It was my pleasure to have my car serviced at Bayside. And yes, I know that pleasure and car service are not common together so suffice it to say that the Bayside Service team led my Mike is extraordinary. They are professional people with caring and supportive attitudes. Mike kept us abreast of our service needs, what would benefit our car, the price and the time it would take What s even more remarkable is when the estimates changed, he was on the telephone providing updates. He went way above what we expected and this all done with a smile. I would recommend Bayside to all my family friends and to those I don t know. .

I purchased my vehicle from Bayside and have had all of the routine oil changes and service work here. Michael helped last time and I was pleased with how smoothly everything went. Rare gem of a dealership here. So happy we have a good company like this that we can always rely on. Michael (Mike) is amazing. Give that man a raise!!! He's earned it!

Experience was excellent from the courtesy and pleasant staff when my wife commented to me when she dropped the vehicle off for service. When I picked the vehicle up, I again witnessed the same courtesy from the staff that she was afforded. The work was done right and if you need any work done. I highly recommend this place. Make sure you see Elle the service advisor and asked for Tony as your mechanic to work on your vehicle.

Very disappointed!! I scheduled a day off from work to have my vehicle diagnosed for a check engine light. I gave them the engine codes in advance along with a video of how my vehicle was behaving. The gal at the service desk personally took my phone to the technician and shared the video which was very nice of her to do. My son, who sacrificed his morning, picked me up from the dealership to drive me home. We got 5 minutes down the road and I received a phone call from the dealership saying We pulled your engine codes and we will need you to reschedule a time to leave your vehicle for a couple of days to troubleshoot further . I politely asked Why can t they troubleshoot it now? That s the reason I brought it to you today. You ve had my vehicle for a total 20 minutes. I would understand more, if they would have had my vehicle for 6-8 hours trying to diagnose the engine light and THEN made the decision to call me and say we ll need to keep your vehicle over night. I had a very hard time with the lack of effort from the service department. I decided to pick my vehicle up and made an appointment at another nearby Jeep dealership who is able to offer me a loaner vehicle for the entire time my vehicle is there. I will not be bringing my vehicle to this shop in the future. Very disappointed with the lack of effort put in to diagnose my vehicles issue and the complete disregard of my time.

Excellent first experience. Basic oil change and tire rotation. Very reasonable prices, quick turn around. Pleasant staff. I'll be back for similar services on my Alfa Romeo.

Very personable and professional starting from the first phone call to set up an apt to checking out. Had me in and out ahead of time as quoted. Even provided me a desk, so I could work while waiting. Had a problem with my turn signal. Would have been a pain for me to figure out, but they fixed it without even charging me. Never had that before. Definitely leaving my other servicing provider to continue here. Update to say the service continues to be excellent, but I am not a fan of the new 3% addition to my bill for using a credit card.Service: Vehicle Inspection

2022: We bought our Jeep from Bayside in February and absolutely love it and the customer service was outstanding! We were notified of a recall and took it in and they repaired it. We are new to the area and will continue to use Bayside. 2022: We can t say enough great things about Bayside Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of King George! We absolutely love our 2022 Jeep Gladiator Willys that we bought from here last year. It is an awesome truck and we get so many compliments on it. We pull boats with ease and recently pulled it behind our motorhome and it did perfectly on our trip to Florida. Not only did we have a wonderful buying and trade in (on our Jeep Wrangler) experience but we have also received outstanding customer service when we bring it in for routine maintenance. Within 24 hours, the problem was resolved . I needed to have two recalls completed, and noticed that one of my tires was leaking air. I asked them to check on it, and they checked all four tires and filled them to specs with air. I was pleasantly surprised by that.

