The entire experience from beginning to end was great. Doug communicated with me regularly to let me know the status of the repairs and made sure everything was good before I made the long drive to pick my vehicle up. Both ladies in the office Cindy and Millie were extremely helpful and very kind.

Thanks to Caliber Collision on S. Laburnum! Everyone at the shop was friendly, the front-desk staff were helpful, and my assigned rep, Doug, was helpful and communicative throughout my time there. They even helped get my rental car arranged when I was having a hard time getting in touch with the insurance company, which they weren't required to do. Thanks for ensuring a smooth process!

The bad: They moved my estimated pickup date three times. I was told that they were "on pace" to meet the original date, and they then blew past it by 2 full weeks. I was without my car for 5 weeks on a repair that I was told should take 2-3. No explanation was ever given. Either I was lied to about them being "on pace", or something catastrophic came up mid-repair that I was never informed of. I can only speculate.The good: They didn't try to make excuses, and took responsibility for blowing their timeline. I got the impression that they were genuinely short-staffed and meant well.The great: My car looks pristine. As far as I can tell, they went out of their way to repair or replace every part that had even a minor scuff on it. The paint job is excellent, and the interior was left spotless.All in all, they did great work, but I wouldn't bring my daily driver back again.

Doug as usually provides excellent service and quality work and material,had a chance to meet Mary and she is awesome I enjoyed talking to her about the repairs she listens to recommendations and make them happen

I wouldn't recommend this company, my insurance chose them and I went along with it, I called a handful of time to talk to the one in charge of the repair and asked to speak to Doug but he was unavailable never returned my call, poor communication. The estimated time of finishing changed twice, and I had to call and ask but was told waiting on parts, and the text msg service from them were vague with the process, until i started to complain. Later talking to the manager named Tory, and if they were told that I was in a rental, they would have tried to expedite my car, which for me meant they didn't care about me and put my car at the bottom of the list to be worked on, it's been 38 days still no car.. Don't use this company

Mary was great to work with. Kept me up to date on each stage of repair. Car ready before date given to me. Was able to leave my rental car there when I picked up my car.

The team at Caliber Collision on Laburnum Ave in Richmond Va is on point. From start to finish they took great care of my baby and gave me updates on the progress every other day. Every question I had was answered and after the repairs were completed and I picked up my vehicle she was spotless. Talk about Top Notch service.. THIS IS IT!!

Wonderful experience with Mary Miller, she was so pleasant and very communicative throughout my repairs. She took care of all the communication from what they needed with my insurance and extended my rental as needed which I was very appreciative of. She s a rockstar, the shop has a good flow and not once did I feel forgotten about. The collision itself was a inconvenience but I m happy Caliber was recommended to me, all I did was drop off and pick up. Thank you x100!

OMG YES MARY!!!! SHE WAS AMAZING!!! (Not to mention HOTT Mary!!) I swear I called to check on my vehicle 5 times it was in there for a day for a quick touch up repair in and out in under a day so I know she was fed up with me. (I was still too chicken to ask for here number) (SO IF YOU SEE THIS CALL ME!!!) But regardless, very professional there she walked me through everything handled the insurance peoples that was a load off. I will be going back and referring EVERYONE to South laburnum Caliber Collision. They are amazing.Service: Body & Trim
