We've been going to West End for our service and inspection needs for five years. They are always quick, reasonably priced, and no nonsense. If he can't fix your problem himself (it was an onboard computer issue), he'll tell you! Their honesty and reliability keep us coming back.

Family owned and operated. Very lovely and friendly people, I had a fog light out and he replaced it so my car would pass the inspection. Didn't charge me an arm and a leg to replace it either. I will definitely be going back there again in the future.

Came in almost as soon as they opened to get a state inspection. Everyone sitting outside literally 0 customers, no one doing any work, all the shop people petting the shop cat. Not greeted more attention on the cat then a potential customer. Told me I'd have to leave my car all day (at 8:30AM) to get it inspected. NO THANKS

My car needed a state inspection and West End Services Center was available the next day, when other service centers were not. The owners are friendly, professional and prompt. This was my first time there, but it won't be my last. It's nice to receive quality service with a smile. THANK YOU!

The owners and mechanics are honest and hard working. They are fair in their pricing, and the quality of their work is great! They take responsibility for their work, and are always kind in their interpersonal interactions. If you need your car looked at, this is the place to go. They will not try to sell you something you don't need, and will always do right by their customers!

Really enjoying my 2003 Mercedes. So far everything seems to be going just fine with my car. The service was very great and it's been very nice doing business with the owner. Thanks so much. I will be sending my friends there.
