First time dealing with Caliber Collision and I was very impressed with the business I received. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The process of arriving and evaluating my car to driving off in a rental, was seamless and stress free. Would recommend to family and friends!

Caliber Collision did an excellent job on removing a giant scratch on my truck s bumper. The staff was very courteous and kept me informed throughout the process of repairing my vehicle. The vehicle was returned like new. I am very satisfied.

Extremely professional, courteous, and smooth process for my Jeep repair. The repair and painting was first-class and looks as good as new. Customer service was outstanding and made a somewhat stressful experience painless and reassuring. I was kept informed every step of the repair and could accurately project when my vehicle would be ready. They even helped coordinate my rental car. Highly recommend Caliber Collision of Leesburg!

Good as new. Two things I loved. First, this place does top notch OEM work. Pristine perfect installation, electronics calibration, all of it. And ahead of schedule by days! Convenient drop-off of Enterprise rental, too. And the moment they got the work order from my insurance they jumped on it to make this easy for me.Every single human interaction from manager to consultant and front desk was wonderful. Anomalously so, in the body shop industry.But more specifically, I want to celebrate and thank Jhairi at the front desk. Her wonderful phone demeanor, genuine warmth, transparent communication of information, left me smiling with delight and saying "Huh. Wow. That was so lovely!" Every time we got off the phone.I was genuinely worried for my car, and her entire professional persona put me at ease and left me feeling more valued and taken care of than I have felt even at top service places like expensive hotels.For real. Caliber, if you're reading this, she is a gem. Promote and celebrate that woman, she rules. And thanks again for fantastic work.

I recently had to bring my car in over the Holidays for a repair. Everyone over at Caliber was super friendly. The drop off process went smoothly. They kept me informed regarding the progress of me car even over the Holiday. My car was fixed in a timely manner and the work is excellent! Pick up was easy as well. I would definitely work with them again in the future. Fantastic team!

July-Sept 21 The sequence of events are listed in detail to understand the aftermath and may help others. My daughter was traveling on 1-81 and a truck was speeding at or over 100 mph on the 2-lane 70 mph killer road. Thankfully other drivers captured the reckless 18-wheeler merging right into the right hand lane where my daughter was driving. One option based on her car position being in the middle of the truck s position as he merged. Max damage was done to the front as she veered off the road hitting multiple rough hills and finally slamming into a much bigger hill and then deep ditch-cove. Caliber Collision was the set destination for all repairs. My daughter still in a state of shock and memory recall after the whiplash & contrecoup injury when her head slammed into the steering wheel and driver side window left multiple minutes unavailable for recall. It was apparent from the bruising in the middle head and faint logo imprint from the steering wheel, while the residual oils from her hair left a distinct impression on the drivers window and strands of hair left on the window show what occurred during impact to her head at least (imo only after running multiple MVA accidents in my younger years and being trained to observe details related only to bodily injuries not visible or confirmed due to shock, memory recall/loss, or a DOA.Caliber did all the repairs and didn t overprice vs some shops. Nathanial was the auto mechanic & he insured all dents and problems that may or may not have been caused by that accident were also corrected. As my daughter could not revisit that moment and recall the last moments of that MVA. But her confidence slowly built over time because any and all damage was erased from the car. Granted our insurance paid but his insurance took over due to reckless and endangerment while operating a 18-wheeler. I looked over all the costs associated to see the damage & if proof of the truckers actions had not been available. Price gouging was not present in our case.I learned 5 Important Life Lessons:1. I held my child tight!2. I was grateful for the bystanders that took care of her because we live 2.5 hours away.3. No matter how much you prepare your child for the road, some circumstances of this sort are not explained in drivers ED and are unavoidable. As a parent what would I have done, I m unsure! Probably the same as my daughter & I m proud of her quick thinking. NO - trying to exceed 100+mph or braking instantly will have caused more casualties, guarantee!4. How the repair shop treats the aftermath is just as important for anyone in an accident. First accident for teenagers especially are shocking/traumatic.5. Lastly, I would heavily suggest to any parent to have your child invoke his/her 5th amendment rights and/or if they are 17 like my daughter was at the age of the accident. DIRECT all questioning to the parent(s) or attorney in unknown jurisdictions, because the trooper AOS with an agenda vs arriving at the MVA and assessing that accident and taking accounts and testimony from the witnesses. A statement was never taken from my daughter except from insurance. Both video and photos were presented to the officer and he still presumed with the notion that this was another drunk teenager from said nearby college vs the small percentages of accidents that are no fault of our teenagers (personal opinion only). Tunnel vision of this sort is bad faith in any practice, opinion only. I ve never arrived on a MVA where the officers did not do a quick scene analysis, ensure safety protocols, and take an official statement from the driver, bystanders, and any immediate individuals involved. This would be your foundation in any MVA dispute with insurance and liability. Having actual proof of the accident is a golden ticket for the parties involved, officers, EMS, and insurance companies (opinion only). It was apparent motives were elsewhere (personal opinion). Regardless, thank you Caliber Collision for erasing all the physical damage to my daughters car.

Highly recommended! My vehicle was ready for pick up well before the estimated time. The staff were professional, answered all my questions and kept me informed daily on the work being performed. - I would have taken a photo but it was too cold!

