Consistent excellent customer service year after year. Our family has six Subarus & Kia & we've come here for service for 10+ years. The Service Department has multiple waiting areas, (private cubes for working on your laptop, 2 separate waiting areas with super comfortable chairs & couches with separate TVs). For parents there is an enclosed room with a child's play area that has toys, it's own TV & it's very clean. Rental cars are available if you need to drop your car off & not wait. Scott, the Senior Service Advisor is forthright, knowledgeable courteous & friendly. If there are coupons available, he always lets us know which one would save us the most money, which we really appreciate. The staff is great, from the person who pulls your car back into the service bay to the cashier who rings you up is friendly (Dajaniea, Kelly, Brittny, Jim & Masa). Each person who brings their vehicle in for service has a different concern & we can only speak to our own experiences but we'd recommend this dealership and service department to any of our friends and family.

I was able to book an early-morning service appointment the night before. The staff was there even before the opening time and took my car right away. I was able to leave to get other things done before the official opening hour. The car was ready earlier than promised and checkout was painless. The Dulles Subaru service staff are polite, friendly, professional and efficient. They are a joy to work with. I highly recommend them.

Went in yesterday with my two boys (one special needs and one with enough energy for a dozen toddlers combined) and the staff went above and beyond while I purchased a vehicle. Which was a roller coaster in itself, due to my better half lol. I can t give enough praise to the manager Brian. Not only did he work with me and help me throughout the whole process. He even went to the extend to keep an eye on my boys who were ready to get going, while I finished up signing papers. Highly recommend this dealership. And I am so in love with my new Telluride! My dad is even thinking of getting one now!

Valerie Simon offered us outstanding personal and professional service when we were searching for a new Subaru. She listened attentively to our needs and desires. Within 15 minutes, she narrowed our searching to three cars so we could find the perfect one for us. Knowledgeable not pushy, Valerie made the process quick and streamlined. She went out of her way to get us exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend her if you are looking for a car. We paired us up with Liz Mendoza in finance who also offered us exceptional service!

Excellent customer service. Chelsea and Jared were beyond helpful and courteous. I will definitely be returning. Very happy customer with the work done on the car especially the vacuum and wash. I have a baby and it looks like a brand new car. So grateful!

I was told during an oil change that my air filter was dirty and had to be changed for 80$. The airfilter on the left was the "old" one.They look pretty okay to me. Advocate for yourself. They'll pull all the tired old dealership tricks to extract money from you.I'm a customer and not a mechanic, but I am a weekend mechanic(he he) and know a thing or two, and earn my living as an engineer.

I just bought a 2023 Subaru Forester Sport from Dulles Subaru, and the experience was great! Moe was very helpful during the sales process, and explained everything to me in detail, and we were even able to complete some of the paperwork online ahead of time. After delivery, Donna showed me all the features of my new car and answered any questions or concerns that I had. Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant and helpful.

Great people at Dulles Subaru. Super easy buying process - test drive and within an hour I was back out the door heading home after my purchase. Quick process and the nicest people. Give Moe your business! He knew a lot about the car and was so helpful and nice.

I ve used Dulles Subaru service for ten years, since my first Crosstrek (now on no. 2). Always great to deal with. No upselling, fast service, super friendly. I have Subaru prepaid service from another dealer and there s never a question . Keep it up, you guys!

I just purchased my second Subaru at Dulles Motorcars in Leesburg. I had the pleasure of working with sales consultant - Angela Battle on both occasions. She has been working at the dealership for many years. Obviously purchasing a new vehicle can be very stressful - but I never felt that way during the entire process. Angela was very professional and knowledgeable, and I enjoyed meeting Liz in the finance department. If you are in the market for a new/used Subaru - I highly recommend Dulles Motorcars.

Dulles Subaru did a fantastic job on a new lease. Ishwa, our sales rep, did a wonderful job. She is very considerate and caring, making sure we were comfortable and satisfied every step of the way. I look forward to doing business with her and this dealership, and would recommend them to anyone. Love the Crosstrek btw.

