They provided great and quick service. My car was in for minor repairs from being rear ended. My car was returned cleaner than I dropped it off and they worked great with the insurance company

This place was offered to me by my insurance Progressive.I've been called around 12 to come and pick up my car. Couldn't get there earlier than 5pm. I found something left on my driver's door, it's like it was polished and those round circles that you can see, somewhere some small scratches left also. I noticed all this the next day during the day light.Then I found electronic cigarette or whatever you call those things.And I DON'T SMOKE!!! How people would be so careless about others belongings so they Just forgot to take it so I don't see. Now I can guess that they smoked inside my car!!!!!And it's not it!Also I found some stains inside my car on my seat, it covered by fabric.I'm the ONLY driver,I don't do any businesses with my car, I use it only for my daily things. I don't eat in my car and I bought my car New, nobody else used my car ever.Customer service-I started to ask questions but quit after seeing that guy getting irritated!If you know how to charge people you should know how to do your business!

Spectacular in all categories! 20/10 recommend. They were extremely responsive, kept me well informed, we re very honest and did a thorough job! It was also the fastest experience I ve had with a shop.

What an amazing body shop. Joe was very articulate, and walked me through the entire process so I never had any doubt of what was going on. The work done on the vehicle was exceptional. Amazing service.

Excellent service and communication from Sergio! They were professional, timely, and fair with pricing. I'm happy to be driving with a new side mirror and on top of that, they removed some scratch marks from my car. Happy to have found an auto shop with good results that I can trust.

The customer service and quality of the work is by far the best I have every seen. Joseph took really good care of my car and was updating me constantly which kept me at ease. They even took an extra step of painting a little starch that I let them know was caused by another body shop so it was not necessary to repair and washed my car! I definitely will be recommending this place to anyone.Service: Painting

Mike is great! They truly made our experience with a horrible accident into a pleasurable day. After dealing with a totalled car they quoted us for free and helped us sell our car quickly so that out family was in a new car within the next few days! I highly recommend this place for all your auto repair needs, we've been coming to them for years! Great quality great service

These guys helped out my wife in the past and after my experience today, I felt like they deserved some more kudos.They repaired some damage to my bumper and a broken washer fluid reservoir. The price was great. The work was great. They did it fast too.On top of that, they cleaned my car inside and out before giving it back. (This was not an expensive repair ... so the extra service was not expected).Lastly ... I also asked them to replace a side view mirror with a used one that I provided.Unfortunately the one I gave the was the wrong one. But they had to take the door panel off to figure it out. Even though they had to put some labor into that job... they didn t try and gouge me on the cost.I honestly didn t expect that.Refreshing to come across a business like this in this day and age.Service: Body & Trim

In retrospect I learned it s not a good place to take a foreign car. I had to go back three times to request making things right. Although they did accommodate & correct ithe mistakes it took some time. It took over three months before my car was acceptableTo my surprise they were more lacking each time in customer service, even though they advertise to come back if it s not done correctlyThe lack of knowledge with the electrical system caused a stumbling block for them.The most annoying part was their response time and customer service!When dealing with customers I think the most valuable thing a company can do is to be respectful.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great service. They made sure my car was done correctly and dealt with the insurance company patiently and professionally. Mike and Karen were very friendly and helpful. I felt like they really cared. I would recommend Suburban without hesitation.

Had a dent in my car, drove around and got several quotes. I found it very interesting the cheapest one was $1000 the most expensive one $2200. When I stopped at Suburban Autobody I was very impressed. There place looked very professional and I felt, they know what they are doing.Mike explained to me, what they need to do and gave me a fair estimate ($1300) and I decided to go with them.A week later I got my car back, the dent was gone my car looked like new, inside and outside. Yes, they also cleaned it inside professionally, I love it.What a great experience, customer service the highest level!

The team at Suburban Autobody did an amazing job with my damaged SUV to the point where my car looks better now than it did before the damage occurred. Great great great customer service, that's all I can say. I needed to take my SUV into Suburban and they fixed everything perfectly. However, when I got the car out, it was leaking when it rained. The problem was NOT something that happened while Suburban was making repairs, but something completely unrelated. However, they took the car back into the shop to look at it two different times and had no problem trying to get to the main issue.The work they did...the front bumper and the damaged side panels all came out perfect!Thanks guys for such great work.

