Amazing job!!!!Dimas and Carlos were absolutely incredible employees. Not only did they take care of me in a quick manner they were courteous and had extremely excellent customer service throughout. They are reasonably priced and they are absolutely amazing at figuring out a solution that works for you. If you're in doubt about where to go in Northern Virginia this is the place to go to. I cannot give more than five stars but if I could give 500 Stars I would. Thank you dima and Carlos!

So credit to these guys, I had originally rated them lower as I had some reservations about the work they did and walk away not feeling right about it and they reached out to me as a result wanting to see what they could do to make it right. We were able to agree on a solution and they were very apologetic for the misunderstanding. As I had been a customer with them for a while this was a nice surprise to find them wanting to correct the issue and make sure I stayed a happy customer.

Best place in Virginia ,best prices as well. They were very helpful and outgoing and patient, they explain every issue with the vehicle and provide the best service. They are so polite and helpful, if your car needs any repair this is the best auto services in town. God bless.

Not sure what everyone is talking about with best prices in the area . I went here and the tire installation was $43 per tire plus a ton of fees (including 3x more in disposal fees than VA requires) which is over 2x what other places charge (Sam s, Walmart, Mr. Tire, VA Tire and Auto) and even a little more than the dealerships. Wait is also pretty long so I hope the actual service was better than what I would get at other places. Tried to give the local place a chance but they let me down

Dropped off and picked up a car from here about a month ago. First honest dealership to ever honor a quote in store given over the phone... Or any shop now that I think about it. They were polite and efficient. They didn't try to push any services or try to get me to buy expensive inflated priced bulk parts through them. Wow! The most honest place I've seen in years is a mechanic shop... Speechless lol.

It is truly a relief to know that we have such an honest, hardworking, and fair mechanic in our area. The people at JL are super friendly, willing to show you the issues in person, and provide great service. No place even compares to JL.

This place really takes care of you. I was shopping around for tires in this place was able to match the best price I was offered.Since then I've been to them on three different occasions and they are always truthful and fair in their price.

Amazing service and great staff. Super helpful. Will be back.*edit as of May 30, 2023.As stated above, I went back with my other vehicle and I ll tell you that they don t disappoint you here. This shop is very upfront with everything and no surprise charges at the end. It s hard to find an honest shop nowadays. I feel the go above and beyond compared to other shops in town. Highly recommend this local owned shop. Very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. I got a quote from BMW to do about $2k in services and when I brought it to JL, they promptly lifted up my car and ensured me the issues the dealer mention were not there. My go to shop for me and my wife s car.

There are mechanic shops which you see everywhere in this day in age. Rarely do you find a shop that is this good. I'd like to share my story and how I ended up at JL Tire and Auto. I had purchased tires from Mr. Tire (Arlington VA shop) early 2023. Upon installation, my truck began to shake violently to the point where I could feel vibrations coming from not only my steering wheel but my gas pedal. The shaking got so bad that I didn't want to drive the car. I took the car back to Mr. Tire to let them know what was happening. To be fair, they tried to fix it and were very apologetic but unfortunately they could not fix the issue. Fast forward to August 2023, I moved to the Herndon area and I'm still having this issue. I couldn't take it anymore and decided to take it to a shop local to Herndon. I searched on google for a tire shop in Herndon and JL T&A came up and they had a 4.9 rating. I scheduled an appointment and I have to say I didn't think they would be able to fix the issue. When I got to the shop I noticed it's a small shop located in the heart of Herndon but was very clean. The Manager was friendly asked me what the issues were and I told him what I was experiencing. I also spoke to the Mechanic there as well, Carlos, and he said he will take a look at the car and see what's going on. An hour later he came back and told me the front two tires were not balanced right and he resolved the issue. I'm in love with my truck again and I cannot thank JL T&A enough! Friendly, professional and they know what they are doing. Thank you so much! I'm also glad they are so close to my house as they are my go-to shop.

