Integrity That perfectly sums up the team at Elden Street Service & Tire.We received a $787 muffler repair estimate plus a $300 transmission service quote from a competitor. The car had had a transmission flush two weeks prior, so we knew that was an unnecessary service suggestion. I did not want to give my business to a shop that was trying to take advantage of me. When I went to pick-up the car, I was THEN informed of an additional $179 diagnostic fee. This shop quoted me a bill for $1,284 in total. Quick negotiation got me out of there for a 50% reduced cost diagnostic fee ($80).I took the car to Elden Street Service & Tire. There was no diagnostic fee. When they called with the service quote for $717, I felt confident that was a fair price for the muffler repair. There was no mention of the transmission needing service. When I went to pick-up the repaired car, I was informed that the prices for the parts quotes was higher than anticipated, therefore my bill was only $515. Elden Street Service & Tire s honesty and integrity helped me save $770.Sung was the individual who helped me, and I intend to give this shop repeat business. Great work. I did inspection, emissions. Had a nail in one tire I knew it would keep pressure before I brought it because I added air a week before my F150 runs GREAT! 4 better tires, oil change

ECCC provided me with an excellent car service experience on my BMW. I was receiving new tires and other minor servicing for my vehicle. The staff was friendly and communicated clearly what work would be performed, the cost and the time that would be required. I was provided updates as the work progressed. Service was performed well and on time. Appreciate the great service I received from Sean Johnston of ECCC. I highly recommend ECCC and I will be going back for future service. Elden Street Mechanics have been servicing my car for almost ten years and they are TOP NOTCH. Keith treats my car like his own, and everyone in the shop is honest and provides great service. I m very grateful to know these guys - worth the drive from DC to come and have them work on my car.

They treat me and my car like we actually matter. All the work we ve had them do has turned out great: windshield replacement; full set of new tires plus balance and alignment; and detailed investigation of concerns and diagnostics. They take the time to explain what s going on before doing any work, and will give objective advice on what needs *and does not need* to be fixed.

Elden Street Service and Tire Center have been so helpful since I moved to VA. They quickly found what was wrong with my car and replaced my front brakes for me. In addition to my front brakes, I also updated my tires with them, which comes with free tire rotations.Later, when I was quoted a large figure for repairing my vehicle to meet VA safety inspection for multiple repairs, Sung encouraged me to bring my car in for another look. They not only found that not all the repairs were necessary, but the price of the repairs was significantly lower than what I was quoted at a different auto shop. Overall great customer service. I will definitely recommend anyone who needs car repairs to get it checked out here. I had a nail in my passenger rear tire and showed up at 2pm on a Friday. ECCC was very courteous and professional. I got my tire fixed at a very reasonable rate and had my oil changed in about 2 hours. I also got a discount due to my employer affiliation. I will be using ECCC going forward!

I've been going here for years and absolutely love this shop. They've always done excellent work, made reasonable and intelligent recommendations without being overbearing and have never tried to rip me off. On top that, everyone I've worked with here has always been friendly and helpful.

Oh man, came by for the Virginia State Vehicle Inspection in the heart of Herndon, Virginia. Customer service goes way and beyond expectations. The waiting area is cozy. They even have a virtual fireplace . They were fast and if any findings, issues would be explained in details as well as repair options and cost. I will be back for vehicle maintenance and repairs on my list. I strongly recommend this place. Price is moderate.

These guys are always the best. Extremely friendly, highly professional and they are happy to explain everything. They gave me a genuine and honest estimate every time I've gone there and still managed to come in either at or under quoted budget. They are excellent at catching things as well and informing me for things to keep an eye on or plan for fixing in the future. I trust them implicitly with my jeep. I love that they can almost always fit my car in for routine things. I've always been able to call the day before and arrange to drop off my jeep for service to pick up same day. (I haven't had any major work to be done yet aside from detailed brake work from a mechanical issue and even then they were quick to fix, offered me multiple options financially and went with the best choice with the best data they provided.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto brake repair, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

Great experience. I showed up to ask about getting a couple of tires replaced at a super busy time in which they were short staffed. The gentleman I spoke to took a few minutes even though I could tell he was swamped to look at my tires and tell me quickly that he definitely could order some tires for me and get them replaced in the next few days. He was pleasant and kind and professional. When I came back a few days later to get my tires replaced with the ones they ordered for me, the process was quick, and the other gentleman that helped me it was also pleasant. I ll definitely be coming back here for future services!

If I could put zero or minus 5, I would definitely put it.This morning at 7:30 I left my car at this service station. As they explained to me, it was necessary to change 2 levers on the front suspension and do a wheel alignment.At 4:45 pm I came to pick up the car and saw that no one had even started working on my car. In what position in the parking lot before the service I left it (with what position of the steering wheel and wheels), that s how it stood.If this is an elite service, then what is the usual one?Nobody called me. As far as I understand, no one was going to call.Terrible work of the customer service manager, terrible service, terrible attitude towards clients.My opinion: this service should be avoided.

