Not a bad experience at all! I went in told them what lawnmower I had and got Blades and fellow went straight to them and out of there in 5 minutes. Had plenty of Help. Will Recommend them Completely!

Just picked up out mower from being serviced and can not say one bad thing about their employees or work! They did a fantastic job and were very thorough. Upfront and honest company and the owner even came out front to speak with us. Great service, great people, and a blessing to our church for getting our motor up and running again! I woulf highly recommend this company to anyone!

The staff are always Great to deal with, friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Liked them enough over the past couple of years (moved here recently) that the wife and I bought a new husqvarna riding mower. Good company to deal with.

I usually don't write to many reviews unless I feel like I wasn't scammed. So I took my pressure washer to these guys and they insured they will take care of my pressure washer. I was happy to hear at first until when I come back to get it they said it was a pool of gas underneath they something broke off ok they had get a part waited 3 weeks said it was working great go down road to customer house which is not even a mile. Gas poured in neighbors yard and smoked every were I told them it didn't work they was like we played with it it worked fine nothing we can do for you no money back or nothing just say you probably need a new part. I told all my friends and other companies they said they stop going also how were treated.

I just picked up my DR leaf shredder engine that wouldn t run and they made it run like new. A couple of years ago they rebuilt my husqvarna string trimmer engine and it still runs great. Fair pricing and excellent work

Had what could have been a major issue with water in my log splitter engine. The folks at Freeman were able to fix it very reasonably. Could not have been happier with the speed, quality and customer service. I'm a new customer for life.

I visited this place to figure out what was wrong with my riding lawn mower. They were very helpful and giving me some advice on how to diagnose the problem. I'm very thankful.

I had my 17 year old zero turn mower serviced here. It had major oil leak and needed a comprehensive general service, oil change, etc. They did an outstanding job and went above and beyond to repair the oil leak and fix an unexpected issue which also surfaced. As a former business owner, I always felt that providing service should not be measured by how much I made on one customer, but how much my business grew from future business with that customer and customers that they referred to my business. FAOP definitely shares this business philosophy and, from my experience, lives by it. They have my future business, both service and new product when needed, and future referrals whenever I have the chance.

I bought a lawnmower belt from this place and within an hour of mowing my lawn the belt snapped. I brought it back to replace it and they wouldn't warrant the belt and said it was my fault that the belt broke. Even though before I bought this belt I've been using the same worn out belt that was frayed and falling apart, cutting the same yard for years, and never had an issue with my old belt until it finally gave out. I didn't want a refund, I just wanted them to replace the belt with a new one. I've never had a brand new belt break this easily.

I was going to give more stars because Wayne was gonna save me money on "repair" BUT ...So we brought Husqvarna mower in for "repair" because blades would not engage. When ALL safety switches checked out Wayne told me he could bypass the safety switch which would save us money because otherwise he'd have to tear the mower down to find that 1 wire with an issue and that would cost. We're responsible people .. we don't run over people in reverse so bypass it is .. I spoke with Wayne a few times and when mower was ready I told him what time we'd be there and HE told me HE would be there so HE could SHOW us what he did , in case we had same problem again .. Like maybe he knows this won't hold . So .. we show up .. at time stated .. pay $70 and NO Wayne ..Wayne's on lunchbreak .. NO ONE will tell us when he'll be back .. no one can show us anything . The owner or Mgr. told someone to help us .. make sure mower was ready and accessible but no one did... Meanwhile we paid $70 for them to put a zip tie on some wires .. that's all we can find that they did and believe me we looked because the blades won't engage .. again .. We paid $70 for "repair" and we've used it twice ! Total waste of time and money because now I have to take it in for "REPAIR" .. but not here .. Not sure where I'll take it this time .. but it won't be hereI DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

The sales people will go out of their way to get you what you need. I have bought several Husqvarna products from them. They sale several different brands.
