Made a 3pm same day appointment at lunchtime today for a free tire rotation. In and out in under 20 minutes. Thank you Xavier! Run by some very nice, professional, friendly young men. We will definitely be back. If you're in need of tires, check them out.

If I could give Discount Tire TEN stars I would! This place is that great!!! The online scheduling is incredible for those of us who decide at 10 pm we must get tires rotated before daughter goes back to school in 3 days. I was able to book it for the exact time I needed the next day. I'm met at the door by a smiling service person who acknowledges my appointment and gets me in and out of the door quickly and with NO charge for the tire rotation. I will definitely be back soon to replace the tires that are nearing the end of their life. I've been here before and I will NEVER go anywhere else!! Definitely a hidden GEM of a tire place!!

I had a great experience here. I went to a Goodyear earlier in the day and I was told I had a nail in my tire that was unrepairable. They put the spare tire on my car for now to figure if my car's warranty covered a new tire. It didn't so I tried another place then ended up at this Discount Tire. They were super nice and helpful. I think it was Brian who helped me first, he inspected all my tires including the one that had a nail in it. He said it looked like it could actually be repaired, so he checked me in and took my car in to be looked at by the technicians. About 10 minutes later, both him and Chris let me know they were able to repair it. I waited another a few minutes and it was done already. I was in and out of there in about 45 minutes overall, which was great. The best part- there was no charge! I had no idea they fix flats for free. The customer service here was amazing and I will be returning if I have any other tire issues!

I am surprised I never filled this out! 2 years ago this crew took care of me when I moved up here and I am so grateful! They are wonderful crew and still take care of us and our vehicles. Amazing crew and if you need a place to work, this is the place, diverse and well organized! If I had the strength I would love to work here.100% customer service and wonderful easy website to create an appointment to save you time and money.

I got a flat on I-64 westbound exit 108b on my way to pick up a tropical smoothie. Since I bought Michelin from Discount Tire, I was able to get a free tow from the Michelin guarantee. Once I was at Discount Tire, they were able to determine that the tire was unrepairable, just as I had suspected. Fortunately, when I bought the tires there were five in the inventory, so when I experienced this flat there was exactly one left in the inventory to replace the misfortune. They had it done in less than an hour and a half. I'm still going to be scheduling an alignment that's going to cost me $275. I'm going to try to hold the city responsible for that. But thanks Discount Tire for getting me back on the road.

It's rare to find the kind of service these good folks provide. Their website is easy to use and very informative, and I was able to quickly and easily purchase my tires and schedule the installation online. The following morning, I received a confirmation call from a very friendly employee, and they suggested they may be able to install my tires even sooner than scheduled. The following day, I received another call saying that my tires were already in stock and that they could install the same day. Before I was even parked in the parking lot, an employee was at my car to greet me and confirm my order. I was 20 minutes early and they took me right away anyway, and the installation was super quick. Every single employee I spoke with was incredibly kind and professional. All this added to discount tires, superior maintenance and warranty programs, I don't see any reason to ever go anywhere else.

Best tire shop! You can't beat the prices and it took them less than 45 minutes to replace all four of my tires. They are respectful and professional and again, very quick to get you in and out!

The crew along the manager in this branch are amazing and beyond expectations they have the highest level of customer service great manner and professional handling customers. I stopped by to change a wheel and tire based on their recommendation however the two other tire I had was not standard and since I could not afford to pay they installed two extra tires free of cost TO MAKE SURE CUSTOMER SAFTEY ones again the team is amazing they deserve a raise bravoooooo guys

The whole staff here goes above and beyond. I had some issues with some aftermarket wheels I bought from them, but everyone was very accommodating and friendly, and made sure I left satisfied. Wish I knew about this place before I got new tires as I would have got them here!

This is the second location we've used and they never disappoint. We find them fair, fast and their prices are less for the same brands. The real shining star is their customer service. It's sad to say but nice, helpful employees are hard to find these days.

