BEWARE OF OWNER!!!very shady businessman, when I wanted to take my hard earned money elsewhere (because I have that right) owner decided to charge $240 for couple phone calls to the insurance. BE CAREFUL THEY ARE VERY MONEY HUBGRY instead of helping their customers. I will not go back and wouldn t recommend them to a friend!

To be honest, I did visit a previous shop that was not very interested in working on my 2004 Honda CRV that had been damaged on the rear tailgate and bumper. So I began my search, and Auto Haus had encouraging reviews. With good reason. David was very kind and professional. He found more damage, and after talking with the insurance company, they wanted to total my CRV. David kept in touch with them and found ways to keep my vehicle from being totaled. His efforts were amazing, and even the owner, James, was kind enough to give me a ride home. This was just good old-fashioned hospitality! For a second, I thought I was in Mayberry! LOL. Thank you for your efforts and great service, James, David, and the whole AutoHaus Team!

In a world where customer service is seemingly a dying art, Autohaus is a welcome exception. David gave me detailed answers and timetable updates. Sean at the front desk was courteous, quick, and called when promised. Thank you to all the staff. Your workmanship was outstanding.

I don t know where to begin, so I will start with the facts. Local community family oriented business. No hassle and perfectionists.I had an issue with my side mirror and had no experience at an auto body shop prior to this.AH goes out of their way to make sure sure your vehicle is addressed correctly and professionally. Sending so much gratitude to the whole team at AH. Always coming back and recommend all to experience easiness during hardship when it comes to our babies our cars.Thank you Auto Haus Team!!!

So far, really really happy and thankful to have walked into Autohaus. We were given an outrageous quote from another mechanic for repairs to our german automobile that we have owned for less than 3 months. Brought the car here for a second opinion. David was great, explaining details of every item that they determined needed repairs. They were even willing to install parts that we found if they were cheaper. Anyways, this is an extremely reasonable and fair shop going way above and beyond for its customers. James Yu and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and will take care of you! I had a major accident repair done here and he was able to get it done at the cheapest price point possible. I really trust his recommendations, which is saying a lot because as a young woman I'm used to shop owners trying to swindle me, however that won't happen to you here at Autohaus. I had a bad deep scratch on my car in September 2022 and did not wish to use insurance They fixed it beautfiully and allowed me to keep the car there while I was on vacation. Then, in July 2023, I had an awful accident where my wheel fell off while I was driving. This time, I went through Progressive -- which is awful -- very inattentive service. But went back to Autohaus due to the great work they did in September. Mr. Son went through the estimate to show me they were not paying for the mechanical damage, so we had to bird dog that with progressive and he was very very helpful. Dropped the car off on a Monday and had it back Friday! it looks beautiful. He put new tires on which I had to do due to the damage from the wheel falling off and was very communicative with me. They even gave me a ride to get my car rental. Very good shop. Great rates and they know the good insurance companies and the bad ones.

This is one of the best auto body shops I ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. This is was my second time giving them business, not only did they work with me in price but they did an awesome job with the bodywork for my car.

Very easy and straightforward. My side mirror had a collision with the garage and shattered. The man there gave me a quote, ordered the part and called about a week later to say it was in. The install didn't take too long. I thought I would get my car back before closing the day I brought it in. However, they called early the next morning that it was ready. It looks like new. I'll use them again if I need body work done.

I brought my car in for an assessment after a serious accident and worked with David as he coordinated with the insurance company. David was very pleasant and professional. The insurance company took a while, but he was patient, and kept me informed on the progress. When it was declared a total loss he helped me to remove my items from the car and took the plates off for me, reminding me to take them to the DMV. Highly recommend!!! I have been very happy with all the work I've had done at Autohaus. Several years ago they repainted the hood of my older model Highlander. I was so pleased I brought it back to have the headlights replaced. They also replaced the passenger side window motor. Most recently they helped me out when a hose detached and I needed to get on the road for a trip. David and James are honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Amazing! Autohaus made my car look just as good as it did when it was new. I am so very thankful as I had had a bad experience with another auto body shop in Herndon, Autohaus not only did a spectacular job they improved what the other shop had done incorrectly. I am forever grateful! The paint matches perfectly, they fixed a rust spot, took care of a large dented area and made repairs to the bumper, at a very reasonable and fair price. We brought my dad's 20 year old Mercedes in for some body work after a minor accident. Autohaus gave a very fair repair estimate. Customer service with every interaction at Autohaus was friendly and professional. The completed work was flawless. Much better than I anticipated given the age of the car. There were a few old chipped paint spots that we didn't ask them to address, but as my elderly father was getting ready to leave, the employee who worked on my dad's car hurried out to do some touch-up painting and scrape repair for him. They didn't charge anything for this additional work. We were treated so well and when my car is in need of service, I now know where I'm going. Thank you, Autohaus for the excellent service.

As a long time Herndon resident, I have known of of place but never had a need to use them. I had some damage to my car and took to several places for a quote. Most places wanted to replace the entire bummer costing thousands for $$. Autohaus was able to repair and paint it for significantly less and in a timely manner. As a female, I felt like James listened to me and gave me a fair and reasonable quote. I agree to leave the vehicle and days later it was completed and was pleased with the work. I would use them again and recommned them to my family and firends. Well done James. Thanks again.Service: Painting

Unfortunately I do not recommend Autohaus for European brands, especially for any potentially complex issues. I took my 2006 325i there for a check engine light and limp mode. They replaced the VANOS solenoid, which fixed the check engine light and limp mode. However, I took delivery of the car and noticed multiple systems now inoperable (speedometer not working, trunk release not working, ABS lights on) and poorly done wiring on the battery system. I took my car back and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. For both visits, they did not call me when my car was ready and I had to call multiple times to check. I was charged full price for the original service.Services: Electrical, Engine repair

Awesome service. We had a 20 year old Jeep with rust and faded paint that we wanted to fix up for our 16 year old son s first car. My wife and I debated whether it was better to let him drive it without fixing the rust knowing the Jeep wouldn t last more than a few years or have it repaired. I m glad we had it fixed. The Jeep looks great.

By far the most reliable mechanical/auto body repair shop I have been to in the area. Honest people who take their time in giving quality service. I've brought my car in for serious body repair jobs as well as issues as small as replacing windshield wipers!

I am so thankful to have found Autohaus. Finding a trustworthy and reliable service station as a single woman is pretty daunting but Autohaus gave me peace of mind and didn't break my bank! They were quick, honest, and professional. This is the only place I will bring my car from now on. Thank you Autohaus!

I had Autohaus repair some parking damage to my RDX. Picked the car up on a Saturday right before they closed and didn't notice some missed spots until the next day. I called to discuss on Monday and was asked to bring the car when it was convenient and they'd take a look at it. Well immediately the owner started apologizing for missing the spots and was sorry that I had to come back. We set up a time for me to bring the car back, but before I could drive away, the painter came out to take a look. He too began to profusely apologize for missing the spots and for me having to come back. The painter not only took care of the spots he missed while I was standing there - he went over the whole car looking for any chip or scratch to touch up.Absolutely amazing! You cannot ask for or get better service than this!

I went there for transmission issue and my car engine was working very bad, they fix my car with fair price ( lower than other mechanics I asked before) and my subaru working good yet and don't have any issue know.

Very knowledgeable people, responsible, kind and trustworthy. I am very satisfied with the job done as their celerity, and they also provide a warranty for the service done. I totally recommend Autohaus!
