Karen was super knowledgeable about the property and all the options that were available.Originally when I called, I wasn t able to reach the front desk, but within a timely manner she was able to return my call and answer all my questions.She made sure that all my questions were answered and provided great insight to help with our decision.

The facility is very clean an organized. Karin is very helpful with suggestions and can supply recommendations for movers and local business help. It is also safe, locked behind a gate for drive up movers. She keeps plenty of boxes and supplies for packaging and moving. 5 Stars!C. R.

It was wonderful working with Carin, she explained every detail with ease. She multitasked and got me settled quickly. She showed me many options. She is a bundle of energy. I loved all the units, as they are clean, large and efficiently run. I am very pleased with this facility, and I am no novice to storage facilities. Storage Rentals of America is an A-plus facility.

I moved from one unit to another. It was very easy. The office personal made sure the units were very close and that made moving easy. She was extremely helpful in helping me select the unit. Kudos to her.I purchased a 2nd unit. Working with the receptionist is wonderful. I don't want to misspell her name, therefore, I'll say receptionist. She's very patient and helpful. She's an asset to your company. Thanks for all you do.

Karen was very kind and considerate. She was helpful with setting up my auto pay for my storage payments. The facility is conveniently located and always clean and well lit. This is my second time renting at this location and I will definitely use them again!

Ms. K�ren is amazing at her job! Her customer service is UNMATCHED! I was looking for a unit with a short amount of time, I called her in the morning and was able to get everything signed and situated within a few hours. She was very helpful in explaining details and available options to best suit my circumstances. Thank you Ms. K�ren for all you do! SROA at King George has my vote.

The facility and property are always clean, and the property manager Karen is always willing to do everything in her power to help. She is very warm and courteous, and always greets with a smile. They constantly do their best to maintain communication and work with every costumer.

SROA King George was able to meet my needs on short notice, and provided great service! They were able to provide exactly what I was looking for, climate control unit that was secured behind a locking system.The staff is very friendly and personable, and overall a great experience to work with.If you are looking for a place close to Naval Support Activity South Potomac, and don t want to go all the way to Fredericksburg or into Maryland, they re just 10 minutes down the road from the front gate, located by King George High School!

Storage units are very clean and the perfect sizes. What really sold the whole experience was the awesome customer service from Karen in KG! 10/10 would recommend to a friend. :)

I have to take a moment to shout out my amazing over the phone Sales Rep, Manu! He was patient, informative, and able to get me the unit I needed to accommodate my situation, budget, and location. Not to mention taking the time to stay on the line and read over my contract with me, immediately answering any questions I had before digitally signing. What I thought was going to be added stress to my moving process, he made it easy and entertaining. Customer service experiences like the one I received today, are very rare. I am throughly pleased and impressed with how professionally proficient he was. Thanks again, Manu!!!!!

Renter beware. The upper level storage IS NOT secure. There is an opening in the fence on the side of the building that cars can drive through and access the upper units without the need to go through an access control gate.I brought this to the upper management of the location s attention. I told them their website advertised secure gated access that it wasn t actually secure. I tried several ways to get them to understand and admit that when people read gated access , the expectation is that the only way in and out is through an access controlled get. The only response they gave me was, We do have access gates (literally repeated the same line over and over), and completely side-stepped my security concern. Was also told they have no intentions of closing this area because it s convenient for people with trailers so they don t have to back up.Convenience over security seems to be their policy.Oh, and keep in mind that if you are just 5 days late, they charge you an over $50 late fee. Even if you re late because the office door said closed the several times you went by to make payment and set up auto pay.

Great place for a competitive rate. Karen at the front desk was really helpful about all the little things a customer needs to know when renting a storage unit. I would definitely recommend this place.
