I have to give praise to them. They fixed my car and it was not expensive at all. I made an appointment the same day to bring in my other car. Staff is very friendly. I will be taking my cars there from now on.

This place is amazing! I was driving and cruise control stopped working and I thought I would stop by this place to see if they could help me or maybe schedule an appointment. They agreed to help me right away and the person who helped me was extremely nice, he was friendly and very helpful. In 2 hours my car was ready and they solved my problem. Service was great, I totally recommend it!

I recently bought an older vehicle from them at a very decent price. Recently after purchasing said vehicle, I was having issues with it. Rather than ignore the issues and basically saying Sucks to suck, they fixed the issues with nothing more out of my pocket with quick and informative communication. I will definitely be doing future business with Tri-County Ford.

They always treat me like family. It is easy to schedule a appointment. They are very helpful with parts as well. I only get me truck serviced there. Quick and easy in and out and back to my routine.

I purchased a used vehicle that turned out to have a problem with the dome lights coming on randomly. Instead of telling me I bought the vehicle as is they worked to find a solution for the problem and made the repairs at their expense. These people are definitely honest and reliable and I would buy another vehicle from them without hesitation. The owner is friendly and hands on and their service department/mechanics are smart, reliable and quick with repairs. I've used them for my repairs for 5 or 6 years and have never felt cheated or overcharged.

Clean place, good service, but needed to let me know before my appointment that my part wasn't in yet to save me driving back again for the recall. I called and made the appointment 3 weeks in advance.Bill was handed to me folded, not reviewed with me and I was sent on my way. Got halfway home and pulled over to look at the bill only to find nothing regarding if my tire rotation was done or the recall replacement part put on. I immediately called and manager stated part not in yet, said he should have told me. That was disappointing, however, he did say he would contact me once the part comes in. Always friendly folks. I use my Ford Pass points as I bought my new tires from them back last November. Malloy Ford never called after I bought the SUV from them NEW. I know which side my bread is buttered! Thank you, Tri-County Ford! :)

When I called to schedule a service appointment, I was able to make the appointment on my preferred day at time. Once on site for the service, it was performed in a timely way. Check-out was prompt, and everyone was courteous and professional from start to finish.

Ethan is an outstanding contact. Very knowledgeable and hard working. It took several months as it was a custom build, but he/they delivered 100%. All the after market parts are spot on! I recommend Tri County if you are looking for a Ford.

This is the second 5 star service I've had with tri-county. I unfortunately bought my car at another dealership and they never call back or help. Tri-county answers the phone, gets you scheduled so quick, and took 10 minutes to do the job when the other dealership probably would have taken all day. When it's time for us to buy a car, we will definitely be coming to them.

I had repair work completed on my 2010 Ford F-150. The service department was able to troubleshoot the problem and make the necessary repairs. My truck now runs great!I am a continued customer and would highly recommend the Tri-County Ford Service Department to my family and friends, they are knowledgeable and the prices are reasonable.I had a great experience and would like to thank Billy and his service team for providing great service and customer care.

Had a terrific experience with this dealership! My salesman Mr. Miller was wonderful in assisting me with my deal from beginning to end! They are also super transparent and informed me of any previous issues! Would definitely visit again! Highly, HIGHLY recommend this dealership!!

Very upsetting experience! As a shop doing business of repairing vehicles just the same...we would have not expected Tri-County Ford to charge for things that were not needed. We were told our vehicle needed a new battery , we had already checked the battery at our shop and was showing 98%. The customer has supplied a receipt for the battery as almost brand new! We towed our customers car there to have her new key programmed to her new Engine Computer and that's it! We were charged over 400.00 for a new battery and wiring repair. We asked the tech to show us where he repaired a wire and he said there was no wire repair, he just had to unplug the computer and plug it back in! that was so he could program the new key. We asked for our old battery back, we rechecked the battery and it is still showing 98% life! The task tri-county performed was resetting the computer to program the new key...this is all the same task of programming a new key. I am the office manager for Billys Auto, I am also ford certified, our technician here is also ford certified! We both came from a ford dealership and we know this experience is unprofessional!!! A key programming service typically calls for one hour and is usually $109.99 The only reason i am giving one star, is because i cannot submit this post without checking off one star

I would never recommend this place to anyone. I purchased 2 expensive lemons from this place in the last 5 years. I thought I just had bad luck the first time and gave them a second chance and what a mistake. My Explorers transmission gave out in the first 11 months of ownership. The vehicle didnt even make it to its first state inspection.There service department is terrible and will not help you at all. They are a sorry about your luck kind of place. I've never felt more robbed in my life. I must add I'm still paying for both. One is a pretty blue lawn ornament.

Had a ABS system issue with my 2006 Ford Explorer. Dashboard light stayed on. Did not effect braking system in car.. Took car to another Ford dealer, who I will not name. They informed me I needed a new ABS devise installed. Parts and labor would have been around $ 1000 +. I decided to look into getting another ABS devise from a second hand source and have it installed by the dealer. That was problematic at best. After six months of frustration I was advised to talk with Tri-County Ford in Keysville Virginia. They agreed to install the second hand part to my delight. But first they ran diagnostics on the ABS devise currently in the car. Turns out it just needed recalibration. Cost me $ 69.00. Hats off to the dealership for their integrity and honesty . Not saying the other other Ford dealer was going to rip me off. You can come to your own conclusions on that. Does smell a little fishy. Thanks again to Tri-County Ford.
