I purchased a beautiful 1983 Buick Riviera from Dunn-Rite Auto Group without seeing the car in person. Kelly and Randy were very helpful and patient. They took the additional pictures I requested and a video of all the areas that I wanted to see. They also took care of the transportation of the car. When the car arrived it was even better than they described it to be. They are wonderful to do business with.

I had the greatest experience with Dunn Rite Auto Group! For starters, I sent an email in reference to a vehicle I was interested in and it took a while for a response but for good reason. Kelly actually took the time to call the original owner to have all of my questions answered. Once I informed her that I was unable to come out in person, Kelly yet again went out of her way to get a video call set up and made sure that her husband pointed out everything that I needed to know about the car. He was completely honest with me about the vehicle and made sure that I was comfortable with making an offer. Once everything was settled, the owners themselves delivered my 95 Corvette to my home. M'Lissa and her husband were exceptional with customer service and handling my precious cargo! Thank you to all the staff at Dunn-Rite for their courtesy and professionalism throughout and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a used car or even a classic one like me!

My mom bought a car from him years ago and has taken it back to him ever since. Last February they replaced the plugs and wires. Not long after, it started miss firing on cylinder 1. She took it back and was told the rear seal was bad and cylinder 1 was bad and the car wasn't worth fixing and should just buy a new car. She drove it for almost a year because she can't afford another car worried it would break down on her. Every time she asked about fixing it she kept being told it wasn't worth fixing. Took it to Big L and they found the valve cover was leaking some and the plugs and wires looked cheap. I came and replaced the plugs, wires, valve cover gasket and found the ignition coil was bad. Less than $200 and the car now runs great and the check engine light is off and no oil leak. Checked the plug gaps on the plugs I removed and they were set at .55 when they should be .40. Seems like they were more worried about trying to sell a car then to fix hers. Do yourself a favor and go to A&m auto down the street.

Excellent customer serviceExcellent wait time for an appointmentI was so impressed with the way they handle my car repair. I'm not sure if this is a family bussines or not but I felt like it was. We took our car into Dunn-Rite because it was making a sound. They said it was the transfer case and replaced it, which made the transmission inoperable, so they replaced the transmission. After spending $5,000 for repairs, we picked up the car and it was still making the sound. We brought the car back where it basically sat all summer with reason after reason why they didn't have time to work on it or couldn't figure out how to stop the sound. Definitely made us wonder why we had spent so much money to fix a sound that was not fixed. Finally, we picked it up, but brought it back in less than a week because smoke started pouring out the back and it wouldn't go faster than 25 mph. Next thing we know the replacement transmission was not working but it had sat at the shop so long it was no longer under warranty. I have used Dunn-Rite for years, but it did not seem they knew what they were doing this time. We now have no car after spending more than $5,000.

Absolutely great! My car broke down so to a defect and Randy was quick to get it looked at and let me know the next steps.Anytime I have an issue with my vehicle, Randy and his team have ALWAYS been quick, efficient and just get the job down. I couldn t be more grateful for all that they do, especially when it s my primary vehicle and have two kiddos to tote around.If you have a need, they are a great group to go to!

My fiance purchased an SUV from there and has had NOTHING but problems ever since he got it. Everytime you turn around it's in shop for the transmission and it's the same thing everytime. He gets a new transmission then it's a new issue. They need to just offer him another one off the lot at this rate, just buy a whole new car!!

