I cannot say enough good things about Sammy and Loudoun Auto Repair. I have been taking my cars there for about 8 years and have not had a single complaint. Their pricing is fair, service is honest, and they always go above and beyond to work with and accommodate their customers. Highly recommend for everything from oil changes to major repairs!

Our 1st experience with any auto repair in VA, just relocated from another state. Excellent customer service, even when I called back 2 more times to add on what I forgot and double verify my time of appointment. Had a 4 wheels brake pad installed, oil change, State inspection with Emission inspection, and to put in some air in my tires. I was pleasantly surprised at the total price, expecting higher. I am definitely keeping Loudoun Auto Repair as my go to for automotive repairs in VA.

I cannot thank Sammy and his team enough! I had issues that the BMW dealer was giving me the run around on, and milking me dry with misdiagnosis. Sammy took me right in and resolved the problem, saving me $$$$. Much appreciated, great, fast service. Now I know where to go!

Sammy was extremely helpful and responsive. He willingly looked at my car without hesitation when I showed up not scheduled and made conservative recommendations along with some alternative options. He followed up very quickly with an estimate and scheduling. Car was completed in the exact time frame he said it would be. This is the place where you should want to take your car, as they are professional, responsive and knowledgable. Very customer focused. Highly recommend.

The gentlemen at this place have been great! I called to grab an appointment for a State Inspection. They got me in the next day. It took about 20 minutes and they were polite, personable, and kind- even first thing on a cold February morning. Highly recommend Sammy and his crew for whatever you need!

Always great customer service. I would advise calling a head for an appointment for an inspection. Some places are first come first serve, but luckily you can make an appointment here. I was seen on time and done before I knew it, speedy, friendly service as always. Would recommend to friends and Family.

I really appreciate how kind and communicative Sammy is- this place and staff is always super friendly and responsive and I have never been upsold on anything (which is nice being a young female who s usually a target for that kind of behavior). It s a no frills place that gets the job done quickly and our household only takes our Honda and Toyota here for service.

My truck had a problem starting. They quickly discovered the issue, determined what part was required, ordered and installed the part, all in good time. I greatly appreciated their quick responses and timely repair. I will be using the garage again and highly recommend it to anyone.

Came here for an inspection and was told they were busy but had an opening same day durning noon if I wanted an appointment. When I came back they were ready and expecting me. They handle everything well and were very fast. I was in and out in 20ish min. Great experience and customer service.

Loudoun Auto Repair was referred to my by a couple of friends as my car was having electrical problems and 2 other shops could not solve the issue. After some trial and error Sammy figured it out and my car is running great. Sammy is great to work with and has very competent and professional team. I was able to get my state inspection done quickly, and the tech mentioned an oil leak (which I knew about) and quoted me a very fair price to fix, all in the same few hours. This new customer will be returning there again for sure.

I went in for an oil change and brake inspection, specifically requesting an estimate before any work began. However, when they contacted me later, they mentioned that they had already finished the oil change and brake inspection without providing the estimate I had requested. Had I been aware of the price beforehand, I would have chosen a different place to go, considering other places do brake inspections for free.

I needed an emissions test & was sitting in line elsewhere for almost 30 minutes (with 4 cars ahead of me still) drove here, was told they could do it about a hour later. I came back 45 minutes later & had the work done in about 10 minutes! Booyah!

Very friendly and customer service oriented. Mechanics are knowledgeable and do the job right the first time. The guy up front (Sammy) walked us through everything the whole way so we knew what we needed and what to expect. Timeline was on point and our vehicle is back and like new. If I could give no stars I would. I went to this Auto care place and at first I believed they were honest reputable people even though there were a few questionable things as far as the price I was quoted and the price that I was given to pay at the end of small repairs I had an issue with my air conditioning and I took it in and supposedly on the diagnostic machine they said it was a sensor in the right passenger mirror I paid almost $500 for the option of having the wires cut a new sensor spliced on and taped... it never worked. I would not recommend this shop

We love Sammy and his team! They are so honest, caring and efficient. The first time I went to them they quoted me WAY less and would have the job completed in one day (the other auto shop told me I'd have to leave my car for 3 days). We now ONLY use Loudoun Auto and we have been with them for 8 years. They do amazing work! Highly recommend them.

Upon my arrival thr technicians immediately began to work on the installation of my drive shaft. I was told that it would be at least 2 hours which I didn't mind and was prepared for. The technician did a splendid job in completing my car and it drove like a charm. The guys here at Loudoun Auto Repair always do an excellent job in whatever repair that's needed and you don't pay an arm and a leg either. You get a good quality repair always at an excellent price. This is why me and countless other Loudoun residents keep coming back when repairs are needed.

I called to have my emission test done and they were able to get me in and out in less than 20 minutes! Awesome service! They were very friendly and helpful! I will definitely use them in the future!

Best service I had in leesburg by far!
