Just got my car back. Not only was the work done within the time frame they originally quoted me but they did an amazing job. The employees were exceptionally courteous and polite! They never made me feel like a phone call or question was a bother. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Was not happy with them because we kept getting told the part would be there at a certain day and got pushed back. Once the part came in it was incomplete and had to wait a couple more days for the cover. Wouldn't have been so bad if the mirror didn't control the ac and other vital functions of the vehicle which was haphazardly cut off by this shop.

My Mazda 3 had serious front end damage from a deer strike. I'm not exaggerating when I say that my car looks better now then it did before the accident. They are really that good. The paint match is perfect. I especially liked that they ran a full diagnostic check to make sure all of the electronic safety sensors checked out, which is important on new cars. And a really friendly and informative staff too. If you have an accident, these are definitely the people to see.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

From start to finish, this shop was amazing! All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to find all of the damage that occurred even away from the area impacted. They were extremely quick fixing it back to new condition and made sure the car was immaculate when we picked it up. We drove 45 min each way to use this shop based on recommendations and will be making the drive again if anything else happens to the car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Elite is professional, polite, honest and efficient in their work and the character of the employees. They go over and beyond all expectations. This was my second deer accident in one year, my car looks brand new! They even took a nail out of my low tire and plugged it for me. Nice to have such caring people in this business.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. From how friendly they were when we dropped my vehicle off (treated us like family.) To the finished product. They went above and beyond with everything. They couldn t have made it any easieror taken better care of us. My car looks brand new. Thank you! Thank you! After many years with no incidents with my Prius, I was rear ended which caused incredible damage to the car and even my teeth!Theresa and her team were wonderful and made the experience bearable. She explained all that needed to be done and kept us informed all along the way. I lost the heel of a boot while there and went back next day hoping to find it. Her auto body team had found it and put it in a safe place so the customer might retrieve it. So sweet.Incredibly, my husband had an incident with his truck later, which caused his air bag to go off and damaged the whole front end. It's in Theresa's shop right now where her husband and son will resolve it as good as new.

I experienced great customer service, I also felt confident that the work that was done is guaranteed by Elite body and mechanical shop in Kilmarnock, Va. and the parts as well. Looks terrrific. I feel that if I have any questions or problems pertaining to the repairs Elite will be there. Thanks Tereasa
