My family has been using JW Auto exclusively for several months. We could not be happier with the quality of the repairs Joey and his team have done. From a 74 Ford to a 2012 4Runner, they ve kept us on the road at very fair prices. Not one time have I had to schedule an appointment more than one day in advance, unlike other shops. If you have any auto repairs that need to be done, call Candice. You won t be disappointed.

BEST MECHANIC EVER!!!Joey is the man! He can work on anything! He knows exactly what he is doing. I have been taking my cars to him for 6 years or more. Compared to dealer prices JW Auto is very fair! This family owned business is like no other! They hold the highest in moral standards. I will never take my vehicles to anyone else for as long as I m on the east coast. Honesty and Integrity is extremely hard to find these days and is a requirement. Parts for certain cars can be expensive, and that is unavoidable. Do not waste your time or money on random auto repair shops! Joey is simply the best! His wife is an absolute gem that I enjoy talking to whenever I m in there.I cannot say enough good things about them. I am super picky and before I discovered Joey, I always had to tell whatever shop I had to go to, not to even think about ripping me off. It has been such a relief to get my car or truck worked on. I trust the work! Joey and Kandice are genuinely good people! You will not find any better! I would give 100 stars if I could!

Love this place been with them since the beginning.Works on all my vehicles business and personal and my husbands as well awesome job. Most honest Mechanic and Best prices around. One more thing is stands behind his work. You won t be disappointed.

They are fantastic! I've come to them a couple times. Today I needed a quick rotation of my tires because I was going on a road trip and my tire thread were getting low on the sides on the front ones. They got be in, provided my 3 year olds with Netflix and stuff to color with, and provided excellent service. 10/10 recommend them!

Took my truck up there for inspection, and got some O2 sensors done and asked for everything to be checked over. Three times. They drove it 109 miles and never saw check engine light and stability control light or service 4 wheel drive light come on. But it does and stayed on until I just replaced spark plugs, wires ,and other o2 sensors. Truck is running great now. Everyone on YouTube knows when you replace 1 O2 sensor you do them all.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto exhaust system repair, Vehicle Inspection

Our AC went out late evening Thurs. Friday morning I got in touch with JW Auto. They told us to bring it down and they would take care of us. Kept us informed of the steps being done ended up having to order a part to get delivered but it would be late getting to them to finish repair. That early evening Kandice called and told me it was all done. We could pick it up. They worked past closing time on a Friday night to finish the job so we could have our car back! Excellent service and caring about customers. This will make their business grow. They definitely got ours! Thank you to them and their employees!

I missed an appointment at another shop due to a miscommunication. I desperately needed new pads and rotors. I called and they told me to come in; they started working immediately. Unfortunately, they only had a 7-lug rotor. Candace immediately left and went to buy the 6-lug rotor to make sure the job was completed in a timely and efficient manner so I could make it to an appointment. Highly recommend this shop to anyone and everyone who needs work done. Personalized service, great attitudes, and will do anything needed to accomplish the task at hand.

Can not thank Joey enough for being extremely thorough when looking over my vehicle & fixing my oil leak issue. Kandice was also on top of ordering my parts & providing me with pricing (that you can NOT beat). Can not recommend these two enough. Work together great as team, and provide the BEST customer service! Thank you both SO MUCH!

As someone who lives within a stones throw of a number of auto repair shops I can say with 100% certainty that J.W Auto repair is the best shop I have been to. Fast, polite, fair priced, and trustworthy are four words that best describe this shop. Highly recommended to everyone in the Hanover, King William, and King and Queen area.