JL Tire is hands down one of the best in the area, also more affordable than 95% of the places in and around Herndon/Reston. We found them on a whim a few months ago and now bring all 3 of our cars to them. They are always extremely friendly, do the job accurately, never try to take advantage & always flexible. The owner is extremely kind and always willing to work with his customers.Services: Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Great service, fast, honest, and good prices! They took care of both my front end control arms and ball joints, diagnosed the problem quickly (front end sounded like a creaking metal monster when going over a speed bump) on my 2015 Corolla. Highly recommend. This place is for regular folks who don t roll around in 100 thousand dollar cars.

I got tell you my first time here and they already gained my trust. I called JL TIRE & AUTO SERVICES LLC before I brought my car in. It would be nice if you can call ahead and let them know that you come. It is a first come first served. So I brought my car in. Dimas, a great guy, was the first guy I talked to. He is very professional and polite. After explaining what was wrong with my car (the steering wheel is shaking when the car goes above 65 mph) he told me to wait and sent out a mechanic so we could go for a drive to figure out the car problem. That was how I get to know Victor. Victor has been working on the car since he was 11 years old. He loves cars and is so passionate about cars. After having a conversation with him, I already feel that my car is on the right hand. We got to Route 28. I got the car above 65 mph, the steering wheel started shaking, Victor told me what are the causes of the shaking steering wheels (need to do tires rebalanced). We head back and did tires rebalanced. Problem solved. I got back to Route 28 and drove the test again. This time the car ran perfectly. I got it up to some high speed, the steering wheel was no longer shaking and it feels steady.The staff here is professional, and customer services are top-notch. The waiting room here is clean. Overall, I highly recommend this shop to everyone. I will definitely be bringing my car and family cars here when needed in the future.Services: Exhaust, Tires, Auto maintenance

Dimas and his team are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. They diagnosed our car s issue with ease and replaced them at a super affordable price. Only regret is not calling them sooner!ALSO! We were flying out of Dulles and they drive us to the airport while they worked on our car and when we came home it was finished. Very friendly, professional, and FAST - I came in to have my tire plugged and they offered very knowledgeable advice for which kind of plug they should do and why. My rim did get damaged from them taking off/putting the tire back on, but when brought to their attention they offered to take care of it, and were able to fix it within a couple of days. Exceptional service and not once did they try to sell me on something that my car did not need, which a lot of places in the area will do. Would highly recommend!Service: Tires

I know quite a bit about cars and was shopping around trying to get some tires mounted and balanced, along with servicing my TPMS system. Two other shops in the area where going to charge me over $150 per tire to replace the TPMS sensors. They claimed TPMS sensors couldn't have their batteries swapped and they were non serviceable. I knew that wasn't true. These guys were able to resolve the issue and didn't even charge me for it. I was very happy with the communication and service that was provided.Service: Tires

This is the best place to get your car fixed. I know nothing about cars and everytime I've taken my car here whatever is wrong with it is explained in detail and all questions are answered throughly. Super honest, amazing customer service, and you can't get any better prices then at this auto service.

I rarely give 5 stars but JL Tire deserves 5 stars. It was my second visit because my unfortunate tire got second nail in it. Both times, I was very impressed with JL Tire because of their promptness, honesty, sincerity, quality and no greed! They do more than you expect to give best of the services. Hi,I moved to Herndon and needed to find a mechanic closer, and I went to J&L Auto.My problem was a loud noise coming from somewhere, when I hit speeds closer and above 60 mph. I arrived at the shop and had one of the mechanics ride with me to hear the noise.In the end, rotors, brake pads and wheel bearings were cost-effectively replace.I was able to converse with them, everything was done professionally, and we respected each other...they might be a small dealership but the quality of service and interactions with customers was same level with other top-notch mechanic shops - you can confidently take your car to them.Thanks,Jones.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Brakes, Oil change

I do not recommend JL Tire & Auto in Herndon, VA. They charge a lot more than the dealer for an oil change. They also broke one of the parts but didn't want to admit to it. Their prices are not reasonable.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

JL Tire and Auto provided excellent costumer service at a great and reasonable price. I called because I got a flat tire after driving through the construction in downtown.
