Slow and expensive. A two week job took two months. This is an hourly operation so everything is done slowly and no effort is made to work efficiently. Don't go here unless you are ok with losing an entire boating season and a lot of money. Work is ok. Yard is nice. No regard for the boat owners time of stewardship of the boat owners money.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Terrible diagnosis of a problem, with many excuses and 3 repair visit for the same issue. After the first "repair" the same issue that was repaired happend, causing the need to tow the boat back to the shop . After few appologies, it deemed that now it was a different issue that was " repaired" again, just to recure a week later.... on another vaccation week.All resulted in a whole wasted boating season and no accountability! did not even offered a discount, and was actually very rude about it stating that it was a different isse each time! Paid over $2000 in repairs over the 3 times it was there. no offers to discount the price due to failure to repair or even find the right diagnosis! Every time it was another story and another problem! Took it to another mechanic that actually repaired it!! It was a clogged carburator!! repair cost less then $300.Seems to be a pleasent person initially to deal with but beware!!! would not reccomend it to anyone.stay away!!!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

We had Custom Yacht Service winterize and store our sailboat for the winter. We also had them do some repairs. John Friday and his team were excellent. They did a great job at a good price. When you trust your boat to a boatyard you need people with integrity. We trust them completely.
