I think this is the best place I ve gone outside of the actually dealer for repairs. Daniel is so nice and the service men are very thorough. I never feel like they will take advantage of me or do anything to my car that isn t required. They always send pictures of what they fixed when the service is complete and a log of how your other parts are functioning and whether they need replacement. I will continue taking my car here. The only issue is there are no appointments. It s first come first serve so you have to be there at 8, but it s not a big deal for peace of mind.

Daniel and his team are incredibly helpful! I had low tire pressure and a likely nail issue. They were able to patch it up in minutes and made the entire process stress free. I ll definitely be back. Friendly, honest & efficient.

I highly recommend this shop. Daniel was very helpful and friendly, helped me with all my questions and the work in car was great. Exceptional customer service! I even got a free Uber ride home, that was a plus.****(A few months later)Adding a second review, because Daniel and his crew saved the day again.They fixed my car s problem in only a few minutes. I really appreciate the work done and the excellent customer service! Highly recommended.

Daniel Sarli and his staff are excellent and very knowledgeable. I went in for an oil change. even though I was late they were very accommodating.I would recommend Daniel and Elden stt Sunoco for all of your auto repairs!

My brother and I visited this location to get his license plate bracket changed. We had no appointment but Daniel Sarli went out of his way to take care of us quickly and efficiently. The BEST auto care experience we ve ever had. Thank you Daniel! Would recommend him and this location to everyone.

This place is ridiculously slow with inspections. I went there and each car took about 20 minutes or more. The car in front of me took half an hour and then, I m assuming something failed, the inspector called the owners in and spoke with them for a good 15 minutes while there s a line of cars waiting outside. I ve NEVER seen inspectors speak at length to owners. If they have repairs issues, this is not the platform to address them at length. I waited over 1 hr 45 minutes for my car to be taken in. Not going back to this place again. North Point Sunoco is much faster.

I never leave bad reviews but this was so horrendous I need to. I wish I could give this place zero stars. I went in for a routine inspection with absolutely nothing wrong with my car (my local shop examined my car 3 weeks ago) Daniel came with a list of things wrong with my car and I failed upon doing research, came to find out that you can t fail on the things he said I failed on. He argued with me and talked to me condescendingly. The following day, my light was out that he fixed . I called the shop and the man who answered was gaslighting me saying I never went into their shop and that I was confused . Insane response when you can clearly find me in the system. Terrible costumer service, overpriced and flat out rude. If you have value in your time and money, do NOT go here. This place is a joke

This service station is consistently fast, affordable, and they treat their customers (including women!!!) in an incredibly fair manner. Daniel Sarli is the service manager I have always interacted with at that location, and I completely trust that he and his team are going to find the fairest and most affordable solution for any issue I have with my car. I strongly encourage any women in the area to take their business to this location because it is the only place in this area where I do not feel I am being taken advantage of because I am a woman. Bonus: Daniel and team are bilingual and can help in English or Spanish.

The Manager Daniel Sarli has been EXTREMELY helpful and honest regarding any issues I might have with my car. I do all of my oil changes and inspections here. He also installed lowbeam headlight bulbs in my car when one was burnt out. The service here is always prompt and reasonably priced.

These are the best folks available here at Herndon. Especially, Daniel who is very professionally and friendly. He s very knowledgeable and fixed my issue with headlights very quickly. Their prices are affordable and within your expectations. I highly recommend these folks. Hands down the best in experience. Thank you Daniel and team for all the help!

I had a wonderful experience at Sunoco Herndon. The employees are very professional and knowledgeable. The mechanic Daniel was amazing fixed my 2011 Kia . He is very talented and knowledgeable. Price is very good too. I recommend this place 100% !

Worst inspection experience i have ever received. Inspector gave an extended list to be fix where I know for a fact that items is in the list was not needed as some are nearly brand new and have been replaced recently by myself. When confronted about the issue inspector decided not to do the inspection.Also, a few month previously, I did went to the same station for inspection for the same vehicle, waited 2 hr, and no inspector came. As a courtesy, the manager provided a check up on my vehicle with their mechanics. Even though the mechanic is not a Va inspector certified they gave diff issue where the current inspector didn t it as an issue.

A local tire store told me that there was a nail in the shoulder of my relatively new tires. They said it couldn't be patched and that I would need to replace the tire. Replacing the tire would be over $250. I instead decided to try my luck at the Sunoco on Elden St. The manager, Daniel Sarli, put the car on the lift and found the small nail. As it turns out, the nail was not in the shoulder... it was right in the middle and could easily be plugged. Daniel had me back on the road in less than 20 minutes. I know where I'm taking my car to get it serviced from now on.

Called this location last minute to do my state inspection. I may have gotten lucky that the line was short so I didn t have a long wait time. My technician, B., completed my inspection and noticed I needed additional work completed to pass my inspection. B. Did a great job of explaining and showing me what needed to be done and completed the work very quickly. This is my first time taking my car somewhere that is not the dealership and I am grateful B. And the rest of the Sonic s team took care of me and my car. Thanks fellas!

The cars in the parking lot were leaking oil plus the gas pumps were leaking gas and the employees were breakdancing on top of a ford f150 while also rubbing mayo and sweet abby rays sauce all over their stomach. But besides that good snacks and gas.

They are liars. They've rejected my car 3 seperate times which I've then taken to mechanics each time who said they were lying to me every time. Don't trust anything they tell you. They wanted to rip out my whole exhaust system for $1,000 when nothing was wrong.Update: Took the car to the mechanic and again for the 3rd time (different cars) the car passed with no issues. This place will lie to make money off you.

I had a great experience a this service station. My car had a nail stuck on the front driver side. They took care of me right away. The technicians seem very busy but they accommodated my car with no problem and solved the issue. Thank you Sunoco guys!!!Sincerely, Victor Rodriguez.

Very good Sunoco. There was a robbery here not too long ago and the worker was shot and killed. Other than that, it's a nice Sunoco.

The First time I came here for my Lexus, this man Daniel is great. solved my problem really quick and very professional. The second time I came here, I had a nail in my tire fixed my issue quick and gave me a good deal yesterday because i need my break pads changed also. Very nice guy and it seems like he is trustworthy rather than other mechanics I ve experienced around this area. I highly suggest to come directly to Daniel Sarli, this man is great.

Had my state inspection done here and the experience was great. State inspection price is a lil higher than the standard ones but the speed and the friendliness of the staff are worth it, maybe in and out in about 20min. They even gave me tips on how to prolong the life of some parts.
