Purchased a car there August 2022. Made my final payment in Dec 3, 2023. Was setup for autopay and they took an extra payment out of my account. I have been contacting them since Dec 7, 2023 about my refund and car title that they still have not sent. Placed a complaint on BBB and still no resolution. This has been the WORSE consumer experience I have ever experienced.

Highly recommend! The process was made extremely easy and done efficiently! Syed & Jeremy were extremely helpful. I told them exactly what I wanted, and they gave me what I needed! They worked extremely hard to make sure that I stayed within my budget & left with a great vehicle for my family of 6! They went above and beyond for us!

Syed was extremely helpful and professional. My husband and I told him exactly what we could pay and he worked out a price that was affordable. We're very pleased with our vehicle and the service provided. Definitely gonna use them for future vehicles. Highly recommend them.

The team at Elite Auto (Petersburg location) were great! My husband and I were both looking for me a small gas saver and had no luck! When we viewed Elite Auto website I found the perfect car. We headed over to Elite and from start to finish it was nothing short of outstanding. Even after purchasing my 2013 Dodge Dart, the customer service remained outstanding. I had a small issue with the car and they took care of it, hassle free. I would recommend them to anyone and if we are in the market again for another car, they will see us again!! #happycustomer

Was in the need of a vehicle, seen something that I liked at this dealership, first thing I did was read the reviews of this dealership. I was very pleased with the service, and so far my jeep is running great. The process was great, no haggling like some dealerships. Staff was very friendly and kind...overall happy with my ride...Now on the other end, like some people said, just wished they could have detailed the vehicle, but they did put gas in it..So no complaints, I cleaned it myself..Thanks again guys.

My experience with the dealership was amazing. The sales person Ali was with us every step of the way . He explained everything to us. The test drive was everything I thought it would be. After the paperwork was complete my car note was exactly what I wanted. Thank You Elite Auto Nation for our 2016 Ford Mustang . We're looking forward to our next purchase real soon.

Syed was very helpful, he took care of me in the sense of not feeling stressed out about getting a reliable car, I felt like i could trust him and he really did the upmost to make sure I felt like I was being heard. I had a very pleasant relationship with him when it came to finding a car that would work for me and my four children. He went out of his way and I am so thankful. Ali helped me with the paperwork and he was nice and respectful. I definitely recommend coming here, again Syed definitely takes care of you and he is so sweet. Out of the 10 dealerships (including a huge Toyota dealership in Roanoke) I have tried dealing with in the last 3 months.. this place was the most transparent. They were negotiable. They were honest with the condition of the car. None of the that s our final price bs. Hopefully one day I can purchase another car from them. Great place to do business.

Spectacular five star customer service with all honesty and super nice staff team members. I drove three hours to buy the car, because they were the cheapest in entire Virginia. The entire process of purchasing the vehicles went through very smoothly and in perfect timeline. They go out of their way to satisfy the customer. I love my vehicles. Will certainly recommend.

These guys are incredible. My oldest son bought a car from them, then I bought a car for my middle son from them. I will be going back to them when my youngest son gets his license as well. They are honest and fair, not your typical experience with a used car dealership but these guys are next level!

I have had the worst experience possible with this place, nothing but childish and unprofessional behavior from them , it has been 8 months since I paid my car off and still no title? Every time I ask about It they beat around the bush and if I don t call them 20 times I get no answer! Original I asked for a specific car and they couldn t even get me the correct one , to this day the dealership that I sold my car to is still messaging them trying to get the title or the correct paperwork,l, Syed and murza are completely unprofessional and don t care about anything but making money , I now have to get a lawyer involved

They literally sold me a car with no title!!! I ve paid it off a year ago and the dude who sold me the car has been ignoring me for a month plus now, they are money hungry and I m not the first person they did this to!

Highly recommend! Great customer service and very nice people. Wasn't planning on buying a car the day we went but it was such a steal we couldn't resist. Plus they made it such an easy and quick process. Even got tires changed for us within an hour. Absolutely loving the car!

Had a nightmare experience at a nearby dealership. Saw these guys had a newer car with fewer miles for the same price. I expect to get the run around but no,not at all. Salesman explained everything to me and helped me through the entire process. Got a 2012 gti with a 25,000 mile extended warranty. These guys are the way to go if you re in the market for a used car. Very professional, very knowledgeable, very friendly.

I got the 2017 raptor truck from them and it was the best purchase ever. I m really happy with my purchase because it was the best price. and also customer service was really good as well. Very nice people.

Do yourself a favor and stay away. Take your business elsewhere. Worst car buying experience ever. This establishment is stocked full of liars and con artists. Most of these reviews are falsified. STAY AWAY!

I purchased 2014 Prius from this place and so far so good I was vary happy and the person who helped me was really helpful and made sure I get what I wanted especially price wise. I would recommend this dealership to everyone because of best customer service.

This place is grat work with me with everything the people here are very friendly and helpful with everything I had no problems at all thy gave me time to get everything right and straight look them up and go see what u can get today .. thy stay in contact with u and even help u look for exactly what your trying to get give them the chance you will not regret it . Better then other dealer like koons were thy want a crazy amount with thing thy have please go see them location in king gorge va . I will recommend everyone looking for a car to go with them first the team is fantastic even my girl wants to get a car from them now how about that .

Brought a 2007 Lexus ES350 with 96k miles. The Lexus was clean and test drive went good. Was told the car had just been checked over by their mechanic and everything was good. The very next day check engine and VSC ( vehicle stability control) light came on. Second day the heat went out. I called and text Elite to inform them of the issues and no one answered, called back or responded. Took the car to a mechanic and turns out the radiator was know good and it needed sway bars. Other than those issues the card rides good. So if you looking at a car with Elite just make sure you do a thorough inspection on every little thing. Drive it as much as possible during the test drive.

great service, when you shop here, ask for Mirza !vehicles are nice, already passed inspections and clean. paper work didn t take all day and they work work any credit. i recommend you shop here if you want a quality used vehicle

Wonderful experience. Syed was friendly and professional and explained the process clearly. Once the inspection was finished he turned us over to the business office where we worked with Mirza to complete the transaction. Mirza was amazing. Murtaza or Murza has been a complete fool when it comes to helping my husband. He hasn t done a single thing he said he d do for my family since December 2021 and it s august 2022. He s made us lose so much money and lied about getting a title months ago that never came. Now because of him, my husband is having issues though two dealerships.

Good people. Some nice vehicles. They really pulled out all of the stops for me. Unfortunately, I've been trying to get someone on the phone because my horn isn't working and it definitely should be working I have a 1/22 inspection.
