Gabe hooked me up for sure, I was in a pinch and needed to travel. Gabe was more than awesome with hooking me up with oil change and complete check up on my little suv. Will be bringing all my work here for sure. Again very professional and was happy with the work and the professionalism.

In general I have no complaints about Sugerland Shell. I go here routinely for my inspections and feel they do an honest inspection. I even came to get something reinspected and although I d gotten in line before closing they expected the cars in front of me to take them past closing. I explained I was trying to get a reinspection and they took me too. Only complaint is if the inspector finds something the store manager then offers you a quote to fix it. That quote is probably quite high. Mine was almost $150 for something that I resolved for under $30. I don t fault them for that. It s instant resolution to your issue, but it s costly.

I was there for inspection and there was two cars in front of me and it took about 55 minutes waiting for states inspection. There s no place to seat while waiting for inspection to be done and little pay area that s is filled with candles and soda that you can t even breath inside there.

Amazing experience! From start to end customer service was outstanding from everyone especially LT. They were very knowledgeable, great communication, clear, patient, direct, kind and helpful with showing me what I needed to fix. I got my inspection done quickly and was informed of the process. Also, got an oil changed and they got it done much quicker than any other location. I have gone to others in MD & VA and didn't meet expectations for my first visit. This place is my top favorite place to take my car to get service done and has exceeded my expectations in Virginia. Very thoroughly. Great location, clean and outstanding employees. LT goes above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing service. This place has won me over to return for my future services. Highly recommend this location.

Remy was kind enough to help me with my tire pressure. He probably saw me struggling to put air in my tires. Didn t have to come out but went out of his way to help. I will definitely be back for a tire estimate. Highly recommend. Thank you, Remy!

Got my brakes done here. Let's be serious, prices are going tot pretty much be that same everywhere you go. What it really comes down to is customer service. And service is what these are about.LT and Reed are true car wizards! Their skills, honesty, and friendly service make car troubles a breeze. A genuine team providing top-notch care. Highly recommend!

I came here today to check on my skid plate which was damaged by Community Towing Service company. It was hanging and they immediately took care of it for me with sincere genuine care and comfort.The new Manager Max & Technician Reid & Tech Marvin are very professional, very helpful and very effective in what they do.They are very hands on, exvellent customer services and make it ease for your car repair without ripping you off.Definitely will come back!

The Oil light on my car came on so I stopped in to this gas station to get oil. The mechanic Remy was awesome. He was very helpful. He helped me right away and smiled the whole time. GREAT service.

I visited the mechanic shop today to replace my car's brake pads and router. I bought both the router and brake pads independently. After 30 minutes, the mechanic called to say the router wasn't a proper fit. Despite only removing the tire, not the router, they insisted on charging the full price. Consequently, I had to pay $269.93, which included the supposed router replacement that didn't happen. In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend this mechanic shop.

Please don t go here . He failed the inspection deliberately (though the bulb was working and showed him he was reluctant to cross it) and offered to fix the rotor issue he reported for discounted price ( which was not an issue at all) and give the certificate again( tried to create sense of urgency) . I won t go here anymore! Nor would I recommend it to my friends. I got the inspection done at other place and it passed . I usually hate to give negative reviews but this was so bad experience that i couldn t stop.

I went in for a tire rotation and oil change and man they were so kind and accommodating. I was first greeted by manager Eddie. The place is small and does not have inside seating, but one random stool. However, they allowed my 4 year old to sit and watch her tablet to stay warm during our wait. Then the tech Reid came in asked about coupons etc. I explained I had a Groupon. He explained that due to my style of car the only oil they had was fully synthetic so I could either buy a different Groupon (and request a refund through Groupon )with the fully synthetic or pay the difference (which was $25). Either way I m still coming out with fully synthetic oil and tire rotation for $55 still not bad in the grand scheme of things. I explained my 4 year old was with me when he quoted the hour wait for me and in turn he said he d have them for as fast and efficiently as possible. They took my truck in immediately and within minutes I saw about 2-3 guys just going to work. Eddie the manager was kind keeping with conversation with myself and my daughter to help pass the time. I would say it took them around 45 min and they cut no corners as we could see them working through the window out to the bay. Both men were extremely kind and hospitable. Not really sure about the other reviews outside of the limited seating being accurate and there is outside seating it s just too cold presently. I will absolutely be back and recommend all I can to them. Thank you so much for being so accommodating when you didn t have too at all. I had no appointment yet I was treated with immediate attention and courtesy!

