Super friendly staff ,very accommodating. I took several test rides and my wife and I found a BMW we just had to have. Diane gave us a fresh inspection and oil change,plus the car came with a 90 day power train warranty! Definitely would do business again.

In September I bought a 2007 Prius with 123K miles on it. They let me drive the car to my mechanic who did a pre-purchase inspection. The car was in great condition, save a few specks of chipped paint. The interior was in great condition as well. I have driven it 5K miles since I bought in September and have had zero problems with it. Diana was awesome! She did all the paperwork for me to include transfer of car plates from my trade-in vehicle. She also matched the trade-in value that Carmax offered which brought down the total price of the vehicle. It was a great car buying experience. I would absolutely recommend!

Office lady was great. Salesman told me everything I wanted to hear even if it was false information. Even used his tool to reset the dash lights that were on. Once I bought the truck and drove for a day or two, all the dash lights started to come on. I had to install a new catalytic converter and four new tire sensors, after 2 days of owning the truck. You might get lucky buying a car from this dealership, but they truly do not have an idea what is going on with the vehicles they buy at the auctions. So I would only purchase a vehicle from this dealership if I was a mechanic or at least had a mechanic check check it out before you buy.To add to this review on how terrible this company is. After I have bought my truck in the past four months since I have had my truck I have spent over $12,000 trying torepair what junk this place has sold me. I called them back after needing to replace the engine, after I had already repaired the catalytic converter, both head gaskets on the motor, gaskets where the engine was leaking oil, and the transmission line was leaking, and all they could do is argue about why this is my fault. Laughable I called them to see if they would make it right and possibly trade for some thing in better condition and to them that was not even an option. Avoid this dealership at all costs. This unfortunately was a $12,000 lesson learned.And as for them writing a review saying that they would have helped me out. I called in and they did not help me out. They just wanted to argue with me, so I just ended up hanging up the phone and excepting the loss.

Purchased a vintage Mercedes in exceptional condition. The photos and information on the SRT web page were completely accurate with regard to the condition of the car, and all specs. Communication with Diana, the representative I worked with, was fast and informative. (I very much appreciated having the text availability for communication which is important these days.) Felt like I had a private sales concierge. I also had the chance to interact with the very professional manager and never once felt like he was trying to make the sale. He answered questions and provided info, was very nice. Additionally, I had a couple of non-negotiable items that were taken care of before the sale concluded. This is how I want all future transactions to go. Smooth, simple, friendly, courteous, and super pleasant. I found SRT to be an upstanding dealership and really appreciated their attentiveness, and the awesome car!

Purchased a 2011 Sienna and I am very pleased. Dianna was friendly and helpful and gave a very accurate description of the van prior to my arrival. I have had the van for a few weeks now and there are no unexpected issues. I feel like I was treated fairly and the vehicle was a good value. Even though their dealership is a couple hours from my home, I am glad I made the trip and would consider them in the future when looking for another vehicle.

Great experience at SRT Auto Sales-King George. Drove 2 hours to see a truck we saw online. It was exactly as advertised. Diana made this the best car buying experience we have ever had by being able to answer questions about the vehicle and making the transaction hassle free and expedient. So worth the trip!

We worked with Diana and she was able to answer all questions regarding the Kia Sedona van we purchased. Photos listed were in line with condition of the vehicle (overall very good condition). She allowed us to take our time looking over the vehicle and test driving it with no pressure. Paperwork was completed quickly as well.Overall, great experience with the dealership.

BOOM! Picked up my 2007 Chrysler here. (Yes only 4k miles, not a typo!) I bought this thing out of state and Diana was BEYOND patient with me over the phone. When I finally came in person and picked it up they told me about all the maintenance they did on it with paper work to back it up, they replaced the rear view mirror for me and a solenoid that was setting off the engine light a week later as well.Thank you for your time, hospitality and most of all the charger for my dying phone. Diana was more than helpful for everything, she was fantastic. They provide a Carfax report for you and vehicles are mostly all good until next year. We bought 2 cars here within a week for a total of around $20k - both are very nice. I will say when we attempted to lower the price on the second vehicle, the man helping us wasn t budging much at all. We got it down a good amount, just still ended up paying more than we feel the vehicle is truly worth. In the end, we are definitely happy with the service here and would recommend.

I bought a mini bus there a few months ago, to make a nonprofit bookmobile, and couldn't have been happier with my purchase. They fixed the alignment with no additional charge, made the purchase process super easy and even threw in a $50 gift card donation to help fill up the first tank of gas. Thanks SRT Auto team, it was a real pleasure doing business with you all!

Please folks do not purchase from this dealership.I was in need of reliable transportation so I bought a vehicle from this dealer. The first day I had a fuel pump issue which was $1,700 . I purchased their bumper to bumper extended warranty it didn t cover it the dealership gave me $500 towards the repair and I had to file a claim with my insurance company to cover the rest that s just the beginning.. Within 30 days my engine went out these crooks did nothing the owner slither and hid with his gun on his hip . The employees where very short and extremely rude as the questions and accountability was wanted. The extended warranty that I purchased would not live up to their coverage and left me holding the entire bill my engine was replaced for $8,000 out of my pocket. Please folks drive past this dealership it s not what you want have a great day knowing you didn t get jammed by purchasing something from this dealership.

May I just say I LOVE MY NEW MINI VAN! I've been hesitant to finally settle into my soccer mom life and embracing the other side of thirty I finally took the leap. A friend recommended SRT Auto Sales to me and this was the most pleasant car buying experience ever. The salesman and the manager, Diana, were absolutely amazing. Friendly and helpful, no stress environment. They answered all of my questions and completed everything so quickly my 6 year old didn't even have time to start fussing. After a ton of research, SRT had the BEST price and the BEST value. I will never buy a car anywhere else. Thank you SRT for offering a reliable, honest experience my family will never forget.

