WORST PHONE SERVICE EVER WHICH LEADS ME TO BELIEVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS. THEY DO NOT INTRODUCE THEMSELVES ON THE PHONE AND ARE ABSOLUTELY RUDE. I CALLED ON BEHALF OF A CUSTOMER AND WAS HUNG UP ON TWICE AFTER MENTIONING NAME. CALLED FROM MY CELL PHONE AND GOT YELLED AT THEY DO NOT WORK ON THE VEHICLE I REQUESTED WORK ON AND HUNG UP. IF YOU LIKE ABUSE VISIT THIS HOLE , WHAT A JOKE OF A FRONT DESK PERSON.

Auto Solutions is this unique repair shop that took me back in time with the model cars and pictures! And conversation! Kelly and Jeremy are married and are the nicest owners on the planet. Truthful in the findings and very reasonably priced. The price given is the price to pay. Not this "add on more money" business after you come back to pick up your car.They do the fastest work possible and really explain what work needs to be done on your car.I recommend Auto Solutions to anyone. You're in good hands. They also guarantee their work.It sure has been a great recommendation. Thanks Shawn Stephens.

Kelly and Jeremy are truly amazing. My new used car ended up having an engine block and they answered all of my questions from what was wrong with the car to even questions about what my best options were with my situation. I instantly brought my new car to them to check it over and get inspection done and will continue to come back. Amazing customer service and knowledge.

We've used Auto Solutions for our auto needs for 17 years. The quality of their work is 1st class. They have never pushed for a repair that wasn't needed and work with you to keep your cars running for a long time. Their costs are reasonable; you may be able to get it cheaper elsewhere but with not the same confidence it will hold. We have had 5 different cars serviced by them including currently we have a 14 year old car with 180,000 miles they they are working with us to get to 200,000. I highly recommend.

Called and asked to make an appointment for emissions inspection. Was told that by law they cannot take appointments for that. I politely said "that's fine and I'll be there tomorrow but out of curiosity why is it illegal to take emissions appointment" the lady was very rude and responded ("THATS THE LAW SIR". I said why is that the law (politely) and she said "IDK CALL DEQ". They would have gotten my business and future business but because the secretary answering calls doesn't know how to speak to people who are being nice to her I won't be patronizing them. Get a new secretary.

I've used Auto Solutions for almost 15 years and I would not go anywhere else. I had an amazing experience here this morning and I had to write about it.I had a small tire issue that had been a problem for a while. And I took it to one shop close by and they just wanted to sell me a new tire and it would take several days without even looking at the problem. I drove over to Auto Solutions and Jeremy came out and took a look at it and immediately fixed the problem and sent me on my merry way. He was busy and it was a VERY hot day but he went above a beyond anyway. I am so impressed by the honestly and customer service I experienced at Auto Solutions. I will be their customer for life and will encourage others to do the same. Businesses that operate like this are hard to find.Service: Tires

We can not say enough good things about Jeremy and Kelly and the whole staff at Auto Solutions. If you have a problem with your car they can fix it. We have been taking all of our cars here for years now and they are Honest, Fair and Affordable. Best of all, is the quality of there work, once they fix it.... Its fixed. They do all this with the best customer service of any auto repair shop in Leesburg and maybe the state. The BEST auto service facility our family has ever known! We've been bringing our vehicles to Auto Solutions for over 10 years (from Volvo to Toyota to Subaru to Honda to Mercedes) and have never been disappointed! They always make us feel important and taken care of. We've never been treated with anything but respect, honesty, and integrity.It's such a relief to never again need to find a great car mechanic!

I would like to take this opportunity to very highly recommend Auto Solutions! If you feel uncomfortable about your current mechanic then move over to Auto Solutions! Auto Solutions is owned and operated by Jeremy and Kelly. They are good people and very service oriented. And best of all they are honest and that s hard to find in general and especially in the automobile mechanic space!! Now don t get me wrong as they have plenty of business as they ve been in Leesburg VA for almost twenty years. I have 5 different cars/truck I take there and I won t use anyone else! A mechanic like none-other! The customer service here is incredible and the quality of work is just as great. I needed a new drive shaft and Jeremy, the owner, helped me over the phone while I was 2 states away for work. He gave me an estimate over $1000 less than the first mechanic I took it to and offered me many options rather than just the most profitable. He ordered the part and had it ready a day earlier than promised! Jeremy and Kelly are super friendly and take the time to listen to the customer. I will be referring family and friends to this shop every chance I get!

I went to Jeremy and Auto Solutions after doing a fairly in-depth review of repair businesses in the area. They get a five star review for determining I did not need to have coils replaced in the car though it took me having to tell them to go and drive the car so they could see that they engine was rough idling turns out it only needed new spark plugs - that s a good news but after driving the vehicle home I notice the transmission seemed to be slipping so I m considering taking the vehicle back, but am hesitant since it should have been something that they noticed upon driving the car themselves. I did tell them I have to drive from Leesburg to Ft Meade 4 days out of the week, and need the car working well. I think part of the the problem is that they have more volume of cars than they can handle I will say that Jeremy and the staff there are great people. But for now I m giving them 3 stars - that maychange depending on the outcome of their service, if I give the car back to them to fix the transmission issue.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Vehicle safety inspection

Went to Auto Solutions a few weeks ago based on great reviews . Took my Suburban to get a tire replaced and was very pleased with the service, quick turnaround and their professionalism.Jeremy did a great job. Thank you!Highly recommend!!!