GREAT DEALERSHIP!First Time Car Buyer: 2011 C30 R-Design w/ 127,000 milesI recently purchased a used Volvo C30 from Janice at Dunn Rite. I flew in from upstate NY and had high hopes for this vehicle. I was not disappointed at all. The car was exactly as described or in most cases, better condition. Janice allowed me to take the car on the lift and inspect the undercarriage myself without hesitation, which I greatly appreciated. Clearly they have nothing to hide when it comes to the vehicles in their inventory. The car was MINT and very well maintained. The pricing was very fair and leaves me feeling like I got more than my money's worth. The car includes a 6 month unlimited mileage warranty from Penn Auto which can be upgraded. I drove the car all the way back to Rochester NY and it ran/ still runs perfectly. No creaks or clunks revealing themselves after a short test drive etc. That's just my experience with them, but I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Great service from the Dunn-Rite Auto Group is a given.I have been using Dunn-Rite Auto Group for servicing my cars since 2016. They have done a great job on keeping our older but still usable cars running at a reasonable cost.Foreign and US made cars are no problem for Dunn-Rite.Spare parts needed for repairs are always searched for the best prices available.Dunn-Rite is solid. No need to go elsewhere.I have not bought a car from them but when I need to get another car, they will be the first on my list. Their good service keeps me from wanting to buy a car!The Years best dealer winner is well deserved. Dunn-Rite is a family-owned business that knows the meaning of customer first.John

Randy and the Dunn-Rite team are excellent! I cannot say enough about the level of customer service I received, especially as a 1 time customer. My family and I were vacationing in White Stone, VA when our car broke down the night before we left. The next morning I called 5 different places and they all told me they were booked solid. Finally someone local recommended I call Randy.It was the day before a holiday weekend and Randy was completely booked and short staffed, just like everyone else, but he still went out of his way to help me out. He helped me find a tow truck at a reasonable (non-tourist) rate, he called the owner of the shop where my car was sitting to ensure they didn't tow it while we waited, and he had me in and out of his shop in roughly 3 hours. Not to mention he diagnosed another nagging issue that had been bothering us for over 3 years.When I offered to pay Randy an "Emergency rate" to compensate for squeezing me in with 0 notice, Randy's response "That's not how we do things." Highly recommend!

Went in for an alignment and they showed me that there was going to be continued problems with my vehicle even with an alignment. Gave a full parts list after the suspension had been looked over and only charged a small fee. Very pleased with the service, I received the information I NEEDED to know.

I had to have a transmission put in my Jeep. The team at Dunn-Rite did a great job on the repair. Randy communicated with me throughout the process. Job was done at a fair price. I highly recommend using Dunn-Rite!

My experience was Incredible. I was given every detail needed in order to be put inside of a convenient and reliable car, and I was able to drive off with the car that same day. Everything was organized and conducted in a friendly and professional manner. I definitely recommend Dunn Rite Auto Group. I now have a good relationship with them due to their courtesy and good business!

This review is regarding their service department. I took my 2006 Land Rover LR3 in to figure out what was causing the check engine issue. Now, Dunnrite was the 3rd shop I took my vehicle to for this issue. The other 2 independent shops had the vehicle for over a month combined and couldn't figure out the issue. Randy Jr, figured out the cause of the issue in about an hour. Called me up and let me know what was going on. They fixed the problem promptly for a fair price. I found their service department to be honest responsive and fair priced for their work. These are qualities that are hard to find in a small town some times. Great job and Dunn-Rite!

I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to definitely stop by here before going anyplace else. Great customer service and your going to leave with a smile. When I purchased my first vehicle, it was from them. Melissa is amazing and goes out of her way to make sure you get what you came for if not better! Keep up the great work everyone!!!!!

Can't say enough good things about Randy and Dunn-Rite Auto Group. I am from out of the area and I broke a break line on my truck while visiting Reedville. I needed the break line to be repaired ASAP, so I could head on home. I called Dunn-Rite and Randy gave me a 1 pm appointment and got me back on the road. I was very pleased with the service and the price . They could of taken advantage of my situation and jacked up the price but they didn't.

DO NOT purchase a car from this dealership. I bought a 2013 Grand Cherokee 18 July 2022 and the brakes have had to be replaced and now the transmission has to be replaced.

They good people say high but it will get u In A nice ride n the cars are ok. The price is fair for the area. people just don't take care of there own cars when they have a minor problem and will not take care of it. They still have nice vehicles they have one for u and if u ask they will find it. Don't sit back n miss ur ride u better get what makes u happy n take care of it. N soon as I pay one off I b right back there again to keep up with the future.

I Brought a vehicle two weeks ago from Here brakes are squeaking battery drains over night transmission has a hesitation and manifold plate is rattling think they would have loyalty to their customers not at all I highly don't recommend
