This is our 3rd purchase of new vehicles in the past 4 months. Melissa, Morgan and Keith have been over the top helpful each time we were there. They are well informed and make you feel at home. All 3 of them took time to set up things inside and explain how to use them. They are pleasant and make you feel like it's a social gathering. We Love Preston Ford and we have 5 frogs to prove it!

I can t say enough good things about Preston Ford of Keller. I purchased my vehicle from them online. Sight unseen. Risky. I know. The Edge was everything they said it was! The customer service from start to finish was outstanding. The kind of service you can only get from a small town dealer, personal, friendly, with no sales pitch/pressure! They listened to what I wanted and delivered! Don t shop the big box dealers, Preston Ford of Keller is the top notch choice!

Brian is the best car salesman ever !!!! He was able to get me a car loan when no other car dealership could get me approved and I tried EVERYWHERE. I was honestly about to give up. Something told me to just give it a try, well Brian ended up answering the phone that day when I called the dealership and he was amazing throughout the whole process.

We purchased a late model Ford Maverick pickup from Preston Ford of Keller in May 2023. Our Salesperson was Morgan Eder. She was great! Soon after we told her what we were looking for, she directed us to the pickup we eventually purchased. Morgan was very personable, professional, and thorough in every way. She never pressured us, and was wonderful in her follow-up. The purchase transaction with Melissa Long was equally smooth, professional, with thorough explanations as to each part of the closing. I will definitely deal with Preston Ford of Keller again, and in particular, with Morgan Eder and Melissa Long. I definitely recommend Preston Ford of Preston!

I scheduled an appointment for a Recall alert I received in my Ford Pass app. Preston Ford made room for my F-150 within a weeks time to be serviced. Very pleasant and professional staff. The work was completed before the promised time. The current physical condition of both the service area and the showroom has been vastly improved since Preston Ford took over this dealership. It was a pleasant experience and I scheduled appoints for routine service and a state safety inspection for next month. I highly recommend Preston Ford of Keller!

My bf and I have been in need of a new car. Unfortunately, with all the overtime he pulls and with the fact that I care for our 8 month old son at home, it s been impossible for the both of us to get to a dealership to actually look. Sheila and Jerry Sink of Preston Ford of Keller made our purchase possible. They sold us Sheila s personal vehicle, a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. It is beautiful! I think I love it more everyday! They were so accommodating; they obtained my information, ran my credit, and secured a financing lender for me, all over the phone. Then they let my bf drive the car 230 miles back home, with all the necessary paperwork, for me to sign, attach down payment, and mail back to them. I ve already received all my purchase paperwork back in less than a week s time.We have never had a car this new! I am elated! I want to give a HUGE thanks to Jerry, Sheila, Melissa , and anyone else involved in making our car search so painless. Thank you all so much. We ll be back in a few years when it s time for another car.

First time Preston Ford service customer ..I was SO impressed with my experience. I didn t know where to go for service and found this Ford dealership near my home on the Eastern Shore. I had to decide whether to go across the Bridge Tunnel or stay on the ES. I made the right call by choosing Preston Ford. I got in quickly, they were able to add an inspection I had forgotten that I needed (being newly returned to Virginia residency) and my whole experience was GREAT!!!! Best experience for service I have EVER had with a car service! Just great!

Everyone was great to us. Morgan, our sales person went out of her way to explain the features of every car we wanted to know about. Bill, a corporate traveler for Preston, was very personable. We ended up buying an Escape Hybrid that they had driven down from another dealership so we could see it in person. On delivery Morgan told us they had found a small crack in the windshield, that we couldn't see, and they are arranging a new windshield and a loaner for us. Very satisfied with Preston Ford of Keller.

The parts and service department are by far some the best folks I've dealt with when it comes to major vehicle repairs. Even though I didn't buy my vehicle there and it's not a Ford, they picked it up and returned it.

