Knowledgeable staff who tried to help and were very friendly. They couldn't help with my specific problem but tried to give me additional areas to look into for a solution. 5/5 would return if I needed help.

Twice now in a week I have had to take my car here to get help with changing out a part. Turns out that the second time I realized I was actually sold the wrong color bulb but they easily exchanged it and helped me by changing it. Thanks so much. You made it look easy and helped me have a better day. Too bad that your employer doesn t see that you should earn more as you were talking about and perhaps then you would have the right amount of employees there. In any case though I will be a repeat customer and will always recommend you

Store is always well stocked and well maintained. Employees fully knowledgeable of all aspects of the stores operations. Great place to shop. Highly recommended

We a great experience at O' Reilly yesterday when our battery was dead and needed to be changed. We had Zachary help us out with choosing the battery for the type of car we had. He went out and beyond to get our car jump from the Sheets next door and be able to take it over to the parking at O' Reilly. The gentleman that changed our battery which I did not get his name unfortunately was incredibly helpful as well. The customer service we received yesterday from these men was exceptional. Thank you once again, you were awesome!

I would have gave this Auto Parts store a 5 if it were not for very poor customer service from Teri. ( arm in sling ) I called asking if I could bring the core ( battery) to their store for a refund teri quickly told me I can take it to any store for a refund.13 miles later the very nice gentleman told me that was not the case. At that point a women walked in ands I said I spoke to her she stated I could bring it in.She abruptly and rudely said you didn t talk to me Trust me her voice indicated otherwise. She blatantly lied. Rude rude rude . Teri, do the company a favor and leave. customer service is not your thing.1 Bad Apple spoils the whole bunch . Thank you to the gentleman who was very curtious and helpful .But won t be back

I had a defective part fail while on a road trip. There was no O'Reillys near me. Spoke on the phone to the store I bought the part from. I needed to buy the part from another store and was told I could return my part for full refund. Well, there was a core charge on the new part. However, since I had to return the part to O'Reilly for the refund, I now have no part to return for my core fee. Customer service said I paid them no core charge so I couldn't be refunded that. But they still have my original part. WOULD ONLY GIVE 0 STAR IF I COULD. will never shop here again.

I went to "OR" to get spark plugs, but they only had two. The guy at the counter told me they had four at the Mines Road location. I drove there only to be told they didn't have any at all. Waste of time and gas...

Customer service has been good in the past, but today I sent my daughter in to exchange/return a part, and the female clerk was quite rude and condescending. I will not likely do business there again.

Wish the staff was at least somewhat knowledgeable about vehicles. I will keep using the other places in King George.
