Carroll's Automotive team is the best! My first experience with them was asking to have my brakes changes since it had been awhile. They checked them and said they still had plenty of life left in them and refused to charge me. Most shops would have changed them and charged for this.I have received multiple oil changes for both my car and my fianc�'s truck from Carroll's. They are quick, thorough, and priced well.The truck has need multiple repairs (A/C, side mirrors, axle, etc.), Carroll's team has bent over backwards to make sure I had a spare to drive while the truck was being fixed (even letting me borrow an EZ-Pass) and working with my crazy work hours.They stand by their work. If there is an issue (rarely) they will fix it and guarantee their work. With zero charge for any additional parts or labor needed to fix it.My fianc� recently moved up to Newport, RI. He had me drive his truck back to King George, VA to make sure it had the oil change and some repairs made by the only shop he trusts with his truck.Thank you, Carroll's Automotive for the outstanding service, good laughs, and thoughtful service. I am sad to be moving away but wish you have continued success being the best shop in the DMV!

I've been going to Carroll's for nearly 20 years. They aren't the cheapest place in the area, but they are honest and they will never try to upsell you. In fact, if you ask for something they think you don't need, they'll try to talk you out of it. They do good work, and if there's a problem, they'll make it right.

BIG CITY PRICES! $125 for tire rotation and balancing. I was almost speechless. Another local shop was $29 rotation plus $7/tire ($28), $57 with tax total around $63!!! HALF the cost. I paid it but will NEVER return and recommend you shop around first.Service: Tire rotationsService: Tire rotations

I've been taking my cars to Carroll's for years. Good technicians, fair pricing. Really competitive pricing on new tires. Free tire rotations. Flexible on parts and repairs. Honest evaluations. I prefer to keep my spending local when I can, and Carroll's has earned my business.

Fair and honest. Brian takes the time to explain patiently and clearly, and they went above and beyond giving me a loaner bc it was available. I ve had work done elsewhere in the area and the experience didn t compare. At Carroll s I walked away feeling I got a fair deal and solid service on my old Prius.It must have been a good experience for me to be writing this review after having to drop the money I just did lol. This seems like the kind of shop you stay loyal to with peace of mind.

Outstanding customer service! New to the area, I came here for a state inspection based on a recommendation and it was absolutely well deserved. Professional and friendly - they set the bar for excellence in automotive and customer service. I will be back for any future car repairs. Highly recommend!

I've always had great service from here and their quality of work is solid. They also have amazing customer care. I had no way to get home from dropping off my car and they drove me home so I wouldn't have to walk. Then they dropped my car off at my home for me once work was done. This is why they will continue to get my business as long as I live in King George. Thank you!

I was 70 miles from my house when my jeep broke down. I didn't know the area and I was told to call Carroll's. I spoke with them and they said they could take care of me. They gave me a number for Jerry's towing so I called them and they was there in 15 minutes. Carroll's had oderd the parts to repair my jeep before I had gotten there. They did the repair and back on the road within about a hour. Great service, very friendly. Thank you guys so much.

Carroll's automotive has been an incredible resource for us and we repeatedly bring our vehicles here. They've even did an inspection on my motorcycle a little while back. They have strong integrity, don't charge too much (car repairs can just be expensive, regardless) and were enormously helpful and honest when I was getting a new car. I brought several vehicles to them during that time period to have them looked over by Carroll's to see if they were in good enough shape to buy or not, and they never charged me excessively or for anything unnecessary. They saved me a lot of future pain by avoiding a Jeep that had some serious hidden rust in its frame. I intend to remain a customer as long as I'm in the area.

Been going there for 5 years now and have never been disappointed. Fair prices and quality work. They changed some oil seals on my 2001 Toyota Camry and found them leaking the next time I brought it in. They took care of the seals with no charge. They are a business with integrity and in the auto repair business, this can be hard to find.

Carroll's is so much more than just a conveniently located garage. They have always been fast, fair, and a pleasure to work with. Having grown up in the rural south, I really appreciate the small town feel from their service.

$75 for a basic oil change is outrageous. Pep boys does my car for $30. If I knew they were going to charge so much I wouldn't have gone here. I asked for the most basic oil necessary for my car. I called and got in the day of, but had to drop my car off and wait from noon-17:00 just for an oil change. The mechanic was polite though, and kind to get me in.

A little expensive for an oil change but reliable service. They will give you honest assessment from state inspections and won't try to oversell you on close tolerance inspection items.

I have known Carroll since he had his business over by Sutton. He and his staff have always been courteous and caring and he always did an excellent job on our car. We did business with him up until I gave up driving this past fall. We had a Toyota Camry since 2000 and when we sold it, it was still in good shape. My husband and I are senior citizens and Carroll went out of his way to accomodate us. So Carroll and his staff deserve 5 stars and more and he is no more expensive than any other mechanic around and you can count on him to get the job done. I recommend him to people all the time. I hope they have many more years ahead. Good Luck Carroll.

Carroll's always does great work and explains all of the needed work well. Make sure to make an appointment especially toward the end of the month because of inspections. They can fit you in for an emergency if need be.

Brought my Nissan Pathfinder in today for repairs to my driver side window. Wouldn t roll up properly and asked them to take a look at it.I thought the motor was going bad but they called back and said the window track just needed to be greased up. Told me no charge because he didn t have to spend much time on it! That is honest 5 star service! Will definitely bring my vehicle back to them for everything.

I just moved into the area and the staff made me feel right at home. Coming from a big city, its nice not having to pay big city prices. I will definitely continue to use them. I would give 6 stars if it was available!

Id rate them 0 stars if that was an option. Total rip off. Very aggressive when giving you a quote if you say you are going elsewhere. They left a tool next to my battery and my battery started to smoke a few days later. Good thing my car didn't start on fire. Go to Walmart and get your tires done, includes free rotation, and warranty for an affordable price and just 20$ an oil change near Ferry Farm/Fredericksburg, Va. No problem!! And did I say for atleast 50% of what Carroll's prices are maybe even better than half off Id say. Its close to the base otherwise they would more than likely be out of business. Don't fall into its close to base trap!!! Its your car advocate for it!
