This small town glass shop is top notch? Twice in the not too distant past (year) and just recently (last week), I've taken rocks to the windshields of my vehicles that required an immediate epoxy fix so that the small crack wouldn't turn into a big crack. Both times, on unannounced drive-ups, they immediately took care of it! As well, after another rock took out my wife's Jeep Wrangler windshield a month ago requiring replacement, they worked with us to get a best price and minimized out of pocket cost. They also tinted the windows on my 2019 RAM 2500 which looks great! Can't say enough good about River Glass!Services: Sun control window tinting, Vehicle window tinting

Horrible had my done had to take it back 3 times. They melted my window seals and caused the paint to chip from around my back windshield. Would definitely not recommend. Also got a stain on my inside doors they have yet to go away.Service: Window tintingService: Window tinting

Tried to get a piece of window glass cut for about 3 weeks, when I did get it, it was off so it didn t fit and wasn t edged on the sides (so it was sharp). Took it back the second time to get it fixed it came out with a chip the size of a quarter and took it back and was told they didn t do that. Also they never answer the phone, and close whenever, also closed on Friday at 2

UPDATE - I decided to increase FROM 4 to 5 stars after a lot of thought. Fact is, Chris handled a bad situation with prfessionalism that is a rarity today, better than probably any company, he has redeemed the reputation of River Glass and Tint in my mind. --This review is an update of a previous 2 star review which I can't find for some reason. My 2 star review was a result of a few unfortunate events including a death which resulted in service not being timely but Chris was professional. He admitted some errors and expressed a sincere desire to work through the issues and provide the service I had wanted. Once we were all back on board (including me) he showed up as promised and did an excellent and professional window replacement in a timely manner. His crew were all great and I am completely satisfied, Chris, thank you for your perseverence in making things right. SO, MY ONE QUESTION I ALWAYS ASK REVIEWERS; would I use River Glass again, even after the issues? Yes I would, with the professional manner Chris used to correct issues, I am a happy customer... again!Service: Installation

Brought my certified new 2020 GMC Acadia Denali in while we were on vacation to get all the windows tintedPaid $900.00 cash money for the ceramic tint.Work was completed quickly.However the quality of the job was below my standards being I get all my vehicles tinted by a well known shop in the game. For that price I expect a near perfect job.There are bubbles in the tint , some of the lines aren t good/ way off on my rear windows and I have a crease on my windshield which my wife is very annoyed with. And we also discussed that with them and there want a real understanding that we were not happy with the windshield.Some of the headliner was also damaged in the process after we had the dealer check it out when we got back to ensure it wasn t from previous ownershipBeing it s a 4 hour drive back down , it s not even worth my time having them re-do it.Really feeling like I got gipped.Having my tint guys at SoundFX on the shore take everything off and re do it. Luckily they gave me a discount after seeing these guys work and how much I paid for this quality of work.Service: Vehicle window tinting

i showed up for an appointment at 9 am . i showed up at 840 mention I watched another customer walk in with sign saying closed . then smerk and laugh at me as i sit in my truck . as he left. So i walked in at 858 The owner who knows of me said we dont open intil nine. not to mention someone was peaking out the door instead of recieonizing me. Then tell at me telling me to take it somewhere else . Heg no problems one of our problems with customer service . my money is green somewhere else

A great place. I stopped there once because my windows were stuck in the down position. The owner spent about an hour rigging the windows to stay up. These were the back windows. And he didn't charge me a dime. Can't get better than that. It gave me time to get the money to actually fix it.
