This repair shop has displayed incredible professionalism and looks clean and busy! The owner of this establishment obviously takes pride in his business. The woman who works the counter is very courteous and attentive to my concerns. They are as close to dealer repair but with much better pricing and repair times! Thank you Bullet Diesel for taking care of my vehicles!

If you wanted to get ripped off this is the perfect spot for you! Wish I could give them a -5Brought my box truck in for serviceLater that day I was told I needed a gasket for turbo and that it was going to be 175 a hour total hours of job was going to be 8 hours($1400) labor plus parts and any other thing they wish to tack on! Also stated that my truck was over heated which it wasn t! Once I told them it didn t want them to repair all professionalism went out the window!She stated it would be $278 for the the diagnostic they performedWhen I arrived to retrieve my truck she stated that she quoted me on before that put the truck back and that it was $371! but couldn t produce a printout!Please stay away from this place! Business like this need to be shut down!I took it elsewhere and had the complete job with parts done for $700 total!Like i said avoid at all cost! Nothing professional about this place!

Recently had our truck serviced by Bullet Diesel. So happy that we found them. We were very pleased. By accident I stumbled upon this place. Was supposed to be next door, to drop my truck off for transmission replacement. Went in to see what they charged and how long it would be if they could do it. Long story short, able to get in shop quicker for a few dollars more. They did an awesome job kept me informed front start to finish without me calling them. Price was very reasonable.

Excellent service with affordable prices!I am Super T. I brought my truck to bullet diesel for two airbags on the front rear and one airbag under the cab that had to be replaced. They were professional quick, informative, With an affordable price that made all the difference more. Bullet diesel is a place to bring your truck that may be sick for a doctors visit!!!

Helpful & Fast! On a Friday after being shot down from one shop, I called Bullet at 10a for an inspection not only did they squeeze me in that day but 2 hours before the quoted time given.

Do not waste your time and money in this workshop, I went to the workshop because my truck broke down on the street, they had it for me for almost two months, they told me that it was already fixed, I paid all the money and when I wanted to drive the same problem , I told the owner, the owner did not want to fix it, I had to leave there, bad service,I will present the proofs to my lawyers, I have paid for something that they did not fix me, they made me lose almost two months with cheap excuses that the other week we ended the day arrived that they told me just to tell me that they have not worked it yet and apart from that they have bad communication with the client,When they receive your money it is because they must have solved the customer's problem.bad service,bad experience,wasted time and money

I brought my 2004 6.6 Duramaxx LB7 to have new injectors installed let's make a long story short don't go there I'm in the process of getting a new motor put in now to solve the problem they have caused me not knowing what they were doing if u want a shade tree wannabe mechanics doing ur work on a vehicle that u depend on then go for it them cheap price will make u want to go but it will cost u even more after they are done with it bolts missing more problems than I had more problems now than I did before i went there and they lie
