n great cars!!!

I just bought a used Ford Escape from this dealership and I am very happy with my purchase! Mo was such a pleasure to work with and was extremely upfront and honest! Would definitely recommend!

We called to inquire about a car and Mr. Mohsin Pasha answered. He informed us the car was available. We told him that we would be there before 5 PM to see the car. As we arrived, Mr. Pasha was there to greet us, and he let us test drive the car on our own. My dad liked the car as it is in good condition and classic. Mr. Pasha was not pushy, he did not try to up sale any warranty, financing. We paid in full and left with our newly used car from his shop. State of Virginia requires dealer to register the car within 30 days. I called his office on April 01, 2024, to inform him that payment was cleared from our bank 10 days ago, is he able to issue me permanent Virginia tags. He was kind enough to issue me with permanent tags after 11 days of the purchase being made, even though he had 30 days to do that. He went above and beyond to text me the USPS tracking number. Most big dealers always wait till the last minute to do such service. Loudon Used Cars has a mom-and-pop vibe. Please support his business as you will receive personalized services that you won t get at a big-name dealership. Thank you, Mr. Mohsin Pasha, keep up the good work.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Mohsin at Loudoun Used Cars. Far different car buying experience than I've had in the past. There were no high pressure sales tactics. No back and forth to the Manager to haggle over price. Everything was smooth sailing. I was a little apprehensive to visit a smaller dealership, but Mo was very helpful and honest about everything....very trustworthy guy. Please visit Loudoun if you are in the market for a good used car at a reasonable price.

Exceeds all expectations!This is the first time I have ever had such a good experience at any car dealership, let alone a "used" car dealership. Not pushy at all, very friendly and warm people who genuinely care about helping buyers find a great car. I was helped by both Mo and Mahmoud during the process. I saw the car and test drove it, then came back a month later to buy after many text messages and always felt supported and welcomed. Closed the deal in minutes, paid a portion of the price to hold the car for me for a couple of days so I can come to pick it up. I paid with my debit card but they also accept certified checks and personal checks. Easiest process ever. They even handled the car registration and DMV taxes and getting the plates for me. The car I got is 11 years old but each and every little thing in it is in perfect condition so they did their due diligence which I really appreciate as a buyer. I don't think I'll ever go to another dealer whenever I or some I know needs a car.

Mo Was extremely helpful and honest from day 1 with me going at my own pace and really test drive and inspecting the car. The original car that I wanted had some minor but persistent problem Mo and Mahmoud were honest about it and gave me many other options, which I ended up buying another great car with them. Price was good and they made good on every promises.

Came to test drive an SUV here this past week. The salesperson I had scheduled the test drive with had apparently left for the day and clearly hadn't told anyone else I was coming. As soon as I started the engine, the car's check brakes and check engine lights both came on. During my long test drive, whenever I accelerated over 40mph, the entire car would shudder violently. The worst part - the dealership either had not bothered to check for those issues (concerning) or knew about them and was demanding $11k+ for a car with obvious engine/brake/transmission problems. Needless to say, I brought those issues to the attention of the dealership and left pretty quickly.BUT the car is STILL advertised on the dealers site as "mechanically great," "smooth transmission and engine," and "no fault code..." when 5 mins driving the car shows all those statements are very likely false....Shady.

I was looking for a new car for about 2 months and finally found this dealership. I was able to test drive the same day I called to inquire and Mo was very patient as the closing process took about a week. Happy to say my car was purchased here and I highly recommend others to buy here as well.

Loudoun used car dealership is amazing! They were super friendly, polite, not pushy. They get things done fast!! I live in Massachusetts their based in Virginia.I purchased a Nissan Pathfinder from them. I contacted them immediately after I saw it get posted, they had no pictures up yet, I emailed them and had pictures within a half hour!! That s a business I want to work with (this was on a Sunday too)They made everything super easy, fast and were very helpful about getting me the vehicle.They gave me a video walk around, ran it for me , they did everything I asked them to do.B/c I live in mass I could not just take a drive and test drive it. They were very honest about the vehicle, they had it ready w/ 30 day plates when i had it picked up for delivery. They also worked politely with my shipping carrier.When I got it home it was exactly as they said and was actually just about perfect. The vehicle exceeded expectations. The interior was spotless , the engine and undercarriage still looked brand new! A 2003 w/ 52K miles that s a deal plus some. Thank you guys at Loudoun, you guys have a great business ethic there. Keep up the great work!!

Loudoun Used Cars is an Excellent place to get a High Quality Car. I was amazed at how clean the car I just purchased was. It was if it came off of the Showroom floor. Great Prices and Asif is a Car Dealer that I feel I can trust. His word is his bond. I will be a repeat customer!! I'm a Very Satisfied Customer!!

Mo was a pleasure to work with. He made us feel so comfortable and we were able to take our time selecting the perfect car for us without any pressure on his end. He even held the vehicle for us until we were able to return with the loan from our credit union. I would definitely recommend him!

Great service everyone was friendly. My transaction went smoothly. The car I saw online was exactly the same car I found on the lot. Paperwork was processed fast. I got the car I wanted fully loaded and a great price. Felt good about my purchase when I left the lot.