I had a great experience at this dealership. The dealership is in a good location that is easy to access. The lot has plenty of parking available and space to move around. The building is clean and the staff is very professional and organized.My salesman (Paul) was personable and allowed me to explore the vehicle in my own time and did not hover over me. The purchase process is very streamlined at this dealership and Paul had completed everything for the transaction in less than 30 minutes.I would not hesitate to purchase from this dealership again in the future, as everything was well documented in the pictures and was as it appeared in real life. I would have no issue purchasing from them sight unseen if you are from out of the area and utilizing a shipping company.5/5 Stars!

I recently bought a car from SRT Auto Sales and the team, especially Zak and Debbie, couldn't have been nicer. They gave me their genuine thoughts and helped me make an informed purchase. They worked with me to give me everything I need to get the car registered (I'm a D.C. resident).Buying a car is a stressful process and I can honestly say that the stress was relieved when I talked to the team and left the dealership. I feel completely satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend them to family/friends because of the deal I got and because you can tell they were genuine people.

Great attention and communication from start to finish! I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Too often used car dealers seem shady but not at SRT. There vehicle I test drove had an issue and it was quickly diagnosed and an offer was made to fix it the next day. Thank you very much for a great experience!

I needed a reliable car because I'm a caregiver. My old car was beat. I saw advertised a Grand Marquis with 30,000 miles on. After a little negotiation I was able to buy the carWhen I got it home it rained and the floor of the car was wet. With our hesitation ( Awesome ) fix the problem.I am completely satisfied with the car the deal and the friendly help.ThankYou

I went after going to another dealer to get a nice sized SUV for the family, was greeted little kids before I entered the door. That floor they have was the only issue I had with this place. The front desk lady was very friendly and nice she worked with me. I met the owner and he was seemed like an ok guy. Got a car and the owner really worked with me and we set a decent deal for both parties [when your both not happy about the price] and I got the car, the car needed work but its not somthing that would make me upset or anyone else. I like working on my cars so when i checked the could be problem areas and acknowledged that its safe enough it was a done deal. If your trying to get a car with no issues at any used dealership. Thats wishful thinking. The question should always be what am i willing to fix.

Went out on Sunday just looking around to see what was available. Spoke with Assim he was very friendly and helpful. Went back on Monday & Tuesday and Dianna assisted us and test drove several vehicles, she was very kind, friendly and helpful as well. Wound up buying a 2010 Chevy Edge, low miles, great condition, great price. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND SRT Auto to anyone looking for a reliable and reputable company to buy from.

It was my first time buying a car and they made it so easy! Diana even set up all of the DMV stuff for me and just added it to the charge so I didn't have to go to deal with that at all! Everything was super streamlined, they gave me all the info about the car and walked me through the paperwork I was signing instead of just throwing a bunch of papers that I didn't understand at me and expecting me to just figure them out myself. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I love my Prius!!

They are absolutely one of the best car dealerships I could have ever worked with. For my first car buying experience they were so unbelievably helpful. I had a rough time with my car and problems came up a week after I bought the car but they fixed everything completely free. I loved how they handled the crazy situation with my car and will always buy my cars from this place. They were so kind and I have been so grateful to do business with them!

Amazing! I bought a great 2002 Buick Lsabre for significantly ess than other places wanted. It looks and runs like it is brand new. It is in perfect condition with low miles, one owner, and service records from Car Fax. The car is awesome! However, the best thing about this buying experience was the customer service. The car needed the seat heater fixed. They agreed to fix it. Also, after taking the car home and the first hot day arrived, I noticed that the driver's side air conditioning was not working. They fixed it for free. I drove 4.5 hours to go to this dealer. It was worth every hour and penny. These are truly honest people who know that the way to have a great business is to take care of the customer. Definitely buy a car from this dealer. It was the best car buying experience I ever had.

I had the pleasure of working with Zak at SRT Auto Sales to purchase my first car! I was very satisfied with the customer service the whole team provided. The car had one hiccup the day I picked it up and the team was very responsive in getting the issue fixed right away. This dealership is truly the best and I couldn't have asked for a better first car buying experience!

I purchased a Honda Accord here last week. The price was excellent, and the vehicle was mostly in the condition that I was told to expect before arriving. There were two surprises, a flat tire and a squeaky pulley. They fixed the squeak by installing a new water pump after business hours, while my daughter and I bonded over a pizza. They also gave me credit for the tire repair.These are hard working and honest people. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Paul worked with me despite my hesitant attitude. They were also more than happy to fix the couple things that needed fixing. Used car dealerships can be deceiving at times but these guys seem to be pretty straight forward and honest. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a reliable but affordable vehicle.

Had the pleasure of working with Zak on the purchase of our Mazda. I found the car on Carfax, called Zak and he described the car just as what we saw when we got to the lot. The car is in immaculate shape, and drove great on the test drive. We were ready to make a deal with Zak, and he got it all done so quickly. I think we were in and out of the lot in about an hour or so. Zak is straight up, honest and very personable. I enjoyed meeting him and working with him to get the sale done. Thanks SRT... I highly recommend!

Worked with Zak for an out of state purchase. His communication was great and he sent plenty of extra photos that I requested. There were other parties interested and he wouldn't accept a deposit until everyone had a chance to view the photos. I appreciate the thoughtfulness there. He also helped me with shipping the vehicle and made that a very easy process.