These gentlemen always make it a pleasure visiting this location. You will always acknowledged and greeted immediately and kept abreast of the status of your vehicle. I never felt pressured or overwhelmed to make purchases I was unsure of. So far I've dealt with Sean, Daniel and Marty. They are always so pleasant, informative in a pleasure to interact with. I will definitely use this location for any services that I need that they provide. Bravo to the gentleman and to the leadership team at this location. Fantastic job fantastic job!

Tommy is a great manager . He goes above and beyond for the customers . Someone accidentally forgot to put my cap back on my car and Tommy resolved the issue in a matter of seconds . They are the number one discount tire place in Richmond . I recommend anyone to go here .Tommy told me customer service really matters to him and he is TOP TIER . Mo the other manager was really nice as well .I will continue to do business with them and get tires here . Best team in Richmond thus far.Thanks guys

Really helpful for NEW customers. They don t honor their warranties and try to upsell. My tires didnt even get 20,000 before they were almost at the point where the warranty doesn t cover They were guaranteed 40,000 I got quoted $250.Every-time I have popped a tire its been $18. Not sure what the difference was here..my tires are not safe to drive and they uphold that they are not liable for fixing it.

Great service from start to finish! From the moment I opened the door to go inside the shop, I was immediately greeted by a kind man. I believe his name is Nick or Nicholas. Super nice guy and extremely friendly. I made an appointment and came back this morning and as I walked towards the door to come in, a Brazilian guy (sorry I never got your name but I do hope you do get yourself a mountain bike! Riding trails are so fun!) came outside to greet me before I came inside the store! The service guys worked quickly and looks like they ve got a great team and works together as a team and it was nice seeing that!Customer service and people alone are hard to find nowadays and working in retail myself for over 10 years, this friendly service speaks volumes to me. Whenever I need my tires worked on, I will only be coming here and tell everyone to come here! Thank you everyone at Discount tires at Staples Mill for your help!

Easiest tire replacement ever. I ordered and paid for tires online and also made my appointment online! Showed up, and within about an hour they were done. Very friendly staff, they welcomed my small talk about cars, road trips and bands, upbeat atmosphere with music and a table area where you can work remotely while you wait. Staff was also informative about how bad my old tires were and offered to answer any questions. There are some free basic services you get with your tire purchase. Check website for details. Definitely going back and recommending to all my friends.

Cant say enough good things about these guys. Honestly as corny as it sounds, they give me hope for the future of humanity in a bleak time. Honest, fair prices, couldnt be friendlier or more helpful. Go way above and beyond others on every occasion I have been here. I usually shop the membership houses but am more and more heading here.

I arrived a few minutes before my appointment. No one would greet me or speak to me let alone offer any service. I tried 3 times to engage someone and kept being ignored or blown off. After the 3rd time, I just left.

This Company Especially the management Mr. Musa the support staff! Had a new tire installed and for some reason the entire tire went completely flat I was stuck on 295 near Staples Mill Route 33. I called them while sitting on the shoulder . Tow truck was 3 hours wait they sent two employees with a floor Jack with an another tire on a rim. Their plan was to quickly change out the tire and rim with their rim and full size tire.We worked quickly that would envy the Tire Discount NASCAR team . I had to complete my delivery and then circle back to the Tire Discount location. They decided to replace the tire . On my factory rim and decided to give me another tire and rim to keep as a full size spare.They re out of the box thinking saved me hours waiting for a tow truck . Also the expense . And they knew I need one more tire that we were planing to replace in a few months . Which they decided to give for my time lost. The point is mistakes or defects happen and in this case whatever happened no injury s or damaged done. Just inconvenience.When a company allows its employees to Think Outside The Box that s a company I would want to work for.This location and company deserves your business.

I checked in online when I arrived, was immediately greeted by someone, and my car was taken into a bay for new tire installation all within a few minutes. Then, they finished everything and had me out of there before the estimated completion time. Great experience!

I was completely blown away by the service here. Just absolutely wonderful and friendly and most importantly honest crew!!! I was recommended this shop and I m so glad I went with it. It will 100 percent be the place I go to for tires from now on!

Had to replace a tire while I was out of town. Took them the receipt and no questions asked they refunded the full amount I had to pay the other service center because I purchased the tire warrenty through them. Top notch service.
