Terrible communication and customer service. I spoke with a technician and they expressed if I dropped my car off the next day it could be worked on in a timely manner. When I dropped my car off at 9am I m assuming the manger expressed it would be done at 2. When I called at 2 the asked for 2 more hours I gave them 2.5 and they had just pulled my car to the back. When I asked for my car back (after them having it for 7 hours) they should no sympathy or remorse. They expressed cars were ahead of me . I understand first come first serve. I don t appreciate being lied to and as if my time means nothing. Disappointed.

My experience here was great! When I got my flat they were able to get me in and out quickly. The team was able to answer any questions I had and were very organized. I would absolutely come back!

The people who work at this location are either utterly incompetent or liars. I have been burned twice now trying to get work done at this location. Go there if your fine with them holding on to your car for days past when they say it will be ready. I will gladly take my car and money elsewhere.

I had my car towed to this Firestone to get a new tire after a flat. They replaced the two front tires and left two of my hubcaps off. When I called to let them know, they denied that they did that but stated that since they forgot to mark it on the record, they would reimburse me for new hub caps if I went to purchase them myself. It is not true that 2 of my hubcaps were already missing but they would not admit to wrong doing or offer an apology. I did not care for their solution to the problem, which would have required me to make multiple unnecessary trips.

This location was the closest that could work on my car. Appointment was set, but when I got there, I was told my appointment wasn't confirmed and I had 2 cars ahead of me. The staff was friendly and got me in and done in a reasonable time.Appointment process needs some work, but the staff smoothed it over and won me in the end.

Staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating and customer service-oriented. Despite high volume and being understaffed on the day of my service, the employees worked well together under pressure and did not compromise customer experience.

I had the best experience at this location! The staff, Arianna and Leron, went over and above to make it a pleasant, quick experience. They had me fixed up and on may way in no time. If I am ever in the area, I would absolutely come for my auto needs!

I came in expecting to have to replace breaks/rotors or something, and was told everything was fine! They did not try and upsell me, or charge me for something that wasn't necessary. Everyone was friendly and they were extremely fast! So impressed, and so is everyone I have shared with!

Had my car for 2 days for a simple oil change and state inspection. Still didn t get it done. Would not recommend anyone to get their vehicle serviced there unless you really don t need your car.

Okay, normally I'm not this customer and usually I try to be very understanding. Especially since this is the end of the month.The front desk staff was quite friendly and I cannot fault them for politeness.However, I dropped my car off Monday morning at 7:15am for inspection. Now since it was the end of the month I did not expect to be seen that day and asked for an estimate of when the car would be done.I was told to expect my car "well into Tuesday" When I pressed for a more concise window I was told to look for my car to be done "between noon and one"Shortly before noon on Tuesday I asked where my car was in the lineup for my own planning. I was told there were 2 cars to be inspected ahead of mine, so I pressed again for an estimate and was told between 3 or 4pm I should be ready to pick up.When 4pm rolled around I called again only to be told 6pm.I try very hard to be a patient customer because I know times are hard, but that was ludicrous! In no world should it have taken 2 whole business days for a single 15 to 25 minute inspection. Even if it did I would have at least liked more transparency so that I'd have the option of trying again at another time.On another visit, it took an entire business day just to change my tires!If you value your time, I very much urge you to either visit another location or another business entirely!

I have used various Firestones over the years and would stop using them when seemingly inevitably they did something shady. I have been using the Parham Road Firestone for a number of years and found that they rarely recommended something that I did not need. They told me I needed to have all 4 brakes replaced. I went ahead and replaced the front brakes myself. They had told me the pads were close to not passing inspection (which I realized was not true when I replaced the front pads). I did not feel like doing the back ones and took it to them. Although I had asked for just brake pad replacement, they also changed the rotors, which I am pretty sure did not need changing because I had pulled the wheel and looked at them. The price for the rotors was also ridiculous. After I left the store and had been gone about 5 minutes, I called and said that I wanted the old rotors because I wanted to measure the rotors to see if they needed to be replaced. They said I could have them and was back at the store in less than 5 minutes. I went in and surprise surprise they told me that the scrap metal guy had been there and picked up the scrap metal including my rotors in the 10 minutes I had been gone. What a coincidence!I had also referred a friend to them that does not know a lot about cars and they kept calling him back while his car was there to suggest additional things he needed (many of which I am confident he did not need). He had gone in to get an alignment and ended up spending several thousand dollars. AVOID!