I have been to this shop twice and had a pleasant experience nboth times! Being a women, unfortunately it can be intimidating going to get your car serviced.I've gone places where due to my gender and age, they tried to severely upcharge me. Everyone at this shop is so kind and honest, no attempts to upsell or make me feel like I'm clueless. Services were also completed in a timely manner. They are really nice when you call to ask questions too. I 100% recommend this shop!

I don t think I m ever going to take my car anywhere else! I ve been here twice: once for an oil change and tire rotation, once when my check engine light popped on. Both times they were able to fit me into the schedule quickly and communicated clearly about pricing and pickup time. They have a very fair pricing model and won t charge you for anything unnecessary. I definitely recommend coming here if you re looking for a reliable and fair car services!

Other than 2 hours waiting due to others in queue, experience was excellent. Service was good. No unnecessary glitch was identified during inspection. Waiting Lounge with water, cofee, soda was really great mainly in snowy days.

Great experience. Found a bubble that had popped in my tire in the morning, walked in that day and they were able to diagnose it on the spot, order a replacement tire, and the cost was even less than what was initially estimated (including labor). They had my car ready to go again in about 3 days, which is amazing considering they had to order a specialty tire. They even loaned me a car temporarily to remove items from my car and bring them home, which really helped in a pinch. Will definitely come back for future needs. This place is 20 minutes from me at this point but I keep coming here rather than mechanics closer to me. Everyone here is incredibly nice and helpful and does a great job. They're honest people who even recently discounted the amount they quoted as the labor took less long than anticipated. You'll definitely keep seeing me here.

Been meaning to write a review for a while now. For the last couple years I ve been bringing my 3rd Gen 4Runner in for an assortment of services needed, from routine maintenance and inspections, to mechanical issues that I m not comfortable handling myself.I ve always been greeted with friendly customer service, speedy diagnoses of whatever problems I am having at the time, and honest pricing and timeline on when I should be able to expect my vehicle back.I have not had a bad experience with this shop in the several trips I ve taken here, and as long as I live in the Herndon area I plan to continue using their services as things come up with my truck!

My parents have been going here for a decade (maybe longer), and when they moved overseas and I bought their car, I kept taking it here. They've done a ton of stuff to the car by this point. I've lived all over the area, and this place has the perfect balance of personal relationship vibes and reliable hours/physical presence. Easy to drop off the car whenever. I've never felt at all pressured to get services I don't need. Sung is the best! He tells it like it is and makes solid recommendations. I would get everything done if I could afford it, I swear lol! That being said, prices are very reasonable IMO, way better than the Volkswagen dealership. And they can get your service done much quicker than the dealership too. Literally the best car service place I have ever been. Don't think -- just go! Nicest staff, so professional, I would go back just to hang out with everyone there because they were so nice, haha. Most places customer service just sucks and it's really refreshing to be treated like a valued customer, and for the honesty and openness about your vehicle's issues and communication before they do any work on the care that they think should be done. I've been here twice and the service is outstanding. Came in months ago for a flat tire plug and ran into Sung Kang. He recognized me from high school and ended up providing the best customer service. Because of this, I made sure my next service I had with my cars I would send my business your way. Ended up needing 4 new tire and didn't really want to spend $1k. I used to go to the stealership that would beg me to take all these "highly recommended" jobs from them and run my bill up almost 3x what it should be. Obviously I said no.I don't have to worry about that with ECC. The first time I came in when I moved to Sterling, I got exactly what I asked for and wasn't attempted to be sold on anything. I actually asked if I needed anything else and the person at the desk just mentioned that I had some minor things but they weren't very significant yet. He mentioned I could probably fix these things myself.I recently went in for my 3rd visit where Sung helped me out. He told me a few things about my car and simply asked if I wanted them done. Just bought a set of 4 new Continental Extreme Contact DWS06 Plus tires. The package was equal to and better than most other tire center in the area. I chose Elden Street Tire & Auto because they have serviced some of my other cars they have have always been professional, fair and personable on every occasion. This time, Sung was most accommodating to find the best date & time to do the installation for me. The tires and alignment were done in the time frame I needed. They look great and the ride is amazing - thanks to Elden St.

H O N E S T ServiceIn December I have had Elite Car Care Center's Elden Street Service and Tire Center service our 1999 Mercedes Benz E320 for a second time for brake check, brake fluid flush, and alignment check.I took the Mercedes back to Elden Street Service and Tire Center based on the excellent first service (4 new tires and VA inspections). Again they were professional and efficient. They alerted me to a known repair for my Mercedes W210 sedan - a rear pinion seal leak which is a normal repair for MB W210s.Thank you for running a clean, well cared for, honest business. We will definitely be back for further service.
