17 years of service. At least 6 visits a year with repairs, oil changes and inspections. Never a problem. Quiet efficient and quick. Kieth always has a smile. Lol

We will never use these swindlers again. We dropped off our truck and asked for them to figure out what was wrong. Tuesday to Friday goes by with no word, so my husband calls. The truck was already worked on - instead of calling us to explain what was wrong and make sure we wanted them to complete the work, they just did it and then charged us over $600 and never called us. The owner refused to give us any sort of discount and only said It was their mistake . It was their mistake, and we had to pay for it. We re not interested in finding out how much the owner expects customers to pay for their mistakes. We will never use them again.

I had to cancel my husband and I s inspection because our daughter needed a doctor s appointment. I believe there was a connection issue because I called two times and he hung up on me. I called the 3rd time and I just said hello to let the person know I am there hoping they could hear me and not hang up. The man yelled at me and said, I said hello 3x s! I had the nerve to apologize but with this day and age of technology, this happens, and honestly, he should have been the one to apologize to me for yelling at me for something out of my control. Best believe I did not reschedule our appointment I will never go back. This would have been my second time going to them and I wanted to make it a yearly, lifetime visit. You just lost a costumer.

Always honest and on time! All 5 of my vehicles go here for state inspections. Update 11/9/23 - two more inspections completed this week! Call, book an appointment, wait for it to be done. Easy peazy, in and out. They have never tried to get over on me with repairs to pass, but, they have done a few small things i might have missed like a rear license plate bulb. Again though, they dont gouge you for it.

Sometimes it's not easy to find a good mechanic. Fortunately King George has C & S. I've been taking my vehicles there for years and have always gotten exceptional service. It's refreshing to know that there are still people out there that do great work for a fair price. Highly recommend these folks!

Dropped my car off when Keith asked me to, and it was ready when he said it would be. Repair costed less than I was expecting. When I lived in Virginia, I had all my inspections and most all auto-repair work done at C&S. These guys were always awesome and the repair work done with care. I felt that they offered quality work for reasonable rates. Keith always explained everything in detail which was always appreciated.Since I moved over 5 years ago I have been trying to find a local mechanic that offers the kind of service that C&S always offered me. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find one that compares to the service I received back then.

Keith and Ryan are always friendly and personable. Took care of my old truck quickly and efficiently. Fair rates and don't try to add work that doesn't need to be done like some shops do. Highly recommend

I live three counties away, and drive to C&S for the HONEST service and reasonable prices. Highly recommend calling ahead to schedule if possible. Their books fill up fast.

This is now my second time going to C&S auto repair and the experience was exactly the same. They always get the job done ahead of time and do it right the first time no BSing or trying to tack on extra charges. I will see them again for sure.

Had an old van that had been sitting around for a while and took it in for an oil change before transporting it. Before changing the oil, they informed me it wasn't due per the sticker on the windshield. Once I explained the situation they changed it anyway but I was nevertheless very impressed that they were more concerned with saving me money than getting it themselves!

Used C&S for my towing needs, Received a phone quote, The driver was on time, was cautious of vehicle and area is was removed from. Equipment used was in top order, vehicle cared for and towed carefully, and priced super fairly, Would not think twice about using this company again! THANKS!

I had my brake pads replaced here due to failing inspection at another car repair service center a few days earlier. When I picked up my car I was being charged with the repair of the brakes and a state inspection. I advised the employee that I did not ask for the inspection due to having my car inspected somewhere else and that re-inspection at the other service center was free within 15 days. There was no need to pay twice for the same service. The employee said that he would have to eat the cost of the inspection and reluctantly removed the cost of the inspection from my bill; I paid for the brakes and advised that I would be back in 10 minutes to pick the car up. When I returned I discovered that they had entered my vehicles after I paid for it, removed the passed inspection sticker and replaced it with the crumpled up and torn rejection sticker that was on the car. I found this entire process disconcerting and unprofessional.

Highly recommended. I have used them for State inspections for the most part so far, but they always get me in and out fast. And everyone is super friendly

Had my 2017 Nissan Sentra serviced on 6/25 and the service was excellent. They are great, great professional folks. I highly recommend this repair facility.

ATTENTION CAR GUYS. This shop was able toGet our evo and Subaru wrx in and out. They are both lowered cars and they were able to work on them easily. No other shop in King George would do it. We highly recommend them!

Second time I've asked for a full synthetic oil change and received a standard one. I chalked the first time up to a simple mistake, but not twice. Additionally, I was not called when my car was finished which also happened last time. Now I have to drive 30+ minutes get an oil change. Very frustrating.
