Awesome experience, they purchased an Uber to and from the shop. Had a lot of work done on my car, I really haven t driven it for two years. The work didn t take them long at all, there was no pressure for extra work, and they re approval/deny system for work suggested after the cars inspection is state of the art and user friendly. Guys at the counter were good people as well

Went there a few minutes before 8am (which was the opening time posted on the door) and it's open. The purpose of my trip was to do an oil change and possibly a wheel alignment. I collected 2 coupons before the trip: one was for full synthetic oil change at $49.95 from their flyer; one was $49.99 (50% off regular price) for wheel alignment. I talked to the front desk guy and he assured I could use both coupons. But at the time of checking out, I was told only one coupon could be applied due to too many customers using coupons. I'd much rather being told up front. Other than this, this could be a 5 star rating.Attaching the better coupon.

Great service, very friendly! I took advantage of their VIP program which gave me great rates on oil changes and other discounts. I really liked how while my oil change was being done I received photos and updates about the service and suggested maintenance. I don't know too much about cars or maintenance so it was very helpful to have pictures for reference to understand what each suggestion was. I definitely recommend this company for service. I am typically a very hesitant and skeptical shopper, especially when checking out a new place and Wiygul did everything right to put my mind at ease while my car was in their care.

DO NOT GO HERE!I brought my car in yesterday to get looked at for a small, slow leak. 2 days prior, I had another mechanic look at it who confirmed it was just a drip and could be a simple fix. When I brought my car to Wiygul, I was hoping to get good news that it could be fixed quick and easy without a financial burden. When I was sent the diagnostic report, they sent me a video and showed that my car was now inoperable and unsafe to drive! What was a slow drip is now a major spraying of coolant. They made this leak much worse, and added on additional alerts and things that needed to be done to my car to rack up the cost of repair. What was probably supposed to cost me less than $300 was now a $1k job! They would not work with my warranty and demanded that I needed to pay them ASAP. This is ridiculous and I feel taken advantage of as a woman. Had I been a man, this probably would not have happened to me. For all my ladies, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! They will make you feel like you have no other option but to pay for their services AFTER making your concern worse!

Excellent shop. Deserves their high rating.I've taken my car to a couple Wiygul locations and they are reliably great.The staff is always very clear in describing the problem, and what's involved in fixing it. They are very prompt, always sharing critical info in a timely manner and have fixed my vehicle quickly and gotten me on my way.They also use quality parts, which I appreciate. For example, they used Brembo rotors and pads when I needed a brake job recently.Overall I don't see myself going to any other independent shop as long as I'm in this area.

Reception was courteous. Communication was clear and concise. Pictures helped me understand the issues. Made recommendations and helped me understand what needed to be done right away to pass safety inspection and what can be deferred. Gave me an estimate of when the repairs would be complete - likely not complete at end of day but certainly by mid morning next day.

First time to try today. Recommended by my co worker. I am satisfied with the service of Jamie Toms ( Advisor ) and Santos Orellana ( Technician). They explained what needed to be changed and transparent. I will definitely come back for the next service schedule.

When I first arrived and went inside I was greeted with a friendly face and conversation. They kept it very fast and simple to drop my car off. When my car was ready to be picked up they gave me a simple run down of possible issues with my car that they had noticed when doing the oil change and after they did the tire rotation. They were very nice ad respectful about it. The oil change was finished by lunch time. I definitely recommend this place for their kindness, efficiency, and good prices.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Thanks to Javier for exceptional customer service and honesty in advising me of maintenance I need now vs maintenance is not yet required. This company is trust worthy when it comes to vehicles maintenance and repairs. I recommend their services and prices are very competitive and lower than area standards.

We just moved to the Herndon area and I wanted to find a solid auto shop. Suffice to say I think this is the spot long term. I hit a pot hole that caused issues for my car and within a day of reaching out to them, they had my car completely fixed up. The best part? They told me that the fix was free of charge! You've made a long term customer of me today.

