I had a tire situation recently and took it in to be fixed. Glenn was rude and got frustrated when I asked questions. Also, the price was very high. The mechanics did a good on replacing the tires

Great place to get regular maintenance done and even some repair work on any sort of vehicle you have. They've done a couple of my state inspections, some repair work, and routine oil changes and regular maintenance on several of my cars and the prices are always incredibly fair and the services great and quick. Definitely recommend you give them a call to get a quote and if they are competitive I would definitely give them a try!

Used to be good, not any more, couple of red flags: most expensive service/parts/oil changes in the area, go to stores in Fairfax Chantilly or Reston for better service. they will try to fail your state inspection for minor issues and give you a huge bill to fix it, I got a pass from other store.

I have had both my mustang and grand Cherokee serviced here for the past 5+ years. I ve always had a positive experience with them in that they address my main complaint and have never tried to upsell me additional services. They present me with several options for repairs when possible and never pressure me either way. I will definitely continue to bring any vehicles I own to them in the future.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Excellent neighborhood car repair shop. It is kinda slow but work gets done. Takes minimum 20 min for state inspection, longer if repairs are needed. They have only 2 working bays so be very patient as they are not a large scale workshop.Glenn the owner is really helpful and knowledgeable about the repairs.

This is a GREAT place for auto repair that you can trust for a fair price! Glen and everyone that works there is friendly, courteous, helpful, and competent. I have had a few big repair jobs done there and they have always done the job right without further problems.I have a similar garage across the street from where I live but their work was often poor and resulted in recurring problems and I had to go back multiple times to correct repairs at local dealers but now I have all my work done at Automotive Unlimited. It is great to have an automotive repair place you can trust and Automotive Unlimited is it.

This shop is a great local mechanic. JW always goes through every aspect of the service before, during and after, with suggestions on ways to balance costs with safety. Many times he s shown that they are not in the business of gouging customers.Now they just need a phone line that can make long distance calls to my cell phone!

I took my car in early on a Monday morning. They diagnosed my car, gave me a reasonable price for repair (and a discount), and had the work done and completed by 5pm. Great service, friendly staff, and very good prices.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I had a tire situation recently and took it in to be fixed. It turned out to be complicated and the owner was honest about the options and the likelihood that the fix would work. He was also extremely fair about the work. Their work is great. I really appreciate a fair and honest mechanic. I highly recommend this shop.

I have found Automotive Unlimited to be an excellent repair shop. I have now had them service multiple vehicles, foreign and domestic. Their service is prompt - often same day, they communicate with their customers with clarity and honesty, and repairs have come in below their estimate each time I have used them. In addition, their estimates/rates seem to beat the other shops from which I received estimates. I highly recommend these guys!

I owned 5 cars (Toyota, Jeep, and Mercedes), all served by this shop. I have 100% trust on them in terms of their ability to work on the cars and pricing. Never have anything unnecessary suggested / done by this shop. They are the most friendly and reliable shop around.

Their service center was very thorough and informative when I brought a vehicle for a prepurchase inspection. The technicians showed me what to look for and how to test for some problems. They were very flexible with scheduling too and fit me in between appointments.

I went to the Sunoco Gas Station at South Lakes Village Center when my brakes stopped working, and after a diagnostic test they decided that my vacuum pump to brake booster needed to be replaced, so my quote came out to $1400. I called Automotive Unlimited to get a second quote, and a gentleman by the name of JW suggested that I get a second opinion because he had a feeling that my car was misdiagnosed based on the age and mileage on it. After JW's team took a look at my car, they found a crack in one of the hoses, which is a much less expensive repair. The cost ended up being only $400 as opposed to the $1400 quote from the other repair shop. I am super thankful that I went to Automotive Unlimited. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and saved me a ton of money.