I have been dealing with Preston for about 5 years now and I can say that I won't shop anywhere else for a vehicle. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, hands down !!! If you don't give them just a chance for your business you are doing yourself a disservice. I called at approx 5pm on a Thursday evening and both the trucks, I purchased from them , were DELIVERED to me at 11am Monday morning. Only a couple phone conversations, a few text and emails and bam. They literally did what a minimum of 10 others couldn't or should i say, wouldn't do. These guys will be the very first call the next time I am in the market for a vehicle of any kind. Thank you Melissa and Sheila, you two made the process super easy and painless.

Hands down, best dealer experience I have had. They were very responsive and receptive to negotiating for a used car digitally before I would have made a 4 hour drive to see it. They came back with a no nonsense offer that worked for both of us. We worked out the entire transaction online. To top it all off, they even delivered the vehicle to me for free, which saved me 8+ hours roundtrip! Then they let me test drive and inspect it before ever providing payment or signing any paperwork. Also, I absolutely love the vehicle! It was in excellent condition and has been great to drive so far; they were up front about some extremely minor cosmetic issues. Melissa went out of her way to work with me and Lee and Van were awesome and very pleasant guys to deal with when they delivered the vehicle. All in all, I can't recommend them enough and would happily deal with them again. Give em a try, even if you don't live nearby.

I have been a customer with them almost 6 yrs now. They have always been very professional which is sometimes hard to come by on the shore,However, I must say my last visit moved them up some notches for me. I had my vehicle serviced for an oil change and I asked them to check my brake calipers. There was one lady in particular that took her time to explain to me what I needed with labor and cost.I was very impressed with the service before but I always felt like the guys were rushing through the explanation. However she answered my questions thoroughly and I really liked the way she broke down the parts and labor for me... I know you guys are making colossal changes, but I hope she stays!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Sheila was always so responsive throughout the whole entire process. Her and her husband Jerry drove to Fort Mill, SC to deliver my vehicle. They were both so personable and friendly. Best car buying experience I have ever had!

Best experience on the worst day! I had to have my car towed here because it was the nearest place to get it fixed while camping. A girl by the name of Jessica made it her priority to help me from start to finish. She offered periodic texts and helped me keep my cool since I never had the opportunity to go to the dealership myself. A tow truck dropped it off and brought it back to me and I never even had to leave the campground. It s nice to know there are still places that care about their customers. All-around amazing experience! Thank you Jessica!

Absolutely best service in years!! We have fleet of 3 super duties and the older 2 went down while we were 4 hours from home on a month long job. Jessica in service took my call when the first one went down and immediately jumped on diagnosing the problem. When I called 2 days later with a second truck down she put it in line behind the first. One needed a turbo and the other a fuel pump and she had them both back on the road within 5 days.I have not seen this level of service from a dealership in many years.We will be buying our future ford vehicles from The Small Dealership on the Side of the Sea, 4 hours from home.

I came in to buy a couple trucks for my farm and the sale woman and sales manager were both rude and nasty to me. Neither have any common decency. This is the worst experience I ve ever had. DO NOT GO HERE.

I received a handwritten letter from this place using my first and middle name stating I ll do whatever it takes to get your car. From some guy named Jerry. Seriously the creepiest thing I ve ever received in the mail and I can t believe it came from a business. I ve never even heard of this place and quite frankly I will NEVER use this business in the future nor recommend it. I feel violated that this man found my information on my car that is NOT for sale, and has never been listed since I purchased it, and thought it would be ok to send handwritten letters to my home.

I must like them I have purchased 3 vehicles from them over 12 years of living here, I have bought 1 used and 2 new vehicles and never once had a problem with any vehicle. They have always been helpful, and I've been happy, even now after 2 years if I cant seem to work my cars computer ..ill stop in and they will sync my phone and computer back up....They have changed to Preston Cars now and I have not dealt with Preston's Car Group ...except to test drive a MUSTANG. . And ask recently about A Jeep...and they dont know me, so they did not treat me as Keller used too..but I've built no reputation with this car group...so I am still looking for a JEEP...
