Went to Mr. Tire and they could not accommodate our Ford Transit. Jiffy lube was open and took us right in and got the job done quickly and efficiently. We had a long drive back to Massachusetts and had to get the oil done before we started our travel back! So I was pleased with their service!!

I stopped in for oil service and a free brake check (coupon) but due to custom wheels- no dice. But Mike discussed the brakes with me, my concerns and verified my assumptions as well as giving me some explanation of cost. Went in for an oil change. They took my brand new air filter out, put dirt in it, and recommended to replace it. They also lied about vacuuming and cleaning windows which is included in the service. Don t go here they are liars and dishonest.

Some Jiffy Lubes are excellent, others not quite as good. Jiffy Lube Leesburg is by far the best I ve been to. Absolutely top notch friendly service.

Compared to Jiffy Lube in Frederick, this multi-care center is far more superior in service and faster. However, given the facts, the Jiffy Lube in Frederick serves a diverse group whose income is lower to middle class, while in Leesburg (i.e., Loudoun County), it is middle to upper-middle class, thus the Jiffy Lube has a higher quality in its standards. Now, this is only an observation with a limitation in facts. Understand my impression left me satisfied but 400 bucks out (with a discount) of my pocket with what needed to be done in my vehicle. Yet, the thirty minute drive was worth it. I hope... with a breath of fresh air.

I brought my camero in for a quick tune up because the engine light was on. The jiffy team was very helpfu and knowledgeable. They were able to fix the problem. My car now is running with no problems.

I had received a free oil change from the owner himself, I went in Sunday at 3:30pm as was out in no time. I ve used Jiffy Lube a few times over the past 10 years or so - never been my favorite, BUT this location is 100% the best location I ve ever been to. They don t BS you, everyone is kind, smart and overall welcoming. Always a great time and they get my oil change done very quick every time! B Dawg keeps the party alive in the waiting room so it feels like no time passes at all! I went to Jiffy Lube in Leesburg, VA, to have the oil change in my car.When I arrived there...there were about 4 people waiting on service of their cars. However, at least 6 people came in after me and got their car service before me. A husband & wife came in after and their (2) cars were serviced before me.Once I realized that I was the ONLY customer left in the waiting room I asked the cashier why my car had not been serviced before the people that came in after me. One of the employees said that the other people had been there before and were in the system. That explanation does not make any sense to me. How long does it take to enter my information their system?I waited over a hour more to get an oil change.I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT PARTICULAR JIFFY LUBE AGAIN. AS MATTER OF FACT, I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER JIFFY LUBE....IF THAT'S THE WAY THEY TREATED THEIR CUSTOMERS (ESPECIALLY A NEW CUSTOMER).Service: Oil change
