they get an excellent job on my sons car he had hit a deer and the insurance company was trying to total the vehicle, but the owner saved the day and my son s car I would definitely recommend using them not only did he work with me his crew did a phenomenal job. His car looks like new. Julie also is very helpful as well.

KGC is the best! I highly recommend this business. Wesley and his team goes above and beyond to restore your vehicle. Customer service is top tiered and communication is exceptional. You won t go wrong by choosing them to complete your work. Hands down best in area!

I don t understand how this place received 5 stars but no one gets same treatment, I had absolutely no communication from them unless I called until it was time to pay deductible, they told me week after week your truck will be ready next week, they started my truck middle of July and I am still waiting on a 3 cab strip to be painted from a month ago today is Nov 10, 2023 no call yet to say it s ready and bring back to get installed,I will never use them again as long as under that same management team Sorry I do not like giving bad reviews to anyones business but this one is deserving!!!

Very satisfied with the service at King George Collision. They did a great job of keeping me informed on the status of the repairs. I also very much appreciate the way they took care of my BMW, to include working with the dealer to ensure everything was in perfect condition both inside and out. My car looks amazing! I would absolutely use KG Collision Center again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I got my car fixed at the repair shop today. They installed bolts for the bumper and clips for the bottom of the car. It was great customer service and only took 40 minutes to fix! I strongly recommend this place! I definitely will be coming to this place in the future! :)Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This is absolutely the best collision center by far! Wes & Ashley & their staff are fantastic people, they offer top notch work and and could not be any nicer. If you need any body work or paint work I would look no further. After I wrecked my Jeep Grand Cherokee, they fixed it and the work was perfect. King George is luck to have them running this business now!

What a fabulous business! I was involved in a car accident and took my car to Wes of King George Collision. He was professional and did an amazing job. I highly recommend Wes and his team at King George Collision. He and his staff worked directly with the insurance company so it was stress free.

My son hit a deer and had front bumper damage. We took the vehicle to King George Collision and was taken care of from the time we pulled up until the job was done. Wes explained everything to us and answered all of our questions professionally. The turn around time from when we dropped the vehicle off and receiving the end product was very fast. When we received the vehicle and looked it over we could not be happier with the end result. It looked liked brand new. Wes and King George Collision will be the family go to from now on. Thanks again for taking care of my son..

From recent experience, I would not recommend or go back to this place. My car was being repaired for collision damage and the headache I dealt with on the day of pick up was UNREAL. I got a text from an associate at Al's the day of pick up stating my repairs were complete but there was an issue with my insurance paying for additional cost Al's was requesting and due to the insurance denying this, the additional cost along with my deductible was now my responsibility. After sitting on hold and going back and forth with the insurance company and Al's (mind you, I'm a CMA doing this while in clinic) it was determined that insurance was denying this request for additional payment because it could not be justified as to what it was for. Not only that, before any additional labor or repairs were done, I was not notified by Al's. It was simply done, and the reasoning from Al's was because they've, " never had a problem getting additional pay from the insurance when requested.." so they didn't think it was going to be an issue. So the negligence on their end turned into my issue. Luckily as a courtesy, my insurance direct deposited the additional amount to me that I had to end up paying that was in addition to my deductible. It sounds like fraud in my opinion. I was also made aware that any reputable body shop accepts the report from the adjuster as an agreement on what is going to be paid in a break down, so additional money should not have even be asked for in this situation. The repair work was good, but the chaos that sprung up last minute isn't worth it, personally.

Repaired two of our storm damaged vehicles. They were professional, worked with our insurance company and did the repairs quickly. Both our vehicles are as good as new!

Hurt your car? Have a bad case of Deerhicular Car Slaughter? This is where to take your car. Quick, thorough, excellent work and keeps you up to date on the repairs. No shenanigans so no stress in what can be a nightmare otherwise. And you get your own car back when they say you will!
