Sean was the best. He is fast, kind, funny, helpful, and knowledgeable. He's the type of guy you invite to Thanksgiving. He's also the fastest car battery changer to date. Got a trophy and everything. That's my dawg, Sean.

Was told on the phone that Autozone loaned tools for oil changes, found out when I got there this isn t the case. They loan special tools only. Went to look at the tools to see if I could buy my own. They wouldn t let me go outside with an employee to check sizes before I bought. Then I tried to buy one so I could check it outside to see if it fit, but before I could do that the employee said I couldn t work on my car in their empty parking lot. I ve never seen such useless, unhelpful employees. There were 3 of them there! Leaning on cash registers! No suggestions were offered. Nothing that would help me find the specs or where I could go to find the specs for a specific bolt. Didn t offer to look anything up in terms of sizes. Nothing. So thanks for Nothing, Autozone.

Something happened today, I wasn't expecting. I like to tell you all about, extraordinary customer service displayed by an AutoZone manager, and we all know, that good customer service has become a lost art. I had an emergency today while traveling across Virginia today, and something punctured my left rear tire, on my new 2023 Nissan Rogue. I had to purchase a tire plug repair kit from the AutoZone located at 9450 W Broad St, Henrico, VA 23294. After purchasing the kit, a manager by the name of Chris Hernandez, who was filling in for the 9450 store manager, on September 9th, 2023. Chris, stopped what he was doing and assisted me in the repair, he didn't have to do that, but he did, and judging by his personalit, he does this quit often. I like to thank Chris Hernandez, for helping my wife and I, and thank you AutoZone for having a fantastic staff.

Recently went there for check engine light for my Honda. Not only they provided the reason ( correct reason: bad sensor), but also provided guidance who (mechanic) can fix. Had I gone to dealer, they would have looted me. I would say, AZ is doing a community service. Long live brothers!----------Went there today for ford fiesta rear brake bulb replacement. The lady was super friendly and replaced the bulb in < 5 mins.Great employee ! Keep it up!

I had a screw in my tire, so I went to this Auto Zone to get Fix-A-Flat. It was 9:40pm and they didn t close until 10p. Chris H was going to ring up my purchase and when I said I had a screw in my tire, he offered to patch it up for me! Customer service case study. Give him a pay increase so he doesn t have an hourlong commute!

First experience at this location. Have been to other locations with good customer service. But not this location!Today we stopped and my girlfriend went in to ask for a check of engine light. We had the engine check light done at another auto zone. They recommended we add cat cleaner. I did that and stopped in at this location to get light reset to see if the cat cleaner worked. This store attendant said they are not allowed to reset engine light?? When we got home I called the store myself and anonymously asked if you do check engine lights. He said we let you use the device to check it yourself. That was not offered to my girlfriend!

Sent my wife to auto zone the associate barely let my wife get the question out before he said he didn't know what she was talking about and pointed over her shoulder to go look for the item. I'm hoping their the next auto zone too close

I use this store because it's the closest one to where I live. I've never been disappointed because of there great customer service team I usually keep waiting until I see Samantha and have her to to all the things that I can't finish doing. She's just a great costumer representative, so knowledgeable and help full. I can't thank you guys enough for saving my time every time I come to this store.

I put in an order for a rear wiper blade, paid at the counter, and never heard back from the store. When I called to check on it, they told me that they had no record of my order. They told me to come back to the store with my receipt, which was long gone by this point. Completely unacceptable.Changing this to 3 stars. I went into the store and one of the employees (Emory) was able to help me. He was very helpful. Still a little annoyed about the whole thing.

Rhonda was fantastic. She went out of her way to pop the hood of my car, explain where I can find information under the hood such as cylinder size, how to check oil levels, and how to add things such as coolant and power steering fluid. She was knowledgeable and kind. Would recommend this location to a friend!

Found online AutoZone had the exact Wiper Blade replacements for my car. Went there after work and a young lady (Sam) helped me find the blades. One of the blades was not in the display, so she went in the back and found it for me. She offered to install the wiper blades for free, even though it was cold and dark outside. I held my phone as a flashlight for her and Sam quickly and expertly installed the wiper blades. She offered to dispose of the old blades for me as well. Fantastic customer service! Kudos to Sam and AutoZone for a great experience - I will be back!

