Horrible customer service, 2 1/2 hours to speak to someone about cancelling there service. Then to be charged 75$ just for them to pick up there trash can. That is bull. Will never use there services again. I will stick to local people with local numbers, easy to deal with and none of these extra fees.

Stick to a local wm provider. Dumping waste management. Notorious for overbilling (extra per month), so check your autopay and invoices. Truck drivers tossed the containers and also complained about the placement of them (which were right by the road).

It was very clean very quiet to be a garbage dump it was easy to put my trash in the dumpsters it was really easy to throw the trash in there and I'm 66 year old woman

Service is as expected.. WM will raise your bill without notification prior to billing cycle.

All it takes is 1 bad apple and the scale lady sure has a attitude for absolutely no reason at all. I contemplated on making this review but it is well deserved. Her rude actions was uncalled for.The story: I was 2nd in line to scale in. The lady automatically said I'm making everyone mad because I was making them wait. That was her first words. I literally just got on the scale. After 10 more seconds she told me to pull around the building so I said ok I will spin around and she went off the hook and screamed saying DON'T YOU EVEN THINK OF SPINNING IN MYYYYYYY PARKING LOT, YOU GO DOWN THAT ROAD!I am 44 years old and did a few years in customer service and I was also a lead man for the oilfield and I've never had someone so rude ever.

They were supposed to pick up trash Monday morning after we put the trash cans out Sunday afternoon. They came to pick up the extra trashcan that we did not order but did not pick up the trash, while understanding those are two different trucks. I called the next day and they guaranteed me that somebody would be out within a day or two but that never happened. I then called again and they guaranteed me that somebody would be out in another 1/2 days, that never happened. At this point it s Friday afternoon, knowing that they re closed over the weekend and for the holiday I had to wait till next week Tuesday in order for my trash to be picked up. I had flies all around my yard and the smell of trash that had been baking in 100 degree temperatures throughout the week!!Service: Trash removal & disposal

Be aware this company quoted me a reasonable price but when the bill came there were $63.00 worth of undisclosed fees. I paid for the can drop off, called to cancel b/c of the huge difference in price, was told I would be charged $75.00 again to pick up the cans. WM picked up twice, they charged me $162.00 to end the service. All within two week beginning to end. What a racket.Service: House & garage cleanouts

Employee went to the wrong dump instead of calling me and going to SB Cox where are load is $30 every time they charged us $106.38 and they won't even return a phone call so that they can explain why they are four times the cost it was an accident that he went there and I'm paying for it.
