Please do not go to this place if you value your car. Went to Quioccasin Valvoline March 1st for oil change and wipers. Drove home with car running rough. Popped hood. Air filter compartment had been left open, but that was not the worst of it. Checked oil level. It was ridiculously over full and dirty. Picture attached. Looks like they just pumped clean oil in and mixed it with old dirty oil. This resulted in double the amount of oil that should be in the engine. I drained the mess they created. Picture attached. I put new oil in and took my car to Abbott s auto repair to have my car checked. I wanted to see if driving home from Valvoline with double the oil had caused engine seal damage. They said it looks like I am O.K. Please do not go to this place if you value your car.

Came here for the first time for my wife s car and was thoroughly impressed by how quick and professional the service was. Not to mention how James manages the team throughout the process, hearing all the guys communicate was incredible and you just don t see that level of management often these days. I was so impressed that I went home and brought my car up here immediately after. 10/10

I ve been here many times, and this was My first AMAZING service experience! Manager James & employee Megan took the time to explain the recommended vehicle services and had me in and out in no time. Because of James, they've now gained a customer for life! Thank you!

I visited this valvoline last night after work, I was beyond impressed with how well informed and quick they were. The manager Danielle who was on duty was amazing. She had more knowledge about things that are going on with my car than I've ever been told. She conducts her employees in such a committed, caring and efficient manner like I've never seen. Great service! With applied coupon conventional oil change was 29$. Great customer oriented service, clear communication, tidy and neat store, and you see your vehicle at all times because you are inside! Better then JiffyLube and Walmart Auto Care!

Quick change of oil. They check and test lots of stuff. You don't even get out of the car. Very quick and convenient

This place is great! The manager Henry was so friendly and took his time explaining everything that was going on with my car. He made sure I left with my car running smoothly and in great shape. I would give them 0 stars if I could, which is a shame because I have been a loyal Valvoline customer for years now. They broke a piece on the car my friend brought in to be serviced, the employee admitted fault for it, and then the manager started lying about the situation and claimed she was not there that day, however, she was there because she was spoken to directly. After nicely being confronted about lying, she then got defensive and threatened to call the police. I strongly believe this was racially motivated and will be warning friends and family to avoid this location. If English is not your first language, the manager will try to get one over on you. I will be contacting headquarters and if the situation is not appropriately resolved I am not opposed to getting the news involved. I am disgusted by the customer service, or lack there of.

I recently visited an valvoline, and I was impressed by the staff's exceptional level of knowledge and customer service. They provided me with all the necessary information about my truck and took the time to explain the different oil types and their recommendations. Their willingness to answer my questions and guide me through the process was greatly appreciated. Overall, the staff's expertise and helpfulness made my experience at the service center a positive one.Service: Oil change

Quick and easyUPDATE 04/06/24: I cannot express how much I like this location. I have been to the Staples Mill location and management there is the worst.This location has always been hassle and frustration free. Today's visit was a little rocky but a huge shoutout to Valerie. Customer service focused and very pleasant especially as my past horrible experience with the Staples Mill location has not been rectified in almost a year.Thank you Valerie, for the patiences to understand my frustrations and help escalate the issue. More of your coworkers should take notes from you. As I drove off I heard the manager (I think) reprimand you for going above and beyond to help me. Very inappropriate especially with other customers in the bay.

I've been coming to Valvoline for a very long time. This location gave me a run around about why they couldn't finish the oil change. I could hear the person under my car with an impact and what sounded like a hammering noise right after. If I find a crack in my oil pan I will be following up with the corporate office. I recorded the guy struggling to put my air intake back together only to get on the road for my car stall out. Now I'm on the side of the road trying to put my air and take back together and didn't even get an oil change. Very upset! I will be posting the video.

Service is pretty fast but they will fudge your return mileage deliberately to keep you coming back sooner. Example: put your return mileage around 3000 rather than 5 or 6000 miles so you have to watch for things of that nature.

Most of these places aren't honest, but this one was. I pulled in with a new car needing an oil change, he told me I didn't need one the oils brand new, and still topped off my fluids after he knew I didn't even live in that state and wouldn't ever be returning.. simply some hard working, trustworthy folks working at this place.

Waited for over 30 minutes before anyone even came out to my car to acknowledge me. I was the only car in line waiting for one of the bays to open up. After about 45 minutes another car pulled up next to me and was immediately let through into a now open bay. I wait another 15 minutes before deciding to leave and not waste anymore of my time. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere professional.

Friendly staff and low wait time when my girlfriend and I went in for an oil change. Eli checked us in as soon as I pulled in and Henry helped us when I was inside the shop and explained every part of the service clearly. Wish I could remember other names, but overall the team was efficient and I would recommend to anyone who wants sound work at a fair price (even if it is a little high) faster than what you would get most other places

Quick oil change spot. It s expensive but the convenience fee is built into the price of the oil. This location in particular really hates to do tire rotations. I ve tried multiple vehicles and they tell me your tires don t look like they need rotated (this statement doesn t make sense bc it s based off mileage not looks) or we don t rotate aftermarket wheels which I was told at the valvoline in short pump that they are just lazy and don t want to do it. But this place blows jiffy lube or any other quick lube place out of the water.

Perfect customer service. Being an early bird I came as soon as they lifted the door and I was met with a smile. Made it easy for me while I stayed in the car. Really polite and respectful crew. Kindly informed me of suggested services. I actually knew what I did and didn t need going in, but without telling them they honestly assessed my vehicle. As always it was quick as well

Very quick service and polite staff. The only issue I have is they didn t take my oil protection cover underneath the car when they changed my oil. Oil was dripping from it and they didn t bother to clean it. When I parked my car in my garage I ruined my floor by having oil leaking all over the floor

Pleasantly surprised! Henry was my guy and definitely took time to explain all of the options, what needed to be done now opposed to later, prices etc. I left feeling like I got a good deal and knew what needed attention in the future.

Efficient and quick oil change service. In and out in under 15 minutes. Felt very comfortable with technicians knowledge of this car (Lexus SC430). Which has some peculiarities. Will return for next oil change and /or other service!!

Called before I arrived to see if they serviced my type of vehicle. Stated that they did and told me to right now because it was somewhat slow. Arrived and service gentleman states that they don't have parts for my vehicle. Stated that the corporate call center answers when trying to call location and they just have no way of knowing what's in stock. Thoroughly Hot!

My whole family took a long day trip, so we went to have the fluids checked in our truck the day prior (At the Regency location) I will get his name but the guy with the long hair! He checked our fluids. Took the trip and the check engine light came on. We ended up taking it to the Williamsburg location (Jared and Adam were awesome) and they caught the coolant fluid was almost gone. They filled it and checked to make sure there was no leak (not one) So furious right now. Our family could have ended up broken down on the interstate because someone failed to do their job. Obviously it was never checked. We get all of our cars serviced at the Richmond Regency location. Never again! As long as they have people there with poor work ethic like that guy I don t trust him touching my truck. I will be calling the higher ups about this as well.

Went to have oil changed tonight. I was approached by an employee from the side parking lot. He stated they didn t have the filter for my car and to check back tomorrow, due to parts shortage .1) how do you know you do not have my filter in stock without me even driving into the service bay to look at my car. 2) this is an hour and a half before close Never had a problem at this location before, but I ve seen reviews stating the same issue.
