I worked with Will, and he was very friendly, welcoming, and answered all of my questions. The service took just as long as they stated. It was completed without issue at a fair price. $99 for the A package with oil change entire rotation. They also resolved 2 recall issues, and worked to clear out a clog in one of the sunroof drains, which was causing a leak issue. I was able to speak directly with the auto technician to understand what he did to resolve the issue so that I can keep an eye out for it in the future.

Stumbled in here on sat seeking a vehicle for my recent college grad. We test drove this car and went to a few other lots on Broad we had listed to check out. The vehicle here was clean, well kept, free from any noises, no lights on, etc. Jarratt assisted us with our purchase. He was informative, patient, knowledgeable and polite. Everyone was really pleasant and earl assist us. The finance manager was personable and a pleasure to work with. I am in the market for a Porsche however their service has me shifting to see if there are any Acuras I may be interested in.

Stephen my salesman made my buying transaction of my 2022 TLX quick, easy, and painless. There was no pressure, and everything was left up to me to decide. Go see him, he is professional, down to earth, and an all around awesome guy.Josh the GSM got me an amazing rate for my purchase, and was upfront and honest about all my finance options, and showed me all the rates from different banks.Kevin the finance manager made the paperwork process quick and easy. I felt no pressure when it came to all the extras they go over. He explained the pros of each one.Overall, I will return as a customer, and would love every car buying experience to be like the one I had.

I went to this dealership to cancel my extended warranty on my Acura MDX. The only reason I came here because Acura Care directed me to the closest dealership. Once we got to the finance manager, he was not friendly at all uninformed, and snappy when responding back to my wife. To sum this review up he did not cancel the warranty and stated we need to go back to the dealership we paid our money to. I have been to this dealership 4x times to service my MDX I will never buy or service anything here again do to unprofessionalism and uninformed employees.

It was Saturday, I tried installing PCV valve on my 2011 Mdx and it broke stuck in engine. I had called up Crown Acura, Svc Mgr Mr. Matt was kind enough to accept my car at 3pm on a Saturday. Team had worked on car for 1.5 hours, old pcv was stuck in the engine. New pcv also had some bit missing, they handled that as well. At the last, they didn't even charge me. Awesome!! A great way to make a customer's day! Thank you Matt.

my experience was good the service advisor (chris) is was good. the only issue that i have is a few grease spot by the door area. the inside of my car is light gray so is easy to spot it. if the mechanic could more careful next i would appreciate it.thank yoyService: Electrical

Great service, but they need to remodel the location. It's outdated from the 90s. Can't be a reasonable luxury cat dealership and service station but look as though your selling average vehicles. The location doesn't breath luxury like your other modern Acura dealership.

I went by to schedule a Maintaince appointment for my 2020 MDX. I just moved to this area from the Williamsburg area where I usually used the Hall Acura dealer in Newport News. This location in Newport News is the worst of the Acura dealerships I have every encountered . Once I go for my appointment on Monday with Crown Acura I will review the services that I received.
