Great knowledgeable no frills service. Carlos M was extremely professional, efficient and helpful. A shout out to the manager who came out into the hot sun to help install a battery in the truck. It was an unusually complex rigging that required special knowledge. Highly recommended. Thanks.

Joseph! One of the most helpful store employees I ve ever experienced in any business anywhere I ve lived throughout the United States. In my previous visits he was the same polite, pleasant, helpful, gracious, and knowledgeable. What an extraordinary and helpful young man.

Went for a battery test yesterday and I was very disappointedThe person who tested was very unprofessional and was smoking a cigarette while operating on my vehicle. I asked him to remove it but then threw it on the ground near my vehicle which is a HUGE safety hazard

Incredible experience here! I was only able to find 1 out of the 2 fuse taps I needed and Joseph G helped me track down the other one in the store. Very friendly environment, will definitely shop here againb

Excellent service. I needed a new battery and the dealership said it would take ~5 hours -- I came to AutoZone and was helped by Joseph. He made it look easy and had it done in 4 minutes flat!

Autozone Herndon Is great. Joseph L and Joseph have provided an outstanding customer service in taking care of my car s battery. It went out late at night and I went in almost at store closing time around 9:30 and they immediately took care of me taking an exception as it was closing time. If I had more than 5 stars, I would definitely give them .

Bought a car battery and it says installation is included. Once I paid for the battery they said that no one was there to install. I didn t have the tools to install and had to get another jump start from someone outside

I recently bought break pads for front and back of my car per my mechanic s orders.. and I came back the very next day because I didn t need to replace the front pads. So I speak with the one person with a terrible temperament named Julius Bradly. This guy I don t know what his problem is but extremely rudely said without receipts I can t help you. I understand return policy but he didn t even try to be professional and I saw the Spanish gentleman I remembered and he remembered me and helped me out with another nice man named Mushtak. These two guys helped me out by asking for my number and seeing that I was there the night before but this other person kept talking smack saying he doesn t care and just unprofessional. I love coming to this location but it could very well do WITHOUT THIS SO CALLED JULIUS BRADLEY!!!!

It is a shame that this place is so racist towards Hispanics, they treat you horribly and on top of that they make fun of people who speak the English language, they have terrible customer service, not all places are like that because they hide from others and they treat you With respect and kindness, even if they do not speak Spanish, they try to communicate with people.

DC and Joseph L were professional and helpful. The are well versed in their products and gave solid advice. When you visit the store ask for these two and tell them I sent you.To the owners of Autozone, don t ever lose Joe L or DC. You ll regret it.

Tried to return a part that never shipped and they said they can t find me in their system and directed that I do the return at another store because they couldn t find me in their system when it literally says I can process the return at any AutoZone

I've been meaning to leave this review. I went in about 2 months ago to replace my dead car battery. Joseph was super helpful and kind. He changed out my battery and I was on my way in no time.

Sale items were out, sadly. Six people in line... 3 employees (I think) who were all looking up parts for people on the phone (and possibly catering to online orders). They had two self check out kiosks - both were not working. Eventually a person told us about the kiosks and we let him know they were not working and he kept on with his task. Two people eventually gave up and dropped their goods on the counters and walked out. Eventually we were asked by one gentleman if he could help us and started to ring us through. I am very disappointed. Usually one waits at AutoZone, but this badly.

Nice to have this store so close. It's always clean, is well stocked, and the employees are not only be helpful, but they seem to like what they do. Yesterday I had a generator installed at my house and needed the battery to start the motor. A quick call confirmed they had the right size in stock (4 actually) and I picked it up 10 minutes later.

My car battery died. I got a jump and went to have them check it out before I bought a new one. They said it read that it was fine and I just needed to not leave all my accessories plugged in and running when not in use.This saved me about $200

Mr. Mushtaq was incredibly rude. My boyfriend and I came in to explain that we would like a replacement for a product that we had left behind the night prior, about 5 minutes before closing. First, Mr. Mushtaq explained that we'd have to come in tomorrow morning to speak to the opening manager. Both myself and my boyfriend work early in the morning and are not able to come in due to work obligations. After explaining this more than once, Mr. Mushtaq aggressively said that my boyfriend "has to suffer because it is his fault for leaving the product behind". As a customer service manager myself, this was an awful display of what AutoZone calls 'customer satisfaction'. We had a receipt and everything proving that we had purchased the product and while I understand different stores have different refund/replacement policies, the way this was handled was horrendously unprofessional.

I just had the most pleasant experience at this store. I live walking distance from a competitor, but after horrible service I drove to this location-a 10 min drive. I was highly impressed with the gentleman who assisted me. I believe his name was Scott! I was frazzled, from my experience at the other retailer. He was patient, put my worries at ease, and highly professional. I WILL drive further now just for that kind of customer service!

Extremely helpful! Needed to replace a headlight, the assistant store manager Michael not only made sure we got the right one, but he installed it for us as well at the store! Unreal! He had short sleeves on and made it happen in the cold weather. Will definitely go to this store again if I ever need anything, thanks to Mike!

I bought a casette adapter for my phone here and when i got to my car i realized there was nothing in the package. When i returned to the store, the manager was very patient and understanding and helped me replace the adapter with an even better one. Very professional!
