I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the service team and Joey in particular! I stopped in early this morning when I realized that one of the screws for my rear tag holder was missing. When I arrived, I was greeted right away with a friendly smile and they were able to take care of finding the appropriate hardware quickly and efficiently- and they installed it too (which was unexpected but really appreciated) Although I shouldn t need any repairs for a while, I ll make a point to stop here first. In my experience, the quality of work can be observed in the small interactions you have with someone, and if my experience today was any indication of the usual customer interactions, then I know I ll be in good hands if I ever need additional work done. Thanks so much for helping me get back on the road!

At Hogan & Sons' Joey was incredibly helpful and kind; he always makes you feel welcome and at ease. Joey will see to it that your car has all it needs. To provide you with the greatest care possible, he goes above and beyond . Joey genuinely appreciates helping people . He won't hesitate to work with you to provide the greatest results because he doesn't care about money. He truly cares about the customer and getting them the best that they need. The entire crew was also incredibly friendly.

I had the best experience ever! I have been having horrible luck with finding a good reputable repair shop for years! I delt with multiple people, Nick, Joey and Dimitrio. They all work in synchronized order. While I sat waiting for my car I watched them deal with multiple customers flawlessly. It gave me the confidence knowing they work as a team and efficiently. Thank you so much! I will return!

This was a wonderful experience. I had an appointment scheduled, showed up, they immediately took my car in. I had a valve stem that needed to be replaced, it was done very quickly. No fuss, didn't try to upsell me on anything, a breathe of fresh air as a female. I would absolutely recommend them, they took care of my car and made a customer out of me! Thanks guys!

Sean saved my day after having a mixed experience at another tire shop. I had an emergency flat tire while running errands two weekends ago Sean was able to assess the tire for me and get my son and I back safely on the road. The next time I need tires, I'll be stopping by here to look for Sean.

I had my daughter s 2012 Mini serviced here today. The check engine light popped up on her trip home from college. Alex and Rigo found the time to quickly assess our issue and helped take care of her car so that we can get her back on the road. My wife and I will rest easy knowing that her car has been fixed by the trusty professionals at this Goodyear dealer. Thanks gentlemen!

The staff here are very professional and friendly! Sean and Joey made calls to explain the services they suggest and followed up on it the next day as well. Highly recommend this location for car check-ups and tire changes.

Rigo did a terrific job ensuring a specific request during my recent visit was followed. Though it may have seemed petty, it was important to me. He personally walked me to my vehicle seeking my approval before I left. I really appreciate that level of detail when it comes to customer service!

I went in to change all four tires, as they are changing them I get a phone call that one of my sensors is burnt out (front left, driver side), I tell him don't touch it and to leave it as it is. At the end of the repair, as I'm leaving I noticed that my tires look smaller and one of the managers noticed that the wrong tire size was put on all 4 tires. So I have to come back the following day. I dropped it off Saturday around 12 and then pick it up Saturday Almost at closing and they tell me that they didn't have the time to do anything on the Car. I come back on tuesday and they change out the tires, so now I'm leaving with right tires. A day passes and I noticed that one of the tires is going flat,(front right, passenger side) it turns out they didn't seal it right so I bring it in again so that they can reseal it, they tell me that now the front right tire needs a new sensor and that's the one that is malfunctioning, we talk things out and they tell me the're going to take care it. 3 hours later I get my car and all my tires are the right size and no leaking of air and no lights are on, on my dash so I think wow, they did it. When I ALMOST get home the light turns back on and now it doesn't read anything for the tire presure. I honestly think that they just reset the computer and sent me on my way. I don't recommend this place to anyone. They got 2 stars just because they recognized they messed up and kept working on it, but I will never go back and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

These guys have deleted their old Google placemarker in an effort to delete their litany of poor reviews.I've never met a shop so arrogant and judgmental over tires. If you're not ready to spend $700 in an instant, then they will treat you like criminals.Avoid at all costs.

DONT NOT GO HERE. Went in for a Safety sticker and was told i needed a inner and outer tire rod to pass, this would cost 500$. When asking them questions they really couldn t tell me why it was messed up as i explained to them i just changed the inner rode last year. They then said it was the "thread".. I went to another shop to get a 2nd opinion (Meineke in Sterling ask for Jose) Turns out it was just a lose bolt. 3 min later it was all fixed and passed the inspection ( ZERO DOLLARS to fix) . These guys just want to take your money. DO NOT GO HERE.

Hats off to these guys! Special thanks to Mr Rigo. He picked me up and dropped and the inspection was done very fast with less charge . I would definitely recommend this place.