I had the best experience at Wiygul and will be going there from now on for any car repairs. I originally went to VA Tire & Auto and they quoted me an insane amount and suggested all these unnecessary repairs, but Wiygul identified the exact problem and fixed it for a fraction of the price. The moment I called to set up my appt, I knew I was going to be in good hands. I spoke to Luis and he was able to squeeze me in day of, which I was so appreciative of. He was very kind, honest, and communicative right from the start. When I went to the shop to drop off my keys, one of the first things I noticed was how clean and organized the shop was. I have and will continue to recommend Wiygul to my family and friends. Thank you to the staff for everything!!

STOP GOING HERE.This place is shady and will attempt to scam you as is so common with auto shops. I ve dealt with paying inflated prices here in the past, but they recently attempted to charge my girlfriend $450 to replace the engine and cabin air filters (did it in 5 minutes and the OEM parts totaled $50 with shipping). Truly unfortunate to see a local/regional business acting like this.Update:I actually found the service report where the amount was printed. Turns out it was even worse than I remembered.

Last year I took my son's car, which had been sitting at my house for a year, in to get it checked out before I drove it cross country to him. It had just been serviced at another place and I had just received a coupon in the mail from Wiygul so I took it there to have something else done.Wiygul found the radiator blocked with leaves and acorns among other issues with the car. They were very thorough and sent me pictures of the "issues" and what they felt was needed to get the car safely across the country.I took my car in yesterday for safety & emissions inspections. Again, they were very professional. Will be going back for oil change, tire rotation and alignment in a few days when I have time to leave it there.

This is the second time I ve come to Wiygul to fix what another tire shop could not. The team working the front desk and answering the phones did exactly as they said the would. Most importantly they fixed my tire vibration by properly balancing my tires. Thanks to all the staff you will be getting all my business going forward. Job well done, thank you!

I took my car at 8 a.m. on Saturday they quoted me for $60 over the phone for a simple brake maintenance. I called at 2:00 p.m. asking where my car was and they told me it would be done shortly. It is now Sunday my car is not completed and I cannot pick up my car till Monday. All I have them do was an oil change. Not only did they try to overcharge me, they kept my car overnight till monday, and now I'm going to be late for work for a simple oil change. They were incredibly rude to me in the store, and definitely tried to overcharge based on the way I looked. I cannot recommend to never come here enough!! They will try to lie to you, and they will mess you over just because they have the ability to do so. Please do not go here if your life depends on it. Do not go here if you think it's going to be simple or easy or even cheap. Do not go here at all. This was the most horrific process I've ever had!!! And the manager on site was so rude I burst into tears, which is all on camera!!While I appreciate the calculated response from wigyle, thank you for opening up your shop for me on sunday. Your manager tried to argue with me over the phone before letting me know that he would open up the shop. It was not till I mentioned the previous reviews regarding young women that this also happened to, did he then hang up on me. If you have any concerns about me catching your humans on a bad day you can reference the video where I'm sobbing my eyes out from Jaime's words and disrespect. He was rude to me, so much so that I ended up crying at 8:00 a.m. on a Saturday in front of several witnesses. I'm disappointed at the response, but grateful for the fact that you opened it up on a Sunday. I recognize the technician that went out there to open the shop and I also recognize the disrespect from the manager Jamie. Both things are mutually possible.

If I could g ive 100 stars I would. I had a flat tire the afternoon before I had a scheduled drive to Annapolis. Bill took my call on that very busy afternoon and worked me into their hectic day. Even though I had to wait for roadside assistance and couldn t say exactly when I d be able to get to the shop, he was so accommodating. They were able to fix my tire and the cherry on top was there was no charge for fixing a tire. These are wonderful people and this shop is the best.

I've noticed that Wiygul is always a very clean and professional looking establishment. I spoke with Bill who was very helpful and provided excellent information regarding the tie rods and alignment on my 2007 Nissan Altima.

Representative was not friendly as he questioned where I go to get major services for my cars. I was also disappointed that the mechanics were not able to perform oil and filter change for my jeep. I will no longer go to Herndon Wygul for my car service.