A rare breed - a trustworthy mechanic! From out of town and was recommended Auto Solutions from family. Had some clutch work done. Auto Solutions was very understanding of the circumstances and got the work done quickly! Shortly after the repair, the engine light came back on. Any other mechanic could have taken the opportunity to do more work. Jeremy at Auto Solutions honestly stated the light was a simple warning with nothing to worry about. He even put top-shelf gas cleaner in the vehicle at no extra cost. I would highly recommend Auto Solutions for any repairs!

This place it the mechanic people dream of finding. Jeremy has taken such good care of me over the years, helping me with the near constant problems I ve had on my cars. He s given me great deals, fit me in on busy days, and gotten jobs done quickly and well. He will bring me back on the shop floor and show me exactly what broke, how it broke, and what they re doing to fix it. They ve even been as kind as to drive me home/ pick my up from my house a mile away. He and his wife are honest and kind people, I couldn t recommend them more highly!

I have used Auto Solutions for many years. They offer superior workmanship and the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE of any repair shop I've encountered in my lifetime. Jeremy, the owner, is one of the most helpful and knowledgeable person in the industry. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone within 100 miles travel area. We've taken all our cars here for several years now. I decided to write a review today because I was just there for service again today.We often show up without an appointment, and we're in and out in an hour or less for regular maintenance service. Can not say enough good things about this shop. They are friendly, honest, dependable, and we completely trust them with the maintenance of our vehicles. Convenient location and very reasonable prices. I must sound like an advertisement, but this is honestly how we feel. It's a real relief when you have certain service providers who you can trust year after year, and Auto Solutions is one of those for us.

Straight, honest, trustworthy shop! I grew up in the auto trade and really appreciate when I get good advice that isn't about selling me something I don't need! They do great clean work at fair prices without the triple lattes and fancy showrooms. They will show you parts they replaced and explain why they recommend things need done. If you want confidence that your car is serviced right then Auto Solutions is the place to go. My cars are foreign, BMW and Mercedes and no problem for Jeremy and his team.

I just moved to Leesburg last year and I was looking for a good auto place. I asked a friend and she highly recommended Auto Solutions. I looked them up and saw great reviews. Jeremy and his team are friendly and helpful, I can't imagine going anywhere else. As a woman, with the notion that some places try to take advantage of the stereotype that women don't know anything about cars, this place is nothing but respectful and treats everyone equally and with kindness. Go there, you won't be disappointed!

It happened that just as our then long time repair guy was closing his business, Auto Solutions was opening its doors. We gave them a try. They are top notch technicians and more importantly, you can absolutely trust them. If they say you need to have something done, you can be absolutely confident that is accurate and not overstated. The prices are fair, the services are provided in a professional and timely fashion and they are genuine, wonderful folks. These are all the reasons we keep coming back to them year after year. Jeremy and Kelly are now our long time auto service team.

We needed some work done on my boyfriend's car. The dealership quoted a price which seemed ridiculous to us. I had been recommended Auto Solutions by a mechanic in Pennsylvania, so we gave AS a call. Their quote was less than half of what the dealership quoted. The work was done and the car was ready to pick up right on time. Very happy with this service and we will be taking our vehicles to Auto Solutions for any of our other needs.

Auto Solutions is a quality independent car shops in the area. Every time I've worked with them, I understood exactly what was done and why and it was for a fair price. They are good natured and do great work. They've even taken time to teach my sons how to do some of the work to save them some expenses.

I love this place. I've been taking my car here for a year or two and have always had great service. I never feel like they're trying to get me to pay for something I don't need. Prices are competitive with other repair shops in the area, but trust is an issue which is why I take my car to this shop. My only complaint is that they are always busy, but that's also a good sign.

Cannot stress enough how great these guys are. Have been taking my car here for a little over a year and have had my family convert to this shop too. Was extremely impressed and happy with customer service, car service and price! Jeremy kindly fitted me in as an emergency (tire puncture and car very much overdue service) when my car's manufacturing company could not help me. Will definitely be going back in the future! Highly recommend!

When they say they provide good service, they mean it. I can t think of a better place for car repairs, the owners and staff are incredibly kind and inspected my car as a courtesy after I got in an accident during the first snow of the year. They also provided me with a warm place to wait for my tow truck in spite of the bad conditions. Needless to say they have earned my business and will bring my car here for all future repairs, I highly recommend you do the same.

Really appreciate how quickly you guys took care of our car! We were traveling from Florida and here in Leesburg to welcome a new grand baby. Car broke down and you guys had it up and good as new by the time we were heading back to Florida. Our car not only made it back safely but is running better than ever. Probably won't even need to buy a new car at this point.Really appreciate your honesty, expertise and care.

Great shop with a ton of experience. Jeremy is fantastic to work with and I recommend them to everyone. Prices are more than fair and the work is done when they say it will be. I feel comfortable and confident with everything they tell me. Definitely have them give you an estimate before using another shop.

Solid, honest hard working people. One time we took our car here and they told us that if we ordered the part off Amazon it would be cheaper than them ordering it through their source. They also kept our car for a day trying to determine what was wrong, but since they couldn't figure it out they didn't charge us.
