Have been using this shop over the last 10 years for all of my oil changes and services on my Kia which has over 260K miles on it now. Ted has been fantastic and taken great care of my vehicle over the years. I have all my vehicles serviced @ Virginia Automotive. I wouldn t use any other shop ! The customer service is outstanding ! I enjoy talking to the staff and owner Ted when I take my cars / trucks in for servicing.

Told me how much everything was going to cost I started with state inspection and wanted a few things done and I was in and out same day I dropped it off that morning it was ready By lunch staff is great knowledgeable about stuff definitely recommend this place

They did my suspension for me and installed it wrong. They won't even fix it right. I wouldn't trust this place to fix a bike. I took a truck there and they wanted to charge $600 for a tune up when $30 in new spark plugs fixed the problem. Beware of this clown shop!

Frank is great, and he's always there when I need him. He's an honest, nice guy. Their "Car Care Club" is a great value and helps me to remember to have the oil changed regularly. I have recommended this shop to others who were also pleased with the services they received. Check them out.

Great place to do business. They were very accommodating even though I was very early for my appointment, my fault not theirs. The waiting area was quite and quaint with a sitting area for the kiddos and the restroom was very clean. This place will say they fixed something when they didn't do anything more than reset the engine light and charge more than $130 to just have it come back on 10 mins. after leaving. Had to take it to another mechanic to have it properly diagnosed and fixed. Ended up being way more than a dirty sensor as VA Automotive tried claiming it was. Dishonest business practices. They were so dishonest that they never even called prior to "fixing" anything as I had instructed them to do. Don't walk but RUN away from this crooked shop.

We get all our vehicle maintenance & repair service at Va Auto, they are all very friendly and HONEST! I recommend Va Auto to everyone. In todays time we all need a Auto repair that you can trust, that is a BIG Plus to us, we are never scared that they will add work when not needed, They are our complete auto service.

The team at VA Automotive took care of a challenging headlight issue. The problem was a tough one to figure out as it did not happen all the time. They stuck with it until they figured it out. The price was fair and the problem is gone!
