These guys are great. They were able to balance my 35x12.50 r20 tires. I had bad experience with other companies balancing these large tires and these guys got it right! Will definitely use them again

I took my 64 Nova to My Tire Guy today to put on some sport rims I purchased from FB Marketplace. The owner went out of his way when the new tire and rims did not fit. He actually pulled out his cell phone and pulled up on the internet the parts I needed to make the new tires to fit properly. He surprised me further by not charging me for the services he provided me. I really appreciated his professional help and guidance. I highly recommend My Tire Guy!

My experience today was the best! All the gentlemen there were nice with excellent customer service and super caring ! Excellent prices and they worked quickly and the job done was amazing. I really appreciated the help the gave me to today. I definitely recommend coming to My Tire Guy for your car needs they won t disappoint!

A great laid back place to get tire problems or just want new ones. The staff were very down to earth , respectful and helpful. A bit slow but I would be too at their job tiltle.. lol. God bless ..

A great birthday present was a complete brake job in the rain by two great mechanics. Super quick, friendly, and a great price. If you're in the area, ask for Kyle and talk to Ryland ohhhh tip the mechanics because you CAN'T do it !!

I recently had a flat and went to them to plug it. They informed me that I needed 2 new tires, showed me what they were saying and I did see the wear. They ordered the tires, called me when they came and replaced them for me. I'm relieved they were close to my home when I needed them. I would recommend going to them.

I have a Dodge Ram truck and had some 35" tires installed on it. Great experience, owner and employees were friendly and nice to deal with. Definitely recommend My Tire Guy!

Was in there for maybe 15 minutes, Damn tire got a screw in it from my job and punctured it. Luckily this place saved me from going to Walmart for a whole new one. Mel was so informative and nice, explained and showed me what was wrong and what they would recommend. We agreed on a simple patch and the fix was done quickly ^^ I think I ll actually skip driving to Walmart auto center now for tire problems! Awesome sauce place!

I just want to say that the guys at My Tire Guys in King George Va provided exceptional customer service! They were quick and efficient, and had me back in my car and on the road in no time! I had a flat tire and required a tire to be ordered, but they came up with a win- win solution and had me riding again! Thank you Guys!!!

I was happy that they had the size tires that I needed but I believe it was very pricey the technician replace the tires to the great job

Went to get all 4 of my tires changed last week and the service was amazing. They didn't have my tires in stock but they were there the next morning and I got a call immediately so I could come in. Mel was so nice and helpful! They also offer a teacher discount which is amazing! I never heard if a tire place offering a teacher discount! They also said they offer a warranty in the tires so if something happens, I can go back and get it replaced. The actual service didn't take that long either. For all 4 tires, it was like 20 mins. I highly recommend this place and will continue to go here for my tire needs! =)

Went to Walmart to get a plug for my tire, Walmart turned me away and declined service for whatever reason....came here with a donut tire and needing a plug for my main tire and with no hesitation these guys were willing to help! Told me how unsafe plugging my tire was and showed me why it was unsafe....they offered me a new tire and a great price and now have a new loyal customer! Thanks guys for your affordability and customer servce!

These guys helped me out of a jam with a flat tire. Had me in and out in under 15 minutes. If I ever need tire services again...this will be the place I use.

Got a flat tire on my way home to NJ from NC and couldn't make it all the way on the spare. Thankfully I found this place on Google. Spare off and new tire on in about 10 minutes and everybody was so friendly. I would have paid anything at that point, but the price was super reasonable. The place doesn't look like much, but I couldn't be more pleased about the whole experience.

These are great people! Very kind and informative. After the dealership told me I needed a new tire for $250, I knew I needed a second opinion. Instead of automatically selling me a new tire, they examined the situation and ran a patch test. They patched it right up for $30 and I was on my way! It was so refreshing having people patiently explain what s going on and not just selling. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

I had a girl Heather I was totally against this company due to being lied to at another location. But this girl won me over so glad I stopped by. This place was a bit cold but made up for it with heart. Overall everyone was awesome. I will return to this location for as long as they are there...

I only had to wait 30 min. I had no appointment and it was toward the end of the day. The people here are experienced, helpful, and thorough. The prices are cheaper than most places and they have a good selection of used tires as well. I highly recommend this place!!

I need a tire pressure sensor and the owner took his time to rebuild my sensor so it cost much less and they also took the time to replace my spare tire up under my van which they didn t have to do and I wanna thank them for everything

Shout out to the whole team at My Tire Guy. They went above and beyond to get both my mom and I taken care of right on the spot. They re so friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. I absolutely won t ever go anywhere else. Their the best!!!!

I called yesterday, about 10 minutes before they closed. Asked about coming in tomorrow morning, & Mel said she could definitely get me squared away. I didn t know my tire size, so I said I d call her in the morning. Mel actually called me, a little after she opened, asking if I got that tire size. That s some amazing customer service! Overall this is an amazing place to get tires done! Mel recommended some great tires with a warranty. The customer service is TOP TIER & they treat you like they care, which is very appreciated!

I ve been here twice over the past 6 months- once to get a patch on my SUV tire and once to get new tires on my horse trailer. This place was always very friendly and helpful, quick, and priced well! Both experiences were very pleasant and I haven t had any issues with the work whatsoever.

I had a problem with a tire and stopped by for help. I already knew it needed replaced. The guys had it assessed, donut on and a new one ordered within 15 minutes. The next morning I received a call at 9am that the tire was in and mounted on my wheel and was ready to go. When I went back they had everything set up for me so 5 minutes later I was back on the road. Great customer care!!! Friendly and efficient!!

I pulled up today concerned about a slow leak in one of my tires with a 3 hour drive ahead of me. I was seen to almost immediately and all the staff I interacted with were incredibly friendly. They checked for a leak, and thankfully there was none, check my tire psi and put air in my tires free of charge. I tipped for the service and will definitely be back. Warm and friendly staff! Super helpful!
