Great visit to get my pull behind camper inspected. In-and-out in less than 25 minutes. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Be aware, they want you to wait with your vehicle but the expedient process makes it a non-issue.

I m with Road Runner Wrecker Service and one of our drivers had a mix up at their facility last night. I spoke with Ryan Stanley the Service Manager. He was responsive, understanding, and professional. It s so great to work with likeminded individuals and great businesses like this one. Highly recommend!

Do NOT take your truck here!! I repeat DO NOT, they charged me 7,400 dollars to fix my truck, at first they said the problem was the ECM computer replaced it. Pick the truck up three weeks later and it broke down on me again throwing the same code. Had it towed to a shop on NC they found the problem it was a 34 dollar sensor!! They are a bunch of crooks. Be careful drivers!Service: Electrical

Called the afternoon before to check on avaibility to have my travel trailer stare inspection. Was informed that I could bring it by the next morning and I selected to wait instead of leaving it there. I arrived and immediately was checked in. Had great conversations with personnel there while waiting. Very friendly and courteous staff. After just over an hour, my trailer had passed instection. I was checked out by additional personnel with very nice thank-you. Went to my trailer which was parked very conveniently to get to and exit the parking area. A great start to a beautiful day.

I visited the center for a routine inspection for my motorhome. I was surprised that even without an appointment, the center took me in right away. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and professional. The inspection was done in a timely manner, and I enjoyed the conversation while I was waiting for the job to be done. At first I was very hopeful as i had heard that KGTTC was the best. Our Bus was there for 2 weeks during that time I was told by the service manager (SM) that he would call me to keep me updated. The first call I received was the mechanics did not know how to start the bus. I had to call everyday as I would not get any call from the SM. When ever I asked what the mechanics did to the Bus his response was the same... I am not sure. He could not give me any real details about what was being done. When I told the SM I was going to have the Bus towed to another shop he did not seem to care. As a heavy mobile equipment supervisor myself I would have at least asked for another chance to show that I cared about my customers. It is now at a new shop and already have had more info given to me then I got from the bus being at KGTTC for 2 weeks. I do not recommend this shop.

I was so lucky to have found them after being almost 2 hours from home. I had burned up the calipers, rotors and brake pads. They fit me in and got me back on the road at a very reasonable price. Could not have been more helpful or nice, would highly recommend!

My truck brook down In VA, I called Anthony from King George and they sent a road service to help with the Break down.My truck wad towed to King George Shop, the Price was reasonable,The service Was Excellent. in the end i pay less then the estimate.

Broke a driveshaft for our dirt late model on Thursday. KGTTC built us a great piece quickly and affordably on a Friday afternoon. We were back at the track for the show on Saturday. Can't beat the service quality and price.

Incredibly helpful! I m lucky I found these guys. I was traveling back from Florida and blew 2 tires on my camper. I pulled into a shop and they wouldn t give me the time of day. I called Austin from KGTTC, he was very professional and really cared about the customer. Austin dispatched a mechanic that arrived in just 15 minutes! The KGTTC mechanic was very skilled, friendly, and helpful. He was able to relate to the predicament I was in and understanding the urgency to get me back on the road. KGTTC was able to get all my tires replaced and mounted back on the trailer in an hour! These guys were truly a savior and I can t thank them enough for their help and not taking advantage of me being in a tough spot. KGTTC is everything and more of what you want from a company in a time of need.Thank you again Austin and your crew, I don t know what I would have done without your help.

They were great! Came with in minutes of what they said it would be, and when he got there he showed he knew his stuff. He even came with a new alternator for my down truck so he didn't have to chase one when he found out that was the problem. Great service. Would recommend them to any trucker in the area needing help.

Called for help on our Triaxle toy hauler had a broken spring they came right out replaced and got us going. Austin and his crew have been terrific. I had an aluminum driveshaft balanced and a differential serviced for a performance application. I highly recommend them.

Mechanic has no idea what he is going and shop does not have the right diagnostic equipment. You only learn this after the damage to your truck is done and thousands have been paid. My truck broke down and was towed there by Sullivan's. Both are crooks.

Had a very bad experience with the shop unqualified technicians over prced 135 an hour they diagnosed our 2000 freightliner with 2 bad injector roughly the bill was 4200 wasn't the problem then said it had internal damage it was diagnosed by a mechanic who drove from dover Delaware as ecm and the wire harness for jake brake injector would not ever use this shop again also the tow company Sullivan towing 2300 to tow less than 30 miles

Folks took a month to try and figure out an issue with a truck came up empty handed took the truck elsewhere had the issue fixed in 2 day
