You guys saved me! I had a ridiculous day and got a flat tire. Ricky helped me immediately. Within 5 minutes he had my car in the bay and my donut was put on. I went back on my on my lunch hour the next day, and I was out of there with a brand-new tire in less than 20 minutes. I still had time to get a sandwich. Ricky was awesome. Great price! You have a new customer, and I will be back! Thank you so much.

I took my car in for inspection and it got rejected because two of the tires were bald. He ordered two new ones for the next day and had it done for me without any issues. Left ads all over our apartment complex. Bad enough, but the ads are riddled with typos ("break service", etc), so not the best attention to detail.

In the past I had nothing but positive experiences with the shop; convenient and they were always polite, trustworthy and incredibly helpful. My experience today was so out of character that I felt the need to post a review when I found out there was new ownership so people can make their own decisions. I routinely use the gas station, auto shop and car wash on that corner. I went to the gas station, then parked in front of the auto shop to go speak with the car wash about detailing. As I was walking away an auto shop employee yelled out to me and asked can I help you in that way that people do when they are angry about something but don t have the courage to just say what the problem is. I was slightly confused, but quickly found out that he was angry about me parking there. I let him know I was a long time customer and didn t know that it was a problem and would move, and he turned his back on me and went inside. They might still do good work, but my interaction this morning is was unacceptable. Aggressive. Angry. Unnecessarily rude. I m not writing this emotionally charged or angry, I m a business owner and I know that feedback changes things, so I want to make sure that the owner has a chance to address it and that customers have information to make decisions. Everyone has bad days, but the employee made no effort to calm down and clearly did not care that I was a long time customer. I understand it s their parking, but they missed a great opportunity to sell their service. Hey sir, are you parking here to leave it with us today? Emissions? Inspection? We do oil changes too! If not, have a great day and come see us next time you do! Instead, they lost a long time customer who s a local business owner, because I want to take my personal and my corporate business to other businesses that actually care about keeping customers. Hopefully it s addressed and I wish them the best of luck, but I can t justify giving them another dollar to find out myself when there are so many good auto shops in the area.Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Samy and the guys there at Sunoco are Amazing and totally Awesome. They took care of me and treated me like family with all the hard work they put into my automobile. They are dependable and reliable and I recommend anyone and everyone with an automobile get it serviced with them. Edwin was of great service. He took me in at the last second and was able to get everything done expeditiously while taking a look at other things in the car. Great/just prices as well. Highly recommend.