I needed a patch for a Tesla Model Y tire that had a nail in it. I have been using this place for all repairs since last many years and always had great experience; this was my first encounter with new management, and to my pleasant surprise, the new manager known as "LT" by his first initials was as efficient, courteous and helpful as I had been used to in the past. I intend to keep Sugarland Shell as my first choice for any automobile work.

The service is excellent, people are kind, and wait is much shorter than the other shell in Sterling. Oil change was done well and cheap. Highly recommend this location near Popeyes and Dranesville at the entrance of Sterling.

I went to this location to get my subaru serviced and it was a very pleasant experience. I was provided a summary of what my car should have done with a very thorough explanations of the way components worked! LT the manager is awesome and very honest

Got charged $80 for conventional oil change and was told the advertised price of $29.95 on the sign in the pic below is only for the labor and did not include the oil. Just a heads up for anyone else who sees the sign and thinks it s a good deal.

I could not have had a more positive experience! Remy and his team went above and beyond to help me! They worked double time to help meet the deadline I had for my repairs. Remy did everything he could to make it as affordable as possible. Even when the job was done he continued to go the extra mile to accommodate me. I m blown away. I wish there were more stars to give because that teams deserves it!

I've been taking my vehicle to Sugarland Shell station for many years but they came under new management a year or so ago. I recently took my car there for a state safety inspection and was told that it failed the inspection due to my rear brake shoe pads being under the safe limits. This was the first time the 12 years of owning my car that it had failed a safety inspection. The situation didn't feel right to me, so I instructed the Shell to go ahead and put a Rejection sticker on my car and I would go out and check on other options. I contacted my brother who is a realtor and has contacts with many businesses in Northern Virginia, and he refered me to a reputable garage. I took my car in and they looked at it I was told that there was nothing wrong with my rear brakes. I got the car reinspected by an honest inspection station and it passed with flying colors. Do not take your car to Sugarland Shell for Inspections or repairs. Sugarland Shell is run by dishonest people.

I took my car here in need of a lot of work on the AC. Remy worked with me on this issue and he was able to complete it within 6 hours. He communicated with me the WHOLE process and made it so smooth. I cannot recommend this place enough, especially Ronnie!!! Take your car here for ANY needs you may have!

Though convenient off of route 7, getting in and out from the parking lot is much less than convenient. Added by such a small number of fuel pumps and prices that are on par with nearby competition, it makes more sense to simply go down the road to other larger and more accessible stations.However, this station does also offer inspection services for those searching for a convenient location for this service.

Pulled in to use the coin operated air pump when we noticed our tire pressure was low. But there was something wrong with the end piece of the pump.I went around to the mechanic shop to see if anyone was still around that could help. Remy told me to just pull my car around and he took care of every tire right there. Super nice and a total lifesaver!

I consider this as my neighborhood garage. I have used this garage for state inspection/emission tests for many years for all of my cars. Recently, I got some not so pleasant experiences. I waited over 1.5 hours to get my first car inspected. A technician (not the inspection tech) came to me and told me that s car failed inspection. The engine mounts and tires need to be replaced. The price is close to $2k. He told me that he could drop the price to $1600 if I did the repair right away. My tires were in good condition. I didn t know what engine Mount was. But I declined the repair, because I can get much better tire deals at Costco. This week, I sent my second vehicle for state inspection. The same tech came to me and told me that my car failed inspection. He told me that there is a light bulb is out, he also told me a list of items to repair which included engine oil change, transmission fluid change etc. The cost is close to $600. I was puzzled and asked him that since when the state inspection includes oil change and transmission fluid change. The tech told me that the oil and transmission fluid change are recommended, not the requirement to pass the state inspection. The repair list for my first vehicle was the same. Most items are recommended instead of mandatory. I wish he could tell me honestly upfront. So I paid $25 to replace a brake light bulb plus the inspection fee to pass the inspection. I have other vehicle needs to be inspected, I will find an alternative garage next time. They lost my business for sure.
