Popped in to check on low tires. The gentleman, Giovanni, was truly kind and helpful. Even though he speaks English already, he wants to improve.I just gained an English student. I love that He's so sweet and helpful. Had me wait a little bit to help his first client.So considerate!!

I spoke with them and they recommended a tire brand and style for my Honda Pilot. They had to be ordered , they called me on the day they said they would and I went there and 30 minutes later I had 4 brand new tires mounted and balanced. Fantastic service , great prices , I will be a customer forever and will recommend them to everyone I know.

While starting my 300 mile drive to Swansboro my rear tire goes flat. By now I had called a garage and they did not have the size tire and another shop never answered the phone. Thankfully another Good Samaritan named Jake (former Marine (had been stationed in Swansboro!!!) and currently a Montgomery county sheriff) helped me to place the temporary tire on and gave me a name of a local shop -Martinez tires. By now it s 4pm called and they had my size available. Great I ll be there in 10 minutes. Immediately started to take the temporary tire off while I unloaded the trunk again! Needless to say I was in and out in less then 30 minutes. Greeted with a smile and very helpful unloading and loading my tire in the trunk. Reasonably priced too. Definitely recommend this shop. Renewed my faith there is hope in the world. Huge thank you to the 3 people that helped get me back on the road!!

It was awesome! They have their son, 12 years old come out and help me. He answered my questions and took the flat tire. The 12 yo them proceeded to change the blown out tire with a new tire. He did everything, without being told what to do. (under his dad's watchful eyes.) I know what it takes as I have done the exact same job myself, he did everything as well as any adult. The adults watching him were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them if you need to have a tire replaced from a blowout on the interstate.

We had a blowout on our 5th wheel on the interstate just before exit 14 on the Sunday before Thanksgiving. Martinez Tire was able to get us 5 new tires (1 spare) the next morning and from the time we talked to them on the phone to the time we got back on the road was about 2 hours. We would highly recommend them!

Martinez was highly recommended by my regular mechanic in Hillsville. When he said he s the only person he d trust with tires I knew it was a good thing. Rolled in with a slow leak on my car and in no time I was repaired and back rolling. Muchas Gracias

Very professional and they know what they re are doing. I took lunch break to get 4 used tires and it took no time at all. They balanced checked for leaks and installed in a timely matter. The used tires looked basically new and saved me a lot of money the way times are now! Thank you and I appreciate your professionalism

On the way to new river gorge and ran over a screw. He fixed our tire in 10 minutes and we were on our way!! The best!

Best prices anywhere. Quick, thorough and professional. I drive from over an hour away for all my tire needs; car, truck, trailer...if he dont have the size I need, he has it in 1 or 2 days.

These guys were very friendly. My boyfriend couldn't find a tire for his car whatsoever. These guys had the kind of tire he needed. My boyfriend was mentioning to them that he would come back Thursday and get another tire from them. They told him since his other tire looked bad that they would put it on that day and he could just come back and pay them that day he got paid. That was very nice of them to do that for my boyfriend. It was nice they put trust in my boyfriend. Thanks for the friendly and professional service!

They have a good stock of new and used tires. Friendly service and quick dependable work , I will in the future come to get things done here. They are not expensive has other tire place.

They were rude and short. Took a look at my tire and said no we don't have a used one. He then said a new one is "mucho dinaro" and rushed me away. By mucho dinaro he meant $125. Released the jack as if assuming I didn't have $125. Rude.

This guy wants your business and WORKS to get it. Very good experience here. I needed 2 used tires in a hurry and he had what I needed even though it is an uncommon size. The owner and the other fellow helping him are friendly and engaging, the owner tells bad jokes--NOT inappropriate, just bad, which makes them funny!I just returned to get two more tires and he actually had the brand matching my previous purchase. Both times the installation only took minutes and I was on my way. The first visit I had to wait because of a couple of customers ahead of me, but the wait time was very reasonable and both fellows were working the entire time.I won't hesitate to return for tires here. He has both new and used. I didn't inquire about new tire prices, but the used tires are extremely reasonable for what I got, they look almost new.Definitely recommended!

Had to have my car towed yesterday. Main tire went down on I-40 and spare caught road debris coming up Fancy Gap on I-77. Dropped the car off and they me back on the road in 15 minutes. These guys are AWESOME! Had me back on the road in no time for $45. Can't recommend enough!

Awesome company! We were stranded on the side of the highway traveling back to Florida when our tire went completely flat. We called them, and although they said they were short staffed today, they came out to us 8 miles away, took our tire off and back the their shop where they patched it, and brought it back to us and put it back on the truck. We were back on the road in no time. And the price they charged was dirt cheap. Great service. They really helped us in a bind and we are so grateful to them! Highly recommended!

Called ahead and made sure they had my tire size on hand. Was given a quote on the phone. No price change or surprise charges when it was time to pay. Fast, affordable and friendly service! Will definitely be going back in the future.

We could have been stranded for hours waiting for AAA to come to us on I77. Instead we used our portable air compressor to inflate our tire enough to get to Hillsville and Martinez tire shop. This shop is professional, fast and reasonable. I highly recommend them!

Awesome place to get good tires for cheap. I had a bent rim and a tire with sidewall damage. I had bought the new tire and rim online and they popped it on and balanced it. Turns out I needed a new tire on the passenger side (probably from alignment issues) and they had it replaced in a flash. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Flash forward one day later (today) and I have a flat on another car. Came back and they had me squared away in 12 minutes. I will definitely be back.

My wife and kids were on vacation and got a flat. They stopped at walmart since it was closest and were told it would be 3 or 4 hours before they could plug the tire. She ended up calling Martinez tire and they told my wife they would get her in and out. When she pulled in an employee was there waiting on her. Had the tire plugged and on her way in 10 minutes. She said they were very helpful and polite!

I have used Martinez Tire for the last 8 years and honestly I will never go anywhere else! They are quick, friendly, professional and (best of all) inexpensive. I highly recommend them!!

Had an issue with a tire on the interstate. They had us back on the road with a new tire in 15 minutes. Nice, friendly guys as were the customers we met while they were changing the tire out.

Had a tire go bad while traveling south on I77. Had to find help fast. These guys we're great - helpful, inexpensive, and had a tire in stock that we actually have to order at home. Thank you, Martinez Tire.

Great ppl but these are the 2nd time I've gotten tires there in 3 weeks and since last Monday the 2nd new tire on my front has already started leaking again I had it aligned so I know that is not the cause?!?!