I dropped my truck off to have a total of 8 recalls done on a Wednesday. When I spoke with the service department on Wednesday evening I was told that all of the recalls were being done and that they would be finished on Thursday. I went to pick my truck up on Saturday morning to find that 3 of the recalls were not done due to waiting for parts and that there was not a time frame for the parts to arrive. I also noticed that when picking my truck up, the service airbag system light was on so I left my truck to have that looked at since it was a new issue. On Monday I go to pick up the truck again to find that now my key will not work in my truck. When I spoke with the service writer I was told that in order for them to look at it I d have to leave it for 2 more days. I spoke with the sales manager that was there (Stephen) who was the first person to even be curious what was wrong. He went out of his way to try and fix the issue and even had another gentleman that wasn t part of service (Devon, hope I spelled that right) to attempt and try. Stephen then advised me to speak with Jim who is the service manager at Bayside. After taking my truck back into the service bay, he returned and said that it seemed to be something wrong with the fob, possibly the circuit board and then proceeded to state that his technicians wouldn t have done anything to cause that. Until this point I had not had an issue with that key at all. I am now down one key for my Ram.I will continue to use Bayside for sales as they actually seem to care about the customers but as far as the service department .they will never see another vehicle of mine.Service: Electrical

Excellent experience from beginning to end.When I called to schedule my first service visit, they accommodated my schedule quite easily.Upon arrival at Bayside, I was welcomed and they immediately took my keys and went to work.The service (lube, oil, filter, tire rotation and software recall update) was done quickly (~1:20).The service advisor explained all they had performed including their multi-point inspection.Kudos for a job well done and a making me a happy customer.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change

After a long search visiting many other dealerships and dealing with alot of shady and rude people, I recently bought a used vehicle from Bayside and it was an overall great experience. My sales person, Patrick, was great and worked with me from the start. He was very polite and easy to work with. I also had a great experience with one of the managers, Travis. He also made sure that I was taken care of throughout the entire purchase. We discussed bringing the vehicle back for a thorough detail, which he kept true to his word and made that an easy experience as well. I would definitely recommend anyone to consider shopping here!

I took my vehicle in for service due to a recall and some other issues with it. I was greeted by Chris, explained what was going on, and he took me straight to the service department. My vehicle was taken care of in a timely fashion and Penny in the service department went above and beyond! She kept me up to date with everything that my vehicle needed. Update:My original comments were not intended to be a 'bashing', but provide factual accounts and constructive criticism.Upon reading my comments below, Bayside contacted me and said they were sorry that the work performed was not up to my expectations. They said they would like another chance to do better, and offered an additional free servicing and a wash when my next one is due. I have changed my 3 stars to 4 since they took the time to contact me.Original comments:Since vehicle had a recall, and a free 1st servicing available, I had the dealer do both. They were completed in a reasonable amount of time while we waited.Apparently workmanship is in the eye of the beholder.- Oil level was a 1/2 quart hi on the dipstick- Front of frame & chassis had residual oil from oil filter change...enough that I had drips in my driveway. So did the transmission...from the engine oil pan draining process.- Wheel lug nuts not properly torquedI did not drive 50+ miles back to dealer for this.What I did:- Cleaned up residual oil- Drained 1/2 quart from the engine- Properly torqued lug nuts (have my own torque wrench)To get repeat business from me, you have to get the basics right.As a mechanic, your work quality is your signature. I will never bring my vehicle to this place it was very bad service and service department originally told me that they could not line the headlights in my truck when I took it back I asked them again didn't they called and said one of the lights the screw was broke the other light was not installed properly then they told me the engine light was on because it was a problem with a center at the gas tank they called back and said it was not that problem they had to search it more found out the gas cap was bad tires did not get rotated like I asked because they said they were no good and gave me a proposal for new tires I had bought two trucks from this dealership was buying a third when a salesman did not put it down that I wanted the truck so I went to another dealership I was ready to buy a Durango in a few months from this dealership now I will not do that I'll go to another dealership and ask the cashier for a copy of my bill where they wrote on it the different problems she refused to give me a copy of it so that is why I would not go to this dealership.

Awesome service no wait and fast.Not only do I trust Bayside for service it is a great no pressure best deal on a new vehicle. I don't buy anything used so I would not recommend anyone to buys someone else's leftover or some ones else's problems and I am not a germafobe I can't stand the thought of someone elses bodily fluids in my vehicle or where I'm sitting but if you have to buy used I would recommend Bayside. I totally recommend service clean waiting room and empty the way I personally like it less than an hour for oil change tire rotation,recall and good coffee to boot.Services: Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change

My barely 1yr old jeep broke down. I was told elsewhere I would have to wait 2 weeks for repairs, vehicle under warranty and I need this vehicle for my job. I called Bayside and explained my situation and the were able to fit me in! I am truly thankful.
