Chelsea is very knowledgeable, professional, and patient. She is reliable and honest, and is always eager to answer my questions. I had been with my previous insurance for 18 years. I felt like I was overpaying and I felt like I needed a change. I was very nervous, but Chelsea made the process easy and painless. She did some comparisons to find me the best rates possible and saved me money on my auto insurance. I am so glad that I contacted her and switched my auto insurance to her agency!

Chelsea was a HUGE help for me. Not only is she super kind, but she took the time to actually explain everything to me and find us the best possible rate. Chelsea went above and beyond with assisting us get a great auto insurance plan. We had issues with some of the big companies increasing rates, but Chelsea got a plan in place that not only beat their prices, but got better coverage on our vehicles overall.

Chelsea was amazing. She got back to me fast and with all the information I needed and then some. She was helpful from beginning to end. She made sure I knew exactly what I was getting and made sure it was the best deal possible. She never rushed me. She was very patient and understanding. I would 10 out of 10 recommend! Chelsea was absolutely amazing with the entire insurance process. She was extremely helpful from start to finish of the process. She also gave me the best price possible and never rushed me into anything without completely explaining every detail. She is very patient and understanding. She always replied back to me quickly with all the informatiin I requested. I would give more than 5 stars if possible. I always get great in person service. They are always are very professional and see to any issues that I have. They are super good about explaining your policy in a way that you can understand without the legal jargon. I myself like the fact that I can call and talk to someone I know. I cannot reccomend this agency enough. Sheena is incredibe to work with and is so responsive and great at explaining things in detail. My husband and I were super overwhelmed in trying to find an affordable policy and Sheena was able to find us a great rate with the same coverage we had for much cheaper. I'm glad we are able to continue working with them with our new policy and we will continue to use them in the future!