Just had 4 tires replaced on my Toyota Sienna. The agent I worked with was Camden. She was very efficient and knowledgeable about her products and got me a good deal on a set of Bridgestone quiet-ride tires, alignment, and road hazzard coverage. If you need tires ask for Camden she is a pleasure to work with.

Found myself stuck with a flat tire and another one that looked like it was about to blow (chunks of rubber missing) while visiting from out of town.Called yesterday afternoon, requested and promptly received a quote for my options, and even a discount!My dog was also with me, the manager was very accommodating and had no problem letting him wait with me.The wait was long but that is par for the course with Firestone.Thanks for getting me in so quickly. I was passing through Glen Allen on my way to OBX and my brakes gave out. I had to stay at a hotel overnight and try to find someone to look at my car on a Sunday. This Firestone location was wonderful. They took my car back right away and worked on it so I could safely drive the rest of my trip. I made an appointment Saturday evening to get some scheduled maintenance done, oil change, wheel alignment, and tire rotation. I arrived on Sunday morning and was told there was already 4 other 9am appointments and that my vehicle wouldn't be ready until Monday afternoon. However my problem was the terrible customer service I received from their receptionist, the lady with dark hair and glasses wouldn't even look at me during this interaction. She kept highlighting her papers, she was extremely rude so I left! I will not be letting my car be serviced here, I only expect the bare minimum of acknowledging my presence while in a business, this lady couldn't even do that!

Tires and alignment were done quickly. After I got the car, the steering wheel was crooked. So, I called the next day, and they fit me in same day and corrected the problem without a question. my mother and I were in an unfortunate situation today. We were dropping off my siblings in VA so they could be with their father for the summer and there was a rubber carpet in the middle of the highway 40 minutes before we were about to reach our destination. My mother did not see it in time as she was going 70 mph and was between a concrete divider and another vehicle- she had no other choice but to run over a black rubber carpet that was folded over!After we reached our destination, our vehicle let us know the tire pressure was low and the light wasn t working. I was able to find a Firestone 5 minutes away at 5:35pm and I told my mother we could ask for them to look to see if they can do a temporary patch work or we could possibly buy a new tire.My mother explained the situation and the person at the front desk gave her a phone number for her to call since they were running behind on their schedule and are closing in 20 minutes. We called the phone number for a Firestone technician to come out but she also said we are to be closed soon and we cannot help you . All we NEEDED was for someone to look at the tire and possibly do an emergency patch work so we could make the 9 hour drive back to GA.Seriously this is the worst type of service I have ever received- NO SERVICE. No empathy was shown for our situation and NO ONE tried to help. We understood that it is closing time but, the blatant disregard was absolutely disrespectful and made the situation even more stressful for us.

Great customer service, unfortunately had to get a cheaper tire than I intended but I'm saving for a new set this winter anyways. That cheap Suredrive is gonna go in my storage for emergencies.

I definitely had a terrible experience with this particular location. It was so bad it makes me question the entire franchise. I took my car there on a Friday for oil change and a tire rotation. I have a check engine light on for a cylinder misfire that I already had diagnosed. I explained everything that I needed to be done to the car.Saturday morning 9 am. We are going to look at it and will have something for you in about an hour Saturday 12PM we are going to look at it Saturday 4 pm it s next in line Sunday. 8 am we will have it looked at todaySunday 3PM you are next in line Monday 8 AM we have you in the bay we are looking at it nowMonday 11 AM you have a cylinder misfire I m not sure if they don t have the technicians to complete the work or they can t properly diagnose the problem. Or if they are just the best liars in a mechanical industry. Actually I think it s a bit of both.Do not I repeat do not take your car to this locations. Experience was great from start to finish! My Expedition engine shut off as i was driving, had to coast into my driveway. Called Firestone at Regency and Gracie was so helpful, was able to get in the next day. Left the car there, they did diagnostics, Owen was communicative through the whole process and completed the repairs as promised. Everyone was so helpful and courteous from my first call to our payment/checkout process with Brian! Would definitely recommend.

Fast appointment, full checkup, tires filled with air oil change, clean paper put on floor to keep car clean. Ready as promised. Nice professional people at desk and on phone. Reasonable prices. I never go to dealer anymore, they are not competent and expensive . Missed my car inspection 2x during 2 oil changes. Firestone is #1, 5 stars

Ended up spending over 1k for services that I later found out I didn't need. While working on my car they also damaged some of my wiring, which led to my car breaking down as soon as I drove it off the lot. I then had to pay for them to fix that too. Unfortunately this is my second really bad experience with Firestone as a brand, so I will not be going back.