Great little place! The owner was very patient with us and stayed with us after hours to complete the purchase and walk us through the paperwork. The car is in immaculate condition and we are very happy with the purchase. Even the mechanic in office was very nice. Appreciate the service and deal!

I had a A-1 experience with Mo and his staff at Loudoun Used CarsI was surprised at how long I was able to test drive the vehicle, they make your car buying experience a wonderful one, no pushing to rush you to a decision, did not try to switch you to a different vehicle. Mo is very transparent when talking about the vehicle. I am a long time Leesburg resident and I will make sure to refer Loudoun Used Cars to any of my family members, friends and customers. Over the past 20 years I have bought cars from a number of different car lots in this area. Last week I bought a car from Loudoun Used Cars. I highly recommend them. I was really impressed. All the cars on their lot look like they were carefully chosen for quality, and all appeared to be inspected and detailed. There was no pressure no intrusive questions, instead they were trying to help me find a car for me. Prices were all fair value. And they were so easy to work with. A cracked casing around the side mirror was replaced no charge and no fuss that very week. When it came time to buy the paperwork was done in a matter of only a few minutes. No surprise fees . Mo was very good to us too so much so that my wife on leaving told me I know where I am coming when I need my next car! Easy car buying....5 stars!

I came in mind for a car to get me through for the next year and found a selection of cars that I would have purchased. The owner, Asif, his partner, Moe, and their mechanic were very kind, patient, professional, and knowledgeable of each of the cars that I inquired about.Inside the office, Asif broke down the price and showed me the CARFAX report on the vehicle that I was interested. With a mechanic on hand, work gets done in house. My car boasted of nice golden, freshly changed motor oil, (x4) brand new BFGoodrich 18" tires, and the interior cabin, engine, and trunk space were detailed. My car had been recently washed and had a deep shine on my new tires.I highly recommend Asif's Loudoun Used Cars, for the best car for your buck. There were vehicles in his inventory for a variety of budgets. My car was approximately $6,500, out the door, with 30-day tags. He had vehicle prices on the higher and lower spectrum of my needs. If Asif does not have the vehicle you are looking for, simply ask and he may be able to luck out at the auction.Directions: When you enter 1st Street South East, turn right into the car wash's parking lot, just left of the last wash bay and follow it to the back of the paved lot.

Loudoun Used Cars in Chantilly was a breath of fresh air. They were easy to work with, flexible, honest, kind, and not pushy at all. They even played with my kids while we filled out paperwork. An overall great experience. Would highly recommend them

One of the best experiences buying a car. Mo was fantastic and never came across as a used car salesman nor pushy. Truly genuine and helpful. It was a stressful venture having to replace a car I love due to an electrical issue that deemed the car a loss. Five minutes with Mo eased my mind and was an overall simple and easy process. I highly recommend thier professionalism and quality. Will definitely use again and refer anyone looking for a quality used car.. A plus

I had purchased a 2007 explorer and ended up needing a lot of work to pass md inspection. Then about less than two months later the engine blew ( timing chain guide failed ) . They said I was on my own . So yea . I could keep going but there is so much more to say

Recently purchased a Mini Cooper from Loudoun. It was just as advertised. Had a very pleasant experience. I was originally flying in from NYC, the staff was very nice and easy going. Picked me up from the airport and took me straight to the dealership where I got to test drive with no hassle. They even came in earlier on a Sunday to help me get back sooner due to my 4hr+ ride back. The satisfaction and experience was worth the trip. Thanks again guys. Will definitely recommend!- Stanley

Recently purchased a 2010 ford focus. Got it at a good price and great condition. The best part about Loudoun Used Cars is that you won't feel pressured, they don't skip around the bush or try to haggle you. I felt like i was speaking with an actual human and not just a fake speech/personality you get with other sales man.It's fast, sraight to the point car buying. I've had experience buying cars in the eastern NC area and Northern VA area and this was by far the best car buying experience I have had.

Stop looking for a place to buy a used car and go here already! I never write reviews but I was so happy with this place I had to give it 5 stars. I was very worried about buying a used car, so I'm glad I came here because they made buying a used car a great experience. I bought a jeep patriot, and when I was driving home I noticed a small problem with the car (as any used car could have), so I called and spoke with the owner, he told me not to worry and they would take care of it, and they did! Not a cent out of my pocket. That to me shows that they care about their customers and are an honest company! My car runs great, has low miles, and I got it for a great price. The people are not pushy, they are very very friendly, and all the cars are priced lower than any other dealership! I will definitely use them in the future if need be, as well as recommend them to all my friends and family! Buy your used car here! You will be so happy you did!

This was a wonderful experience for me with Loudoun Used Cars, in Leesburg,VA. Mr. A.Jamil is a great person to buy a used auto from. I love my 2006 Mustang I bought from him and at a very fair price. This car was everything he said it was ( He's a very honest/truthful person). The process of the whole deal was Excellent. I would give him a 5 Star rating for the way he handled everything. I would most definitely recommend him to others.
