Crazy that a JUNKyard won't even negotiate a tiny bit on junkyard parts that's ridiculous wanted $300 for a part I was willing to pay $200 "that's the price buddy"You are a junkyard. Not AutoZone

It's tough when you have to replace an engine and you go used instead of brand new. When buying Salvage you never know what you're going to get, and having to ship it from another state doesn't make it any easier. Northern Neck Auto had exactly what I needed, and after I purchased it they shipped immediately with a tracking number. Jimmy made this process flow really smoothly. I will definitely be back for more used parts

Shouldn t take 2 days to pull a alternator, Especially after I already paid for it in advance! I can pull it off myself but they won t allow anybody in the yard. Otherwise Great price on the part and I got my client s car going flawlessly. I ll definitely go back as long as I m not in a hurry.

Drive 2 hrs this morning after speaking with Greg on Friday to get a hood for our vehicle. Told us to call on our way down ( today is Monday) to have them pull the part. They open at 9am. We left Pa at 7am Called at 9:10 am to let him know we d be there shortly. Guess what? Says no one working to pull parts till after 3pm! Says we are not able to pull it ourselves. We are business owners too and we have to work this afternoon. Way to go with excellent customer service Greg... NOT!

Specified part needed multiple times on the phone to ensure part accuracy and availability. Individual on phone said he had 2 in stock. Upon arriving, they brought out half of the assembly missing the item I needed. Then acted as its normal for that item to be missing. Their lack of attention to detail and taking 45 seconds to check could have saved me 3 hrs (90 minute trip with traffic) and 8 gallons of gas... $25 .... not worth the headache of going to this place... NEXT!!!

I was in need of a 2015 Subaru Forester XT amplifier. If I went through Subaru's website it would cost roughly $640. If I bought it used/refurbished it was $400. My people near the Charlottesville area told me about car-part.com. This website got me in touch with Northern Neck (NN). They had my amp and mailed it to me in a timely manner for an affordable $160. I held my breath during the install, but it works fine. Thank you big time NN!

The staff is polite, professional, and efficient. I purchased a transmission from them, and they delivered it in a timely manner. I primarily dealt with Tom. He was great!

Ive been in the customer service game for a long time ,and I gotta say, boy oh boy. These folk went above and beyond. Having looked at everything online from ebay to Amazon to Rock Auto and much more...I stumble literally on these guys. I was on the hunt day in and out for over a month. It seemed I was going to have to suck it up, save my money and spend between 200 to 400 dollars on a leather seat for my wifes car. Sad , right? I was on their website n saw what i was looking for but couldnt believe my eyes. To good to be true. The seat I was hunting for was listed at 67.50...So i had to call and verify. Well they had it n i desperately needed it. With our air bag deployed in the seat theres no way it would pass inspection. So I had to see this seat. So they were able to send me pics to my phone.But the kicker is that I would have to drive 2 hrs n 45 min to get it.So I did. I had pictures to go off of n it looked great. And I was pleased to see that in person this was going to be a perfect fit. So much so my wife suggested getting the drivers seat as well if it was in as good of shape. So I did. I also purchased some other items as well to freshen my wifes car up. I cant say enough about these folks. The gentleman Bruce who I had spoke with over the phone, rolled out red carpet. Ms Vickie was also a huge help in pricing to work with in my extremely tight budget. Even the lot puller Scott was diligent in hunting for the items i needed. Oh n did I mention me n Bruce were from same area in S. Jersey? So it was meant to be. The search still isnt over n I hope to rsturn soon to get both passenger side doors not only would they match ,but the price is far better than anything ive seen saving me money both on parts and not having to pay to get them painted. Thank God for this place and these people. So I'd say,,, if they have it...GET IT. it was well worth the almost 3 hour drive.Thanks from my family to all of the family at Norther Neck Auto Parts. You saved the day!

Worked well with me to pickup the vehicle, but crushed it with all my things in it and plates on it before I even handed the title to them.Forgot to send me an email stating they crushed my plates, and both over the phone and when I was there they were rude to me.Will not return, would not recommend.

Husband came in looking for a part for his truck that they said they had, was told would be ready by next day. Husband goes in next day after paying for it and was told that they hadnt pulled part off yet as everyones sitting around upfront. Then was called next day and told they didny have part, wont do business here anymore, 1 shot is all you get from me

It's a junkyard. But as junkyards go, these guys are pretty good. Always seem to have what I need. Prices are fair. They stand behind the parts and do a nice job making it right when things don't work out. You should have no reservations doing business here.

Worst place ever to do business ! Sometimes it's not all about the price , but their attitude and professionalism SUCK . I will never do business with them again or anybody I know ! I rather spend my money with Lews Auto ,at least they appreciate my business

They last an item online with a priceI had to drive 2 hours when I get to the shop They said it is a bad item and they need a week to get it out from the car (cv axel) 2020 altima
