Since it was sold worse place to rent a unit from. Prices went up and staff are combative and not friendly. If possible I would just use another storage facility. Not to mention the last row of units flood and they won't do anything about it. Just avoid them!!!And then they respond claiming I'm being dishonest. Just stay away. They won't take accountability for anything.

We have 4 units. Clean place. Items are well protected. Each unit has insurance

I appreciate the gated service. Provided a code for entry and exit. Makes me feel my belongings are safe.

Can not get any customer service from them, call day after day with no call back