They did a great job on my car! All the staff are friendly from the receptionist Jr, to Nathan the advisor! they kept me updated via text on the progress of the car, and when I went to pick it up, I asked for the advisor to walk me thru the changes, he did and explained it to me (I m not very good at cars) and when i pointed out that something needs a little adjustment, he did it on the spotGreat service all around

first off let me just say that i was welcomed with open armsss!! everyone in that building was nothing but kind, helpful and so respectful to me and my situation with my car! they were super communicative with the whole process and contacted me every few days tokeep me informed! Ms. Anna & Ms. Jhairi were nothing but kind and sweet during this process! my car looks amazing and i definitely 100/10 recommend this place!!

Unfortunately, I hit a deer and I had to search for a car repair shop. I searched online and found Caliber in Leesburg, very pleased I chose to bring my car here. They kept me updated along the way with the repairs to my car, my car looks great. Definitely recommend!

Used their paint services to fix the paint on my vehicle after someone backed into it. I was quoted a time frame for how long it was going to take. I received my vehicle 2 days before the estimated time of completion. I was also quoted the price for the work to be done and was also informed that if additional work is needed, they would communicate it first before proceeding so that there would be no surprises. For my particular situation, there was no need for additional work, so I knew exactly what I was going to need to cover that insurance wasn't going to be able to.I had a great and positive experience with the Caliber Collision Leesburg Team from start to the completion of the services I needed. Should I need additional work done on my vehicle, I would not hesitate to come back and employ their services again.

The young lady at the service desk when we arrived the morning of 13 November, was amazingly friendly and patient, explaining every step of the process. Her pleasant demeanor was a welcome first impression. The customer in line before us was being "difficult" and she handled the situation masterfully, defusing the situation and providing him a resolution (I do not remember her name or else I would record it here in order for her to receive a commendation). Scott, our technician, explained what would be entailed with the repairs, gave us an estimate for time of completion. While over the Thanksgiving Holiday, I anticipated a delay. The opposite was true, the repairs were completed a day earlier than projected and I received a live call to let me know. We are very happy with the service

This facility is phenomenal! They took in my truck after a ridiculous collision and brought EXCEPTIONAL service and timing back. Scott and Junior are fantastic assets to this facility and the techs are awesome! Do not consider any other place!

Caliber Collision staff was very helpful from the moment I dropped my vehicle off until pick up. They were very thorough with keeping my updated via text of the status of my vehicle as well as the breakdown of the cost. I will recommend to anyone who needs their vehicles body repaired. Caliber Collision is one of my favorite places in terms of excellent work, they are very professional and I love the way they work and they always keep you up to date with what is happening with your car that is why Aero Collision is one of the best places for me which I will always be grateful to them for the work they are always doing also thank the Hispanic people who also do a very good excellent job I would say in everything

Caliber kept our vehicle for almost a month. It was finally returned 2 weeks after the promised date. We were notified no less than 4 times of a delay and a new delivery date. First, they told us they had ordered the wrong condenser and the wrong grill. And then they said the wrong part came in. After this, they couldn't find the correct parts.We repeatedly asked to speak with a manager or for the manager to call us. Not once would a manager speak to us throughout the entire month. Our insurance company, USAA also tried unsuccessfully to speak to the manager.Caliber denied USAA's request to give us a rental car even though they were contractually obligated to give us one. Instead, they lied to USAA and told them that they had not ordered wrong parts, and so it wasn't their fault. Our vehicle was delivered to us late on a Friday, after closing hours so that only a receptionist was there. One of the front lights was not repaired and we had to take it to Toyota for repairs.The quality of all of the work was marginal. This Caliber location should be removed from USAA's recommended vendor list.

1/4/2024 This is my 2nd review for Caliber Collision of Leesburg (bc it s the 2nd time I knocked off my car s side mirror backing out of my garage. ) My experience with CC was excellent from start to finish, AGAIN! Junior at the front desk was professional, friendly and proficient in person and on the phone. I was sent daily texts updated me on the progress of my repair. My repair was completed ONE DAY EARLIER than originally quoted and the repair looks brand new! In addition, Junior went above and beyond once the repair was finished by helping me do a contactless car rental return and car pick-up bc at the time I had Covid. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!!! Thanks Caliber Collision, AGAIN!!!!

Our experienced summarized in 5 words: continuously delayed, poor work quality.For reference, all we needed was a broken window replaced and a small dent popped out.-Caliber told us our car would be ready 5/5/23. They texted us during the week prior and that very morning telling us we were on track to meet that completion deadline. When we asked what time to pick it up, suddenly it wasn t ready anymore. Cue two more WEEKS of Caliber claiming every day it ll be ready tomorrow and then every time tomorrow rolled around, it wasn t.-They left a big paint stain on our back seat (which is not coming out).-There is a paint stain on the (brand new) window (also not coming out).-They failed to clean all the broken glass out of the back of the car, including several big, obvious chunks.-They dirtied the car and left their trash in it. Dirty boot scrapes everywhere, and several cloths/tissues and plastic booties (?) were scattered around, which was gross to clean up.I could forgive the unexplained 2 week delay in the return of our car. But the condition that Caliber returned it in is frankly unacceptable. I have spent an hour desperately trying to scrub out the paint stains they created to no avail. I m extremely dissatisfied and do not recommend this location to anyone.Service: Body & Trim