I am really happy with the interest rate we got, especially because of the current market. I also appreciated the online communication prior to my arrival at the dealership. A faster process and less upselling would have been 5 stars.

I bought a new Forester a while ago from this dealership. There were very few dealerships with this vehicle at that time, so I had to buy this car far from home.The salesperson was ok, wasn't bad but nothing special. I was buying a 39,000 $ car, and they wouldn't even pick me up from a few miles away to take delivery.I am in the market for another vehicle now, and I will not return to the dealership.Edit: Of course, I'm not going to share my real name here.I don't expect anything from your dealership. This review is to educate people walking into your dealership. There are like 5 other dealerships in driving distance from the DC metro area, and you have to give people a reason to come to you.I know you have record sales now, and what some random customers think doesn't matter.Peace!

I showed up to purchase a used vehicle from out of town. The test drive went great. The price was right due to the cosmetic issues and history of the vehicle. I was willing to take a risk on them, but the finance department's efforts on my part fell short. I was approved to buy locally, but somehow couldn't get the green light here? I even put extra effort in the following day to ensure my income was more than legit and for my efforts there was not even someone to follow up with me. Very disappointing to have car keys placed in front of me like I was going to drive off the lot and then be rejected. I'll be offering my thousands of dollars to someone else this year.

What a great experience. Kudos to our salesperson Angela Battle who walked us thru the purchase of our new Crosstrek and Ascent. She answered all our questions and shared her expansive knowledge of the Subaru line of vehicles. She was awesome to work with. We also enjoyed working with Liz, the Finance Manager so friendly and helpful. Scott Pugh in the Service department is also great to work with. Thanks to everyone at Dulles Motorworks!

Dulles Subaru was an excellent choice for buying a used vehicle. I had a short time frame to find a replacement vehicle, they did me the service of getting all of my paperwork and driving the car over 200 miles to deliver it to me. Shoutout to Leo Cartagena, my salesperson who was very considerate and kept the process smoothly running through the whole purchase.

Do yourself a favor, and ask for MOE! Even though the wife and I decided not to purchase a vehicle at this location, it had nothing to do with their customer service. Moe from Sales was extremely welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond with his service. Thanks for everything and all the best!

I bought my first Subaru from here in 2020 and had a great experience and we just bought a 2nd one! We worked with Bruno who was honest and transparent with us and the current state of the market (which we appreciated because he didn t waste our time with certain models) BUT he and the finance team worked hard to ensure they stayed without our budget. We walked out with a brand new 2023 White Forester Sport which was a trim higher than what we had in mind! We are so happy with the car and very happy with the service we received. Service experience went great. Routine services done and out in about an hour. Scott was my Advisor and had things ready for me and went over what was to be done and what was done. Waited for the car at dealership. No issues.

Bought a one year old 2023 Crosstrek (4K miles) from this dealer. Months later when I finally checked the oil level it was way overfilled. Instead of just giving me an oil change with the correct oil level they siphoned some oil out (14oz). I guess that works. After a 10 minute drive and a 10 minute sit I checked the oil and it was still high. Went back to the dealer and the checked the oil and it was right at the top of the full line. I asked the mechanic how long we should wait and he said "60 seconds." He tested it 3 times and it was right at the max full. I when home waited 10 minutes and it was still overfilled. The manual says to wait AT LEAST 5 minutes. I guess the maintenance people know better. They refused to resolve the problem. Looks like a Christmas oil change for me (not from this dealer). I hope my engine is not damaged from the high oil level.

I just purchased a new 2023 Impreza from Dulles Subaru. They did not pressure me, allowed me time to consider the deal, and they met my price after a little back and forth.They were reasonable and made the process smooth. I was offered the customary add on warranties, etc. and declined, and there was no hard sell, they accepted NO.My only complaint is that they applied a corporate logo to the back of the car and I didn't know. I will now have to use some sort of adhesive remover to get rid of it. (in addition to the license plate advertisements all dealers put on).