I stopped at this autozone because I was having some sort of problem with my battery or the connections/electrical stuff. I was about to purchase a battery to see if that fixed my problem when a manager named Samantha came over and offered to help me. Instantly, and in less than 5 minutes time somehow, Samantha cleaned the terminals/connections and re-wired a bad connection/post for me. I was literally in awww and amazed at how knowledgeable and talented this young lady was with cars and her job. To top it off she was so polite and professional in all aspects. I recommend you put Samantha in charge of training your employees worldwide lol. I will definitely be coming back to this location if I need anything or run into anymore problems.

This store is incredibly helpful for me. I come in here at least once a month and the staff is always helpful and thoughtful. I've come here so much they always ask what I'm up to next whether it be welding exhausts together or simply fixing a tail light. Highly recommended to all my car friends, all the time. Keep it up!

I had a difficult to clean mess on the outside of my car. I'd gone to two different car washes that couldn't get it off, and I came here and an employee named Ryan helped me. They managed to finally clean it off! He helped me select the right products for the job and gave me multiple options to choose from, and I was able to get something within my budget range. Thank you so much Ryan!

Whole staff is nice but Thomas is AMAZING! He went above and beyond to make things right and make sure I left happy. He made my night and is a great example of what great customer service is. I will definitely return to this store because of him.

I used to go here all the time for my automotive needs. However, lately employees use way too much pervasive language in loud banter conversations, or while venting about things work related. It's not very professional or family friendly... Now I only come by if I really have to. :(

Kassi is absolutely amazing, personable, thorough, and knowledgeable! She helped me avoid a $1600 auto repair bill by checking my engine oil & telling me that I needed coolant! I highly recommend this location for their friendliness & exceptional service!

I ve always had a great experience shopping at AutoZone. Normally the associates are extremely helpful and the price is always competitive. Sadly yesterday this was not the case.I stopped in this AutoZone to get an ignition coil for my 2010 Toyota Corolla. I had already replaced one and I had a second one go out while I was driving. I inquired about buying three. The associate told me I could buy one or I could buy four. Since I don t need four I bought one. The associate did lend me a loaner tool, a 10 mm socket and ratchet so that I can go and replace it. I had it on very quickly and it solved my problem.I came back inside and return the loaner tool and told the associate I was going to go to the back to the restroom to wash my hands. At this point the associate told me that they don t have customer restrooms and that I couldn t wash my hands.After spending $90 with this company I had to go home with my hands dirty. I have a commercial account. I didn t mention that to the associate at the time but it shouldn t matter.I ve always been very happy with AutoZone and most of their stores in the Richmond area. I will not be returning to this store.

My experience was wonderful, I was helped by Dave who was professional and extremely helpful. I will definitely go back because of him. A good place to shop if your a weekend fixer upper like I am. Very relaxed atmosphere. Which I enjoy.

I went here last minute because my taillight bulb had went out and I was traveling and didn't want to get ticketed. So, I walked in and the staff was extremely helpful. One associate in particular named Awut, came outside with me after my purchase and installed my new bulbs for me before I left to make sure everything was working and to ensure the type of bulbs were correct. I am thankful for her because I had no idea what I was doing. Great location and a great experience.

We had a misfire that started up in a car we were borrowing so we went straight there got the code and through a little research found it was the oil sender censors. Took me about 10 mins from coding to changing to replace them with the help of both employees to find the appropriate tool. They were both kind, personable and helpful. Was happy they treated me like a valued customer ever though it was an hour till closing. Thanks for the help you two!

MArch 22, 2019 Tony who works at this AutoZone location assisted me with my Air Cabin Filter. He did a great job, excellent customer service!Made a purchase for $28.00 and $42 was deducted from my card. Cashier said that he cancelled one transaction of the 2 pending transactions for $28 that appeared on my card. When i questioned about the $14 available balance before I made a purchase (no purchase was made for $14) I didn't get a satisfactory response.2 Pending transactions for $28 appeared on my card and $42 was deducted.I asked and got a refund because I was not comfortable with the explanation received.I called the customer service number on my card and they said they see the $14 ending, and now I am waiting for my $14 to be deposited back into my account .I will post when I receive $14 back on my card. (they said it could take up to 7 days) but why should I have to wait for my money when it should not have been deducted at all?($14).I received the refund as promised onto my card 7 days later.
