Terrible place. This guy is super rude and trashy and their office is gross as hell.

Not a chain store by far. Throwback to the way things were done thirty years ago which is honestly not a bad thing. Small family business with honesty and integrity the big chain stores can never hope to achieve. Solid, decent folks.

They don't want customers or don't have time. I called and spoke with them and they said they would call me back with an estimate after lunch. I called around 4 hours later to get an update and they said they hadn't gotten around to checking yet and they would call me back. They never called back... and I'm still waiting.

Truly the best place I have ever taken my vehicles to. I have been going to Franks for several years now and always reccomend to everyone. I know I will always get the best service here!