Well, let me start off by saying that I was rear ended by another car which landed me in a position where I needed a new rear bumper and front bumper as I was sandwiched between two cars. Once the claim was made and I was given the option of body shops to use for the repair, I instantly checked online for the reviews.Suburban Autobody of Herndon had the best reviews of all the body shops so I decided to use them and I am so glad that I did!! From the very start, I was greeted with a smile from Karen and felt very confident that I was in good hands with the repair. She took great pictures of the damages and made sure to listen to everything going on wiThe the car. I was given updates as to when the parts came in and when the car was finished and the repair BLEW ME AWAY! They did a fantastic job on EVERYTHING! The car looked as good as New and I was so happy with their work. Mike the owner was extremely knowledgeable and kind taking the time to show me the work they did making sure I was 100% satisfied. I will be sure to bring all of my body work here in the future and will certainly recommend that all my friends and family come here as well. You will be very happy if you choose Suburban Autobody if Herndon! Thank you!

I went to get the plastic piece under my bumper replaced. The mechanic I went to previously had patched it up. I was ready to pay a bunch of money to get it replaced but he was very honest with me and said it was unnecessary to replace. Honesty is worth five stars for sure.

A body shop that does not seem to care about your body or their human body. I was shocked to see office staff not masked up when customers came in. Not a fluke, on both of my visits in this cramped office, staff not using masks, plus no plastic barriers at the service desk, and no hand sanitizer for customers. Did they not get the 2020 memo that a pandemic is in progress? (This was October 2020.)Not a good experience. No updates on how car repair was going, they had the car for 2 weeks. In this day of texting and e-mail, unacceptable. After 13 days I called and did not get a return phone call, I had to walk down to Suburban to learn the status of my vehicle's broken sunroof glass, note a huge job here to fix. When I asked about my call not being returned they said the answering machine was somewhere in the back shop and they had not gotten to it. When I asked about them not wearing masks during customer visits, they just shrugged. Customers wearing a mask like myself, but not the folks in the front office at Suburban.Service: Body & Trim

Bob Esterbrook and the staff at the Herndon facility did a wonderful job on two of my cars. They repaired and painted a fender on my late model Cadillac ATS and I can t even see where the damage was. They also made repairs to an older Camaro making it perfect again. The price was very favorable and the staff accommodating and professional. They even allowed me to keep the car at their facility for weeks at no charge due to the Corona virus.

I had a wonderful experience with Suburban! After stupidly backing my car out of my garage with the driver side door ajar, and bending the door frame as a result, I took my car to Mike and he was able to bend it back in shape and make it functional again. He only charged a fraction of what I assumed I'd have to pay, and was very kind as well! Thanks Suburban.

I had to file a claim through my insurance company and they sent me to this shop. The guys here were extremely friendly and did fantastic work. They were easy to contact and were quick to return emails.

The staff was great. Understand, there is no hagle pricing, but if there are concerns Sheehy was quick to fix or make it right. Overall, it was a good experience unlike other high pressure cars sales.

I live in Reston and a shopping cart/door/bike damaged my 2012 BMW over the weekend at a Grocery Store parking lot. Since I moved to this area, my previous visits to area body shops have involved a longer hike to Chantilly or Sterling because of insurance company arrangements. This time I did some research and realized there was a closer body shop, even though not officially part of my insurance company's network. The damage was relatively minor and I went to Suburban as well as two others my insurance company recommended further away. The folks at Suburban Autobody were consummate professionals, courteous, and were able to give an estimate within minutes. After visiting the insurance company recommended ones, I decided to go with Suburban: they were convenient, I liked there non-pushy attitude (compared to the others). Those would have been sufficient reasons. To top it, there estimate was 20% lower than others and well below the deductible amount. I got the car back on time. The work was immaculate.If you live in Herndon/Reston area and need a place to get professional work done at a convenient location and with a pleasant attitude, I would recommend them. I hope to not have a second incident soon but if I do , I know where I will take it.Keep up the good work

I do not recommend any one to come to this place any more. This is the best auto body shop I had been to in past 10 years. Excellent work repairing my car and the interior cleaning (damage was only on rear) that they did for the car was marvelous!

I went in to check my hood which was not closing properly. Well the guys took a look at it and fixed it for free. He also told me about adding some oil wd-40 on the latch which would help release tension next time. I loved the place and would recommend it to friends and family.
